We switched our neighboorhood prior to covid and our pool was closed by our hoa board. However we still payed american pools their full yearly contract. Several times they failed to maintain water quality and it looked like a marshy swamp. Fast forward to this year 2021 and this company didnt get our pool ready on time, We get no life guards or pool maintenance on weekends to use our slide. Constant excuses and push back due to not maintaining the proper water level and water samples being off or not maintained on weekends. Using 1 garden house to fill a huge pool takes 4 days total and now with the weather at 95 all week our pool is shut down. More money spent without warranting services to our community. Supervisors walking off the job here and there and they barely clean around the pool area properly. They might get another year here but chances are very slim at best after the lack of positivity we have not been able to see and experience. American Pools has provide our Association with consistent and reasonable service. They were especially helpful with securing a pool attendant during the global pandemic so that our pool could be opened for the season. American Pool keeps me informed of issues with the safe and reliable operation of our equipment, apprised of any needed maintenance, and updates to remain compliant with local regulations. I would recommend American Pool to single-family households and community associations like ourselves.

I would never use theese guy again. The insall the pool and the liner broke one year later. And they have never time to come out to fix anything. Dont use theese guys

American Pools has been great to work with. Their staff is always prompt and on site when scheduled. If there is a problem with a scheduled visit, I will get a communication letting me know. Maciej Kot has been fantastic in his customer service and responsiveness.

American pool has managed our HOAs pools for years. The regional manager is always responsive to our needs and the onsite guys do a great job maintaining the pools and providing daily reports with photos.

Weve used American Pool to service our large neighborhood pool for a number of years. Getting competent onsite service personnel has been a problem at the start of every swimming season, but management has been very responsive to our complaints resulting in smooth service for the remainder of the year.

I have been working there for 2 years and i never have problems with the payroll... excellent communication with managers and pretty much always get good answers and treatment from the managers.... about customer services american pool has a few selling points which put the company in first place of pool management services

Im pretty much upset with this company right now do to the fact that Im employed by them & every since I started working for this company I have had payroll issues after issues. I havent got my raise yet I was supposed to get and its been 3 months since Ive became manager at one of the pools. Also I did work doing preseason in MAY & still have not been paid for it. It is AUGUST and that is just ridiculous. I contacted my area supervisor supervisor . He emails me back saying its going to come to you directly deposited this Friday. Well he been saying that for the 4 Fridays and no money for the work I did in MAY yet. Also Im not the only one that is having pay issues either. I well not refer anybody to work for this unorganize company. This is ridiculous and its time for my lawyer to get involved. I do not work for free I want every penny I earn.

Pros: easy job thats it and good payCons: bad staff, bad communication skills, messing up checks, drama, empolyees having sex ,they hired worst mangers, they never take responsibility, Jayme sometimes rude and assumes you did everything, and once again they will mess up your checks

We havent had their service since two years ago and we STILL get bills! They dont understand that they no longer work for us!
