So pleased with the individual attention I was given. Brian D spent almost 2 hours with me explaining everything he did and what he suggested I needed. There was no pressure to buy what he recommended. I was very grateful for his time and attention to my needs.

Should have made my way sooner to Foot Solutions. I let my foot issues (plantar faciitis and Mortons Nueroma) get worse before resolving them. Bought a new pair of running shoes with all the necessary inserts and my feet feel great without the orthopedic look. Looking forward to running more races again! Foot Solutions employees are knowledgeable and super helpful and showed empathy, great experience. Will be back!

I just had the chance to work with Johanna the store manager at this store which is probably 30 - 45 minutes drive in Atlanta traffic from my house and she was amazing! Ive been dealing with plantar fasciitis for over a year. The experience at Foot Solutions was not only fun but educational as well. I really liked the foot anatomy at the store and the ability to see exactly where my pain comes from. Poster of the entire leg describing the anatomy was fun to read and learn.The technology of the foot print was really cool. The ability to customize the orthotics from that technology was even more cool.Ned did a fantastic job educating me and ensuring the right options were shown to help alleviate my pain. The ability to try on different orthotics and sandals was helpful in understanding how it will feel and best comfort level.I would highly recommend anyone thats been dealing with foot issues to go immediately to a Foot Solutions store and try the whole experience. Im certain there will be a proper solution for your needs - no pun intended!

What a great experience! Johanna was incredible. From the moment I walked in, her main priority was truly to help me find the best solution for my foot pain and situation. She was warm and easy to talk to, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to explain what was causing my pain and discomfort. I never felt pressured to buy (but I definitely did :) ).

I visited Foot Solutions this afternoon and had a great experience all around. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I walked out with a new pair of running shoes and orthotics (which really do wonders for overall foot support / comfort). I will certainly be back.

Bought Brooks shoes, compression sox and insoles. Seems to be working well. Thanks for being helpful and allowing as much time as I needed to make a decision.

Joanna and Bryan are awesome, helpful and very patient. I have flat feet with a left foot pronation, my arches also fall to some extent when I put weight on my feet. I came to Foot Solutions Alpharetta to help resolve these issues by getting fitted for custom orthotics. With some trial and error they were able to provide me with something that addressed my needs and was comfortable. Throughout the process both of them were extremely willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure the custom orthotics were the best for the various activities that I engage in daily. I am currently wearing my orthotics all day long for normal wear and when I train martial arts and engage in other activity. I finally feel that I am beginning to take back control of my health and I am excited to see where I am in a year with my training/weight loss/health goals. Many thanks to the Foot Solutions staff and I know that if I have any other needs they will be more than willing to work with me to find a solution.

Lillian is wonderful, patient and knowledgable . She gave me her undivided attention, helping me understand how to find the best shoes. I have bunions and hammer toes making it nearly impossible to find nice, quality shoes that fit. With her help I found a pair of shoes and a pair of booties. Cant tell how happy I am. Lilian and Jose are very knowledgeable and caring about footwear and footcare. Whether you have foot pain, diabetic foot issues, bunions, whatever, they have an extensive knowlege of their products and which types of shoes will best serve you. They are also conscious of consumers preference for styish footwear and are terrific buyers of healthy, yet very stylish, shoes. If you need inserts, they have a variety for all types of needs.I recently purchased a pair of adorable Cobb Hill booties from them, and confidently chose them to wear in my recent trip to DC with my son. We walked from distant parking to the Lincoln Monument to the WWII Memorial to the Smithsonian and I never thought twice about my foot comfort. I was still ready to be active at the end of that day. Thats a lot of walking! It was so nice to not have to wear boring athletic shoes to be comfortable. I can always rely on Lilians recommendations for the type of footwear I need and want. They are good to your feet! And I always like visiting with their pet beagles, Jack and Bob!
