Beautiful space. The entertaining and coworking areas are well appointed and very comfortable. Large meeting space is great for classes. Friendly owner and staff.

I have been very impressed with the office and team in the Alpharetta Serendipity location. Emilie and Natalie always have big smiles on their faces, which is always a positive start to a new day. Any time I have ever needed assistance with a room, or other office logistics, the team here makes it a priority. I know I am not the only one that needs things, but they treat me like I am. Kudos to the staff and office.

I absolutely LOVE working at the Serendipity Labs in Alpharetta. I could not ask for a better work environment. Every morning I get a warm and genuine welcome from the staff that always starts off my day bright!The office itself is very modern, tidy, and comfortable. I enjoy having a range of selections for snacks, coffee, tea, and soda they provide here. I also love having Foodsby at the Lab as well. If I forgot to bring my lunch one day, the Lab has different restaurants that cater.I highly recommend working here! I can confidently say that I enjoy coming into work here every day.

I found Serendipity Labs after searching for a co-working space for my business. After having looked at several other co-working spaces, this place really impressed me and offered so much more compared to the others!Monica the Director of Sales showed me around the modern, spacious, light filled offices and even gave me a free week pass to work in one of the offices as a trial. Not only are the offices spacious but the common areas have all the amenities you would need for clients and visitors including; seating, organic coffee and goodies. There are “focus rooms” to work in individually and plenty of conference rooms equipped with the latest technology. One of the best things about all the offices is that the glass is frosted up to about 6 feet for privacy which is great for my business as I deal with confidential information. Other co-working spaces were mostly all see through glass which offered little privacy. The lab manager, Sarah and the coordinator, Christine are so attentive to anything that you may need for your business and meetings.Becoming a member of Serendipity Labs was one of the best decisions I have made! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a friendly, professional, modern, conveniently located and customer oriented co-working space for your business and employees!

I worked from Serendipity Labs and had a great experience! Sarah, Monica, and Christine welcomed me and helped me get set up in a sunlit space with plenty of area to work. The architecture is open and beautiful, and the kitchens are set up nicely. Excellent place to become a member.

Love it here! The staff is amazing and make sure everyone is having an enjoyable workday. The amenities are great! 2 kitchens with coffee all the time, outdoor seating with WiFi, putt putt golf, and outdoor games.

There arent enough good things to say about this place. Monica, Sarah, and Patrick are the absolute best and seeing them here at Serendipity literally makes my day every time I come in. They offer all kinds of services from coworking- which is currently what my company uses them for and its so nice. They also offer short term or long term meeting spaces, shared office spaces, team rooms. I highly recommend them for any meetings or events you may have as they offer catering services as well. Definitely at least give them a call or come meet the staff - they are so friendly and will be more than happy to work with you to meet your needs!! Met Sarah Andersen, Manager, at a local business networking event where she told me about Serendipity Labs and gave me a free pass to come try out the co-working environment. It FAR exceeded my expectations for an extremely pleasant, but non-distracting place to get focused work done.First, it is a beautiful, bright, open, airy space. Christine greeted me and made herself available for anything I needed. Monica told me more about the space and made a tour available, if I wanted. I enjoyed the complimentary fruit-infused water and teas and coffee. There are a wide variety of tables and chairs, and I found a chair quite comfortable to me. Cubicles and rooms are available as well, and spaces to make private phone calls if necessary.The noise level is FAR superior than what youd find in any coffee shop. There is some background music, but very light, and somewhat muted by the white noise of the space. It was perfect — enough so you wouldnt go to sleep, but only in the background, not distracting.Everything is absolutely pristine. Sarah, Christine, and Monica are all extremely friendly and helpful and do a fabulous job of creating the perfect professional ambiance. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a regular space to work alone or hold meetings. Serenditipy Labs is a great addition to the North Point area of Alpharetta. Any business professional would find membership a great convenience!
