Core 57 is literally heaven on earth , the all-star team of trainers with wonderful classes and a strong sense of community. I tell my friends it’s like a great workout and therapy in one. I just started and feel like I am already in better shape. Each trainer has their unique focus and experiences. Ive been training mostly with Rebecca and Tammy.Tammy is a badass trainer. She is deeply gifted and a compassionate soul.She focuses on proper form and makes sure every motion has control and purpose. She challenges me to work harder and helps me realize I am capable of more than I think.Rebecca is an angel with wonder woman power who genuinely cares about getting her clients the best results. From our very first session, she supported me every step of the way with fitness and nutritional suggestions, inside and outside of the gym.If you are looking for a gym with trainers who are prepared to influence your entire lifestyle from top-down, then look no further.

Core 57 has the best trainers and facility! Top of the line coaches that know their stuff and care about the clients. The culture of the gym is apparent from the moment you walk in. Culture starts from the top and Kolleen sets the tone for sure! I would highly recommend the gym. The location is great and I never have a problem with parking.

After three back surgeries, the trainers at Core57 have rehabbed me to great health. They know what exercises will improve my CORE without injuring my back. I hate it when I have to miss a session and feel better after every session.

Core 57 is great! Ive never worked out with a trainer before. Every trainer here is focused, personalized to your needs (even in a class setting). They even communicate between each other to make sure if one trained you one day and another trains you the next, they know how to keep the training focused and tailored to your needs. Very accountable and responsible team. And above all, its a fun atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other in a supportive way. Cant say enough great things about Core 57!

Core 57 is more than just a place to workout, it has become like a family for me, my husband and teenagers, the trainer’s are awesome and really work with you to become a better you, it doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, there is something for everyone! We look forward to going to the gym and feel so much more balanced and relaxed , so thankful to have this place and everyone working there and working out there in our lives!
