I wish there were more stars to give!!! I relocated to the area and have been looking for a new med spa and had not quite found the right fit until I stumbled upon this gem! I went in for a micro-derm and enjoyed the consultation and facial so much I signed up three laser peels and Slim Scupt. WORTH EVERY DIME and then some. They really treat you like family and the my skin has never been better. They truly care about their clients here and it shows every time you walk in their doors. Stop in and see what I am talking about :) you will not regret it!!!

I have had 3 facials. Each one of them were excellent. They are very accommodating. Danielle is amazing. Im so impressed with this facility. I would definitely recommend enhance aesthetic and Laser Center to everyone.

0 ⭐️ 1 is too muchbut the company that can exist, terrible customer service, they sell you lies, I went to about 5 sections and they did not help me at all I think they did not turn on the machine because it had been by group. I also had a problem with the 35 dollars that charge a lack of respect. total would have to reconsider the structure of that company and start again! provided a good service to the clients without discriminating, helping those who come for their services and be more flexible in their policies !!! I would recommend a company lie or my worst enemy. Sucks even with gift promotions I would go back again. if you go for a service lady who does not move your face I do not want you to touch me with any treatment I do not understand why they bid you to buy their exorbitant prices

Great experience! Super kind and accommodating, I had to change my schedule 1x and they were flexible with me. I am African American and never once dealt with any racism or negativity of any kind. Very zen place, great staff, great business.

I have been to several spa’s and must say that both Jill and the doctor go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Exceptional service, professional, calming ambiance and extremely accommodating even with a schedule like mine. I personally have no hesitation in recommending any new client to their facility. MM

This business is NOT flexible with your circumstances if you miss an appointment. You WILL be charged $35.00....most small businesses understand that life events occur, and are understanding of customers situations.... Its a textbook opportunity to create positive press and word-of-mouth. Not Enhance Aesthetics. And I am not buying the reasoning that they have to pay the attendant. My visits were/are prepaid, and all she does is walk me into the room, place a few pads on me, reenter in 20 minutes and remove them. This is not a surgeons office, and likewise should be more compromising.

Terrible service overall. Jill who I believe to be the owner was condescending and pushy quite honestly. I am in marketing so I understand that one must try to sell clients but from the moment I walked in the door with my Groupon until I finally just got up and left I was basically told that what I purchased wouldn’t work and I needed to spend anywhere from $800-$2000 more to get any results at all. As soon as she realized she wasn’t gonna sell me on anything else she became snippy and condescending. Made me so uncomfortable and unappreciated that I left and fortunately was able to just straight up cancel my Groupon. I will never return. it’s unfortunate because I was actually looking for a new spa in the area . I will take my business elsewhere .Don’t subject yourself to these people. there’s plenty of other businesses out there that also use Groupon that will appreciate your business.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Unfortunately my dislike for this establishment started before I even made an appointment. The woman at the front desk was SO RUDE. I came in to inquire about the services they provided there, specifically pertaining to the Groupon, and she would not answer a single question. It was like pulling teeth with her! She was very short with me, and acted like I was bothering her. How can you be so rude to someone who is interested in becoming a patient?? They have a lot to learn over there, and I am very disappointed I had to go through that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I visited this place for a consultation after I had purchased a deal on groupon. The lady at the front desk was very rude took very long to acknowledge my presence.. I was called into a room by the front desk lady, again very rudely she explained the procedure and what it does talking down on me as if she didnt want to be bothered by me she later says she cant treat me.. Denying me the service I paid for.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..

If I can give this place a 1/2 star I definitely would. The owner is VERY rude and definitely dont know how to run a business. Shes also a FRAUD!! It is not included in your paperwork that youll pay $35 if you show up 20mins late but she lied and said it might not be in the paperwork but she verbalized it during consultation which is a BIG FAT LIE! If its not written and signed....then its not discussed! Pls DO NOT waste your time and money going to her. Go somewhere else....Youll hate it if you go to her. If I can do a charge back and get my money back....Ill definitely do it!

TERRIBLE SCAM!!!!! The owner is stuck up and RACIST!!!! You should have seen the awful looks she was giving me up and down omg. You can tell she only wants to cater to white uppity women who she feels she can get more $$$$$ from. the entire consult was her trying to sell me on something that cost almost $600 and never even touched on the Groupon I did purchase. I was watching her speak with another white women and her demeanor COMPLETELY different. I had already purchased groupon so I started treatments even though she basically told me it wouldnt work lol????? I was like ooook well if it doesnt work then why you selling it????Of course she couldnt give me an answer and basically just pushed out of the way.To sum it upDO NOT WASTE TIME OR GIVE THIS NASTY STUCK UP RACIST PLACE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY LOVE ALL PEOPLE AND WILL APPRECIATE YOU.
