Had my daughter’s birthday in Olivia’s doll house tea room. The ambience was too good the kids loved it a lot. Such a royal treat for our eyes. They made our day memorable.

Really delightful Party location and venue. We recently attended the birthday party of a little girl at school, the children were amazed buy all the dresses, shoes accessories and make-up options. The ladies attending us were very patient with the little kids and helpful. I recommend adults to eat a lot before they come, as the Tea Party will only be serving the children, there are no food or drinks for the adults, we were not offered any and had to pick up through the leftovers of our children. Which felt very socially awkward.

The idea is good, they have a wonderful doll house and kids dress options are wide and plenty. The tea party for was a bit boring. The food served didnt make sense. They have Marcos Pizza next door yet they served Frozen pizza. The veggie sausage bits were not appealing either. If they improve the food options, it will make the experience a lot better. Other than that, it is a lovely place.

Went here for a friend of my daughters birthday party. It was great. The birthday girl and her friends were treated like (and dressed up as) princesses. The guest of honor was even given a little bell to ring when she needed something. The whole was was decorated like a fairytale. Everyone had a great time!

My daughter had her 6th birthday party there today and it was amazing. I drove an hour away with 4 young girls and it was so worth it! The staff and the whole experience was excellent. They made her and our guests feel important and paid attention to all the details. It was a memorable experience we will never forget. She is already asking me to book her next party :)

*** UPDATED REVIEW ***I just wanted to update my previous review from 2 to 4 stars because the owner of this establishment is a class act. After receiving my personal email, she responded and let me know that she would be ordering female superhero costumes that week. While her staff will need additional training and we didn’t fully solve for the “boy” vs. “girl” treasure box foolishness, I was impressed that she took quick and immediate action.FORMER REVIEW:I’m writing because I have now had the pleasure of attending two birthday parties at this facility and have several recommendations to improve the party going experience. As the mother of a 6-year old daughter who adores superheroes, I am saddened that they have no female superhero costumes. Instead, each time I have come to this facility, my daughter — who doesn’t like princesses — must make the choice to either “grin and bear it” in a princess outfit or wear a superhero outfit designed for boys. This needs to change. It is 2018 and we should be empowering our girls by not limiting them to these choices. My other major recommendation is that they forgo the outdated “boy vs. girl” treasure box. This is another unfortunate ritual that furthers the stereotypes. I watched in disbelief last week as my daughter was informed that she could not have a sword because it was from the “boy box”. So, instead, she settled for a consolation prize — a tiara and wand.Again, I am all for children expressing themselves and do understand that many little girls love their princesses. I’d just like to see Olivia’s Dollhouse Tearoom further diversify their costume offerings for girls... especially given that our girls have so many examples to look up to, whether princesses, superheroes, scientists, artists, etc.

I attended my nieces 4th bday this past weekend and it fell below my expectations. Prior to the party, my sister raved about the “convenience” of it all. She was excited that every aspect of the party was taken care of such as the invites, the cake, the food, party favor etc. It was even advertised that there would be light snacks and drinks for the adults.Upon our arrival, the greeter was outside to greet my niece with a crown and it was off to a great start. However, shortly after when the girls started to get dressed.. it all just fell apart. There were only 2 staff members working. 1 did the make up, the other was painting nails which left no one to attend to or entertain the girls as they were finishing. My niece was the first to get her treatment and afterwards she just stood around waiting for everyone else. There should be some type of activity for the girls to do as they finish getting dressed vs just waiting for the others. There was music playing when we first arrived and then it was cut off. This took away the “party” feel of it.Following the girls getting dressed was a “fashion show” which consisted of the girls literally walking around the room corner to a pedal stool to take a picture. That was not a fashion show.Afterwards the girls sat at the table to eat. This was by far the most disappointing of it all. The quality of the food served was awful!! They started with grapes and celery which was great, but then they had cheese sandwiches, cheese pizza, and turkey all in one!! The cake was from Publix and it was the smallest cake you can buy. The cupcakes were from Publix as well and again the smallest cupcakes you can buy. The girls were served 1 cupcake, cotton candy, m&ms, animal crackers, 1 Oreo, and a sour patch kid in 1 bowl for dessert!!! I have never seen so much junk served to a kid at once. Why on earth would they serve ALL of those items as dessert. The light snacks advertised for the adults consisted of 1 small cake plate of pretzels and celery. All of the adults were expected to eat from that 1 small plate.. I would think a tray would have been nice or a couple of small plates. And definitely something different than pretzels and celery. There was a pitcher of tea and water sitting out, but no cups or no ice.Overall the concept is simply amazing however there needs to be more staff, more enthusiastic staff, activities, and music. For the price paid, there should definitely be a bigger cake and better food. The girls should not be given a bowl of junk food to make up for not getting a slice of cake.At this time I would not recommend this place, but maybe if they work on the stuff listed here then it has the ability to be amazing.

Oh my... where do I start. I had my granddaughters 4th birthday party here. It was better than I could imagine. First let me start by saying. it was very clean. The communication was awsome, when you call you get the owner which is awsome. She understood how special I wanted this day to be. When we arrived they had my grandbaby name on the front door. It read Happy Birthday Queen Trinity. Then the young ladies greeted my granddaughter and all her friends. When you walk in, it is so beautiful it takes your breath away. It feel like a princess palace. Then they take you to another room with all these beautiful clean costumes. The girls get to picked out their favorite character costume dress. The staff then begin to pamper the girls doing their nails and makeup. Then out of the blue the character rapunzel entered the room. My grandbaby was so happy.. they then take pictures as they do a fashion show. There is a tea party in this beautiful decorated room with a grand size table. ...my granddaughter loved the big princess chair and the little bell which when she rang it the staff answer yes my queen right up her alley .lol to cute. Thier is So so much more. You must have your princess experience this. It was well worth it. They also email you a beautiful personalized invitation to send out to your guest. 5 stars ***** . Thank you so much for making this a special day for my granddaughter and my self. My daughter actually cried when she entered the facility. My grandbaby left feeling like a princess.

Definetly not coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Had my daughters birthday party there today . So party was suppose to start at 5:30 and we got there at 5:20 , waited till 5:28 and knocked on a door , saw people inside but they ignored us. Waited another minute , knocked at 5:29 ... were ignored again . Door was opened sharp at 5:30.Had 3 girls and 3 boys age 6,3 and 3. Big mistake ! They only have few choices of cloth for boys and all of it was too big for 3 year olds , they refused to dress up at all . More then that there is nothing really for boys to do there.Party was suppose to last till 7:30 . Kids finished eating at 7:11 (host started to clean up the place , not really caring about us trying to celebrate) and also kids were told that its time to change into our clothes well , I kindly reminded that our party is till 7:30 ! Those 20 minutes kids really had nothing to do in there , hosts were not trying to entertain them, they were cleaning. At 7:23 we were told again to change the clothes , well , had to remind again that there is still time left .Treasure box for boys hardly had any toys in them. Now , little bit about the food -You will not be eating the cake there and the cake is the smallest one that Ive ever seen in my life . I cut it between the kids to take home , and was just ashamed by its size . Was never told it will be so small !!!!! Instead kids were given mini cupcakes and even i was told by the owner that adults will get cupcakes too , kids only got each one mini cupcake and I was told that this is all they serve for us ( in the kitchen I saw another full opened box of cupcakes that I suggest was suppose to be ours)There was other stuff that is too much to write .OverpricedNot welcomingVery disappointed
