People there were nice and pleasant, but the lady that does my acrylic set was very rough with the e-file and i had 10 bleeding cuts around my cuticles and under my fingers. she also didnt shape the acrylic on left thumb which looks super chunky, and didnt clean up the huge bits of acrylic under nails

I normally love coming here but if they’re busy, their quality in nails goes down. my toes look amazing but my sns manicure looks terrible. none of my nails are the same length/shape. I have glue all under my nails. plus my nail lady kept cutting me. i have 3 fresh new cuts from this manicure. honestly i probably won’t be returning.

Had my bridal party come here for pedicures and manicures before the big day. They did such an amazing job and we all felt so pampered.

Asked for a basic manicure, I just wanted my nails to look nice and neat without any color. They did an awful job. The lady who did my nails did not cut the cuticulas clean enough so I have chunks of skin sticking out. Left the nails uneven and did not clean the skin under the nail. Will never go back here.

I used to come here all the time to get my nails done, but lately they have been sanding my cuticles down so low that I have to put bandaids on when I leave.When I told the technician that it was hurting she told me “I know what I am doing and let me do my job.” Also adding that she needs to do it this way so the nail wouldn’t look like it has grown. This is the manager speaking. I’ve never had this problem before with any other nail salon. This has happened several times (once to my sister too). I won’t be going here any longer.Pro: Great color selection however.

Bad Customer service. I had fun the first time. however my sns nails werent that good. Two years later, I went with my girlfriend, we had a great time , but I was not impressed with my nails, I went back and she filed then just a bit. They were very thick, three days later I went back because I needed them grinded down a bit, thetevwas way too much dip powder . The lady Im front with the fake smile grinded them down and took all the sns color away. Then asked me what color I wanted and charged me $20 more for polish. Essentially $70 total for nails, in less than a week. And if they looked great, it would be worth it.. I bragged on how good of pedicure that I got because if the hot stones but I can say he barely filed the toes correctly. BEWARE is all I can say.

I absolutely love coming here with my mom and sister. We have a great time and just a chance to relax. The staff is very friendly and love laughing with us. They give great massages, you get a fun drink (21 and up), and they are good at painting your nails. The owners put their heart and soul into this business. They literally are there every single day and do not have a day off. They want to make sure their customers are happy and will do anything. If you ever have a problem just explain it to them and they will fix it. If you are looking for a fun but relaxing nail salon this is the one for you!

My nails look nice. I have never had a nail tech use the drill as much as she did on an SNS. I hope my nails are not damaged.

I’ve been going here for several years now, this place is high quality. Every time I go the people actually try to engage in conversation instead of ignoring me like other shops. The owner always asks me how my family is and remembers what’s going on in my life. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to come for years after now. I love this place!! I have been going here for a few years now and have left satisfied every time! Their prices are better than many other places yet the quality is the same, if not better. The people there are always very friendly, make u feel special, and always remember a customer. A few days ago i had to rush out before my nails were fully dry and i accidentally got them messed up. The next day i went back and one of the employees, Kevin, fixed it up for me-no charge- without hesitation and with a smile on his face. Amazing customer service! Very good at being able to shape nails just by looking at a picture. Highly recommend!!

I was referred here by a friend. I only go on Sunday or Monday and I only see Kim. Those are the only days she is there and her work is SUPERB! when I go, she will do both my acrylic French manicure and my French pedicure. Im very new to the area coming from California and had been on the hunt and sooo glad I found State Bridge Nail Bar. I made an appointment via yelp after hours of research and received a response within 15 minutes. Made my appointment for the next day and received a new set, and gel pedicure.And its been 4 days and everything is still on point! Everyone knows the truth of quality work, youll know after 2 days and Im still very happy. The couple that run the shop are all so nice, very patient and work so well together to keep their customers happy. I was there for some time since I requested more then one service same day and witnessed their team work. The shop is well kept, clean, and very welcoming. Went there for the first time and the owner did my acrylic nails. After she told me my nails were dry, I went to pick up my laptop bag and nail polish smeared. I went back in to have her fix it, and instead of smoothing it out she painted another layer of polish over it. I went back in there a day later and showed her how you could see in the light how different it looks.She proceeded to paint another layer of polish on top of it. Then when I told her I’d prefer her to just take the polish off and start over, she gave me attitude. Would not go back there again.

Okay this is getting embarrassing. You all see how much I donate to the local economy! I was just at State Bridge Nail Bar yesterday. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming. It is always a joy to go there. One thing that puzzles me though. Ive told the people on Next Door Neighbor if they go on Tuesdays and say Momma nature sent me they will get a huge discount. I used to go here with my ex. After we broke up they still kept talking about him to me. Nick actually told me that my ex-boyfriend came in with his new girlfriend and she was prettier than me, but was fat. They kept talking about how much money he had and how I should stay with him because he has all of this money. Now one of the girls in the shop is dating him... probably because he has money. Now I know why they were so mean to me.

