I have been a customer for a couple years now. I have the greenest lawn on my street. Very few weeds ever pop up. Im overall very happy.

My weeds are growing big. I have called this company THREE times and emailed once in the last week and have not received a single response. Dont waste your time with this company!

I have been a great customer for years. I have a fescue lawn surrounded by other Bermuda lawns. They were good first few years but for some odd reason will not answer a call, email etc. If the owner looks at these reviews, feel free to call me and we can discuss. 7-521- 9347.

Been with them for 2 year now.. Initially they did their job with little supervision but the service changed to NO SERVICE. In my first year of service, I only called them once and even though they did not respond right away, they addressed my issues.. Because of their response, I thought to try them another year... Unfortunately paid them in full for the entire year because of advertised 10% off that you get by doing so.. bad decision! Have not seen anyone in my lawn after renewing my service. Tried reaching to them through email and phone and had zero response.. Avoid these guys, or try your luck.. I would not!

When we started using this company 5 years ago, we were extremely satisfied with their service. However, over the past couple of years, something has happened to this company. The house we moved into three years ago, though using Georgia Lawn, the lawn has deteriorated considerably. It’s like no service has been done on it at all. Not sure what’s up with them, but you can’t get a hold of them at all. I’m pretty sure they are just sticking signs in yards and not actually doing any of the service. Stay away! We’ve switched companies now.

Had GLI in previous home and they did okay with the lawn. Built new home and hired them again but with different results. New quality sod nearly destroyed. I had another professional out here in the Fall and he said the grass was extremely malnourished. He questioned if I even put fertilizer down. When I contacted GLI I received no response. It seems since I was the only resident using their service in this new neighborhood they neglected to service my lawn. Very disappointed!

Been using these folks for a few years, my lawn looks better each year, happy with service and they know what to use on different types of lawns, and when to apply. Not easy to get contact with these folks, but good work in my experience.

Repeatedly billed for services not performed. Latest was last week. When challenged they admitted they did not do the service. Other times they have come back a couple weeks later and performed the service. All in all our yard looks worse than when they started. It will take major effort to deal with all the weeds because of missing pre-emergent service.
