I do not like to leave negative reviews however this is more to warn other ladies. I went in as a first time customer to get my eyebrows waxed. (I cannot speak on their manicures or pedicures since it was just for an eyebrow wax). I was serviced by Tina and she completely ripped my skin off. Im not kidding, you read that right. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over ten years and this has NEVER happened, my skin is actually pretty tough and it hardly ever got red maybe slightly pink but thats it. Its been two days of applying aloe and screaming in pain. Touching it hurts, the sun hurts, the wind hurts since its raw skin. Please be careful. I pray it heals quickly.

Had a really good experience with this nail salon. My nails are pretty short currently, so I went in to get gel so they could grow out. They did great on the gel and shaping my nails. Will be back for sure!

I have been going to Summer Nails and Spa for about 10 years. They have always provided great service. I get pedicures and manicures. Also, I get my eyebrows waxed. The entire Team are skilled. I take my family and friends when they are in Town.

Tony was awesome! This is the first time I have ever been there. He paid attention to detail. Its hard to find a nail place that is reasonably priced that has people who will care about the finished product.

The atmosphere is nice. Ive been here several times because its close to home. A handful of times I have felt like they were rushing, and that I wasnt really receiving the best service for the amount paid. Just a few weeks ago I brought my bf as well, and he felt like they rushed through his mani and pedi. We walked out paying $120 and not very satisfied with the experience.

I live in Buckhead, and I travel to this salon, because of the great customer service and cleanliness! Sam is so kind and personable. My nails always turn out how I want them to look and the prices are affordable. I try to tell everyone I know about the salon!I live far, but it’s worth the drive for excellent customer service. I love this place! Its close to work so I go when I can. When I went on Monday, I was supposed to receive 15% off but the lady who checked my out didnt realize it which is no big deal. However, I was then given a gift card for $5 to make up for the 15% off I wasnt given. Not necessary but much appreciated!! Great staff!

I used to visit summer nails quite frequently when I worked across the street at the Embassy. They used to have excellent customer service but my last visit (11-11-18) was horrible. The lady that started my nails did the exact opposite of what I asked. My nails looked like crooked rounded animal claws. The lady that did my pedicure took over and made my nails look much better. Since my nails looked better, I asked for a eyebrow wax. Once the lady completed my eyebrows, she walked out and cut off the light before I even sat up from the table. I couldn’t wait to get out of this nail salon. They really need to get back to the way they used to be with their customers. It doesn’t matter now, I will never go back to this salon.

I am visiting from Colorado and needed to get my nails done. Previously had Gel. Im staying at the Hotel right down the road and stopped in this morning. I met Tony. Let me tell you, he is so sweet and funny. He offered a new service for my nails, which I did, and it was phenomenal!! I am so pleased with what Tony did. Thanks for having me and taking great care of my nails 😉😉.

I asked for a gel polish change. More than enough time on my hour lunch break. The guy proceeded to do a manicure on me instead. Still didn’t finish in an hour. He filed down all my nail length and I’m leaving with no polish on my nails.

Im loyal to the nail salon by my place in Buckhead, but this time I decided to go to the salon near my job. I am not disappointed whatsoever. I got SNS done. She did an amazing job and did it exactly what I wanted. This place is much cheaper than what Im use to. SNS for $35.

Love, love getting my nails done here! Tony and Amy are always spot on with any design I come up with. They treat you like family.

I visited several salons and was unsatisfied until I found Summer Nails three years ago !!!Clean !!! Friendly and AMY is AWESOME!!! She creates the most beautiful designs on my toes .... literally peices of art. I also call her my foot MD as she has prevented me from getting terrible ingrown toenails and also was able to repair one that hurt terribly when I first went to her. As far as manicures I normally do natural nails and gel on occasions. I make appointments just for her.

They always do a good job on my pedicures and the customer service is good! I bring my 15 year old son from time to time because he’s an athlete and he, too, enjoys his pedicures.

Hands down the best nail salon in Alpharetta. Annas customer service is unsurpassable!! My first visit months ago, I called in at about 7:15 to see if they would take me knowing that they closed at 8:30 and Anna said absolutely. Even though the salon was closing soon, she did not rush through my nails and in fact took extra time to make them absolutely perfect. Another prime example of her undoubtedly perfect customer service: yesterday I called to make an appointment with Anna and was told it was her day off. I was bummed, but knew how talented everyone else was so came in anyway, and much to my surprise Anna was there! She came in on her day off to take care of me, one of her regular customers. If that doesnt speak to the kind of service that is offered at Summer Nails than I dont know what is. I cant imagine using another salon!!