Love this nail bar. There seems to be one on every corner and Ive tried most of them only to keep coming back to this one. With all the new nail bars opening, I dont want to miss out on anything new but nobody does a pedicure like State Bridge Nail Bar. I find it hard to believe that the people that have written bad reviews have actually received bad service. I have witnessed some of the most obnoxious customers in there and they STILL give good service. Im here on a Saturday afternoon and only waited 5 minutes with my feet in the water. They typically have enough staff so the wait is never very long.

When we came into the door no one helped us to our seats. Me and my friend set down and only when she finished another worker came to help me but then someone else came in and they started doing her nails while I was just waiting. They did a very poor jobs and there were a lot or small air bubbles. I would not recommend this place at all.

I went in for a pedicure today, the lady who did my pedicure was very sweet. Since Im 8 months pregnant and cant reach my own feet to exfoliate them myself I was really looking forward to having a pedicure. Unfortunately, $30 later my feet are still dry and cracked.

Today was my first time ever coming here and my nails look amazing, and Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails. They were so sweet and wonderful and Kevin does a great set of nails!! Will be returning every two weeks!

It was a bad experience. No one came to serve us for 15 minutes or even more.When they did they didnt really care how it looked and did care if it hurted or it looked really bad. Really expensive even though we didnt do as much this time. The final price was $60 which is the most I have ever paid for my nails. The final result was like I did my own nails which my bad hand. I had old nail polish and they didnt care about taking it off. If you want a good experience DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst experience ever!! Was so looking forward to a pedicure with my wife. Waited with our feet soaking in luke warm water for over 30 mins and then had a 10 min delux pedicure which should have lasted for 30 minutes. My wife had a terrible experience also, rushed and no lotion even applied. Will never go back, had been going for over 2 years!

Ive been going here with my mom for at least a year now. Weve tried just about every place in town and none compare to this awesome place. Their prices have remained the same and are very reasonable. You can leave paying around $30.00 bucks for a regular pedicure, which is not common in this area. Im assuming the person who complained about spending $60.00 received a gel pedicure and one of the deluxe pedicure packages. I love this place and have also seen a lot of obnoxious people come in for mani/pedis and theyve always provided great service.

It was an ok experience. At first they were really nice but then as I got my pedicure done, they turned the water too hot and burned my foot—twice. I originally came in to get gel but the guy persuided me to get sns on my nails. I deeply regret that now. They are so big and bulky like I have half a gumball on my nails. They were too rough with me and while he was drilling my nails down, he cut the top part of my cuticle and it started bleeding. He only said sorry but it only happened because I was moving too much (i wasnt, he just wasnt careful). I still had to pay full price even after be cut me. My nails are so sore because of how rough he was with them. This place is very expensive too and they do rack up the prices to things you didnt ask for (like hand lotion and massage oil to your skin) i ended up paying 76$ for my pedicure and manicure but I always pay 40-50 at other salons. I will never come back. Now I am unhappy with my nails, down 76$, and have sore fingers and a cut on one of them and i’m worried it will turn into an infection. I now will go to another salon to get these gumballs off my fingers. Smh.

I have been going to this salon for several years. I’ve always had a great experience and the staff are hard working and personable.

This is by far the WORST nail place I have ever been. I got my nails done here one time and the lady doing my finger nails left me TWICE. Each time she left me she was gone 10 mins to service another customer that came in after me. They definitely weren’t busy enough for her to be doing two people at once when there were atleast 2 other employees sitting on their phones. Not only that but once she was finally done she left all my fingers on my right hand in pain while two of my fingers started to bruise and the bruising went past my cuticles down into my actual finger and the bruising was still there two weeks later.

After seeing the positive reviews across multiple sites, I gave the nail bar a try, and left knowing that I’d found my new nail salon! I planned to schedule my next appointment for weeks later, but midway through the week, I found myself wanting to go back... and my second visit didn’t dissappoint. Overall, the friendly customer service, large selection of color options, talented and thorough nail techs, deep leg and neck/back massages with mani/pedi, and complementary mixed drinks deserves theses 5 stars!!

I decided to try this place out since it was so close to my house! Ive gone back multiple times now! I was first impressed when my pedicure continued to shine even after a beach trip. I have been a compulsive nail biter for as long as I can remember, so Ive always avoided gettin my nails done. After speaking to the owner, I decided to try a few things and venture out. I had never liked acrylics since I tried them as a teenager and of course they tore up my nails. I decided to give in to keep myself from biting them. I tried gel polish and then redid acrylics with sns. Ive never had a problem with anything and Ive always been impressed with their work. I went 3 weeks ago to get sns on my natural nail since theyre long enough and I havent had any issues with chipping or cracking and Im pretty tough on them at work. My nails have never looked and felt healthier.

I when to this place for a manicua and a pedicure i ask the lady doing my nail for a nail license and she tell me she don have nail license for your info please if u when to this place for a nail job please ask them if thay have a nail license for doing your nail it unlawful to do nail without a license some one should report this matter to the state board but i don know how
