Awesome salon! Everyone is extremely friendly and they know exactly what they are doing! I had a blowout for my birthday 2 weeks ago and everyone loved it! I came back for highlights a week later and I love my highlights! I have dark hair and every salon always messes up my highlights! This is the 1st time I have left a hair salon HAPPY WITH MY HIGHLIGHTS!! I recommend this salon!! You wont be disappointed!!

I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place and I am very surprised theres negative feedback posted about these guys. I absolutely love getting my hair done there and have been going now for 6+ months. I am VERY impressed with their professional service and knowledge about hair care. When I come into the salon, Im always greeted and treated with kindness and offered water/wine, and serviced promptly (in/out in about 1 hour in most cases)!I am on a hair journey and its been great! My hair growing and looking better than ever thanks to these guys and the $99 unlimited hair service!

Let me start off by saying that I have gone to Tiramisu for approximately 10 years, and can genuinely say that I have never had a bad experience at a single one of my appointments. After moving homes and looking up directions to get to Tiramisu and seeing their reviews on Google, I was always so shocked to see people rating 1 star while the majority gave stellar and accurate reviews. For anyone using these to decide whether you should come to this salon, let me make it abundantly simple:I am sure that many people have had bad days, experienced mistakes, or just had plain unfortunate service from a number of reasons in regard to getting their hair done. If you feel like you are the type of person that wants to bring negativity into your environments and is not understanding, then maybe this really isnt the place for you. The members that run this establishment have been some of the most professional, friendly, understanding & flexible, and above all inspiring people that I have met when doing business. They consistently go above and beyond in their attention to detail, as well as the environment they create at their salon. I feel that they are interested in creating a bond with their customers rather than focusing solely on profits, which reflects itself in so many of these misguided reviews - even seeing their responses convinces me further of their incredible professionalism. If you are looking for a service you can experience with people that will brighten your day and treat you like one of their family, I highly recommend Tiramisu, and humbly implore any customers that have had a different experience to give them the opportunity they deserve to win you back over!

Good while it lasts, their monthly deal ends as a scam. My wife cancelled the membership on November 30 due to them changing the location. They keep posting charges (January and February as of this review) on our cards that I have to dispute.

I love going to Tirmasu! They are conveniently located near my house in Alpharetta and My stylist Marqueetta is so knowledgeable on hair care and always educates me on great VUM products to use in between our appointments. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is great.

Worked there, they havent paid me my last 3 paychecks. Ulrick tries to smooth talk clients out of their money. Vicki is a sweetheart and so is Val, but Ulrick will be the downfall of this business. Having new workers clean his home and cut up fruits for him and such.

I’m Amira’s mom writing this post. I would not suggest this salon to anyone and definitely don’t sign up for their “$99/mo” deal. First, when you make an appointment, they will be late every time. If they are there, they are over booked and at times we had to wait over an hour to be seen and thats WITH AN APPOINTMENT. When you get in the chair, they do a good job most of the time, I can say that, hence one star and not zero. However, I stopped the “$99/mo” club and got charged twice after stopping the auto draft. They refunded one but not the second time it happened. And, the first time they charged me $149 and later explained (when I called them) that the price went up. No warning. No call or text to say that was happening. But, they assured me in text and via the phone that the auto draft wouldn’t happen again. It did happen again (after two people assuring me it wouldn’t) and to date they have not refunded it. They said they would put it back on my card. They didn’t. They said they would mail me a check- also didn’t happen. Only go there if you want to wait forever and have them steal your money and then lie to you about getting it back. 😖 I see now that I am not the only one who has experienced the “credit card problem”. Maybe I should file formally against them too? For crying out loud- give me the $99 back!!

Do not give them your credit card number. After your membership is over Ulrick will continue to charge you. He still hasnt returned my $200.00 that he claimed was a computer software error. ugh.

I love this salon Vicki is the best she really takes her time to explain what she is doing and really listens to her clients. Always happy when I walk out.

I had a great service when Kris was there ,after she left i am really not into this place .also i had issues with credit card .they dont answer that easily to your inquires about your credit card , i ended up filing dispute .Then Ulrick called me to settle down the misunderstanding .