I have been to this nail salon once before and was not impressed, but decided to give it another chance because it was convenient and I was in a hurry. After todays experience, I definitely will not be returning. The technician was rude, talked about me to his coworkers, and my pedicure was terrible. He did not cut my cuticles or file my nails after clipping them, and the polish is very clumpy. I will be going to another salon tonight to have my nails redone. Overall, it was a waste of time and money and I do not recommend this place.

Very pushy, told my wife she needed her cuticles done for an extra $8 after she refused twice! Not nail experts, just judgy, pushy salespeople.

My first visit to this nail salon was a few days ago, and the salon was not busy at all. Wanted to give them a try, since theyre so close to home. My daughter wanted a pedicure, and I wanted a mani/pedi. A regular pedicure is $25.00, and my mani/pedi was $28. The minute they started working on our feet they started with the questions wouldnt you prefer gel nail polish? My response was no thank you! Oh, but it will last you through the New Year! My response for the second time was no thank you. Then they asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Im pretty sure when I came in that all I asked for was a mani/pedi. If I had wanted anything else done, I would have said so when I first walked in. When they saw that they were getting nowhere with me, they started on my daughter. Asking her if she wanted a special design for her toes, which she quickly responded with a resounding NO!!! They talk amongst themselves when working, and laugh during their conversation in their own language. I find that extremely offensive, and unprofessional. Their work was subpar, never asking if I wanted my toe nails cut. Never asking if I wanted my nails rounded or square. But they certainly ask about other products or procedures, so they can charge you extra. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!! Go somewhere else!!!

I Totally DO NOT recommend this place, what a terrible customer service. (-5 stars thats what they deserve) . Yesterday, I went there and explained that my acrylic nails needed to be filled. Instead, the technician started removing my old nails ( I was hoping that if she was going to do a new set, she was not going to charge me for it because that was not what I requested). Now, they worst part of that is that she left me there, soaking my nails until they completely melt and my fingers started wrinkled up with a kind of super glue feeling on my skin! All because her regular customer walked in, who according to her, she had an appointment. Well I didn’t have one but I anticipated that when I walked in, yet they took me and they didn’t say anything about expecting someone at certain time. I could have waited or go back the next day or go somewhere else. But this rude lady while working on me, immediately grabbed her little equipment box saying “Sory she had appointment” and walked to the footbath chairs to attend her “scheduled customer”. At the moment I said ok, I guess she is a multitask and she will be coming back in between, no biggie, my nails are soaking anyway. But after a looong time my fingerprints started feeling weird, super dry, my acrylics were totally dissolved, so I got them out of the solution, and kept turning around and see if she would say something like, “hang on I’ll be there with you in a moment”. I kept turning around and see If any other technician would acknowledge me or say something. I cleared my voice little loud, may be they will hear me but they just kept minding their business, I said “excuse me”( you all think I am stupid for not say anything else but I am not a person that likes to confront or make a scene), so after being patient 5 more minutes. Yes, at that point, I was extremely upset for such a horrible customer service, so instead of cursing them out, I got up and walked away. You would think someone would say something when I was walking to towards the door right? (Nope, of course they didn’t). I had to drive around and find another salon that could fixed my ruined fingernails. The V Nails & Spa (at 5670 Atlanta Hwy. Suite A4, Alpharetta, GA 30004), not only did a great job, they had a great customer service. They have new owners with very nice, friendly and professional personnel!

I just went here for the first time today! The girl who did my pedi was great! But the lady who did my nails was horrible! I literally before my nails got painted. I got a refill and had my nails cut down. The right side was longer than the left, my nails were filed in a slant instead of straight, she cut me twice, but the worst part of my experience is the pain that Im currently in! I should not walk out of a nail salon with a injury to my body!!! My shoulder down to my fingers hurt! The lady kept twisting my fingers in way they shouldnt twist, she kept pulling my arm and would shove it away when she was done, snatch my hand up when she switched to the left one, and was just flinging my hand around when she was filing my nails! Im literally sitting here right now filing my own nails to the same shape and size, then I still need to paint them!! My worst experience in the 5 years of living in Alpharetta and getting my nails done here!!! The only thing they were willing to do was take $5 off because the lady put whatever acrylic she wanted on my nails & didnt ask what I wanted! I dont care about the money, I gave to the girl who did my pedi! They shouldve at least apologized and asked if another nail tech could fix what she messed up!!!
