We have used Window Gang for years and been pleased every time until this year. After our house was done, I noticed that part of our front porch was missed.I called and shared my concerns with the owner. I sent him photos and he said he would follow up. No one ever called back, no one came out to finish the job. No one offered a reduced price.Very unprofessional of the owner.

Window Gang has been washing our house, decks, and driveway for a few years now. They do an EXCELLENT job at reasonable, competitive prices...not like others who overcharge you for low quality work. Brain really stands behind his company and work quality. He is committed to customer satisfaction. We will be seeing him again next year. Thanks!

Great reliable service from Julio and Zack .I set an appointment with Derrick 2 weeks out and the guys showed up on time !Every window, regardless how difficult to access , is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this hard working company and it’s team !

Had window gang out to the house to do windows/gutters/ and house wash. They guys called when they were on the way showed up on time and put in work. I must say they did a great job and are some hard working guys. They went above there means to ensure the job was done right. They made sure the gutters were clean and down spouts were in working order. They even went back through checking the windows after the house wash for run marks to ensure a clean windows. My wife and i couldnt have had a better service.

Used these guys twice, First time was fine. Second time, the windows were actually much worse when they left. I wasnt there. Why didnt my wife say something to them? That is the $64,000 question. In any case, it should have been obvious to them. I will never use their service again.

When I booked the appointment last week with the owner Derrick, I was told that the team put all the debris from the gutters in a bucket and puts into the garbage. Well they just left and I can tell you they do NOT. They throw the debris off the roof as they clean the gutters. Then they were very sloppy in cleaning up with a blower. I have dirt all around my house that they left. I DO NOT recommend.

Window Gang does everything from pressure washing to gutter cleaning to window washing. All the things my husband hates to do! And they will fit you into their schedule if you are having a time crunch. Window Gang staff are reliable, pleasant, and trustworthy. They do a good job every time. I can highly recommend Window Gang and Ive been using them for 20 years~~

I called 3 times last Monday to your office and left a voicemail with no answer from anyone or a returned call. I then called 3 more times last Tuesday to your office and left a 2nd voicemail with no answer from anyone or a returned call. Finally, I called last Wednesday to your office and left a 3rd voicemail with no answer, however, I did receive a call back Wednesday evening from Katie in your office.You company has serviced my house more than once for a variety of services. You have cleaned the exterior windows on my house at an agreed upon price of $318. Katie also confirmed that exterior window cleaning service would be the same price at $318 again and if I wanted any additional interior windows cleaned that Julio would look at what I needed and give me a price for those prior to commencing the job.Julio was scheduled to come Saturday 9am to complete the job. He shows up 45 minutes late with no phone call prior to advise of his tardiness. He comes inside and lets me know he cant perform any of the interior cleaning services of either the stairwell light fixture or interior windows without a partner. I told him not to worry about anything interior that I would just do it myself (which I did with a 10 ladder very easily), and to just begin on the exterior windows. He stated he was going to walk the house to get a window count and advise me of my price before starting.Julio came back to let me know that the price to clean all exterior windows would be $585, HOWEVER, he would give me a $25 discount for being a repeat customer (what a deal!). I asked how many windows he counted to get to that price (knowing that I have 80 windows to be cleaned already) and he couldnt seem to give me the total number he just kept rambling on and on. I then told him that Window Gang has been to this property at least 2 different times and the contracted price for exterior window cleaning was $318 and I was just curious how how got nearly 200% higher. Julio starts rambling again letting me know that prices have gone up recently. I asked him if prices went up since last Wednesday when Katie confirmed $318 for exterior window cleaning, which he didnt have an answer for. I told him he could go ahead and leave my property if he is going to try to price gouge me. He goes on and on and on telling me he is the office manager and that I dont need to try contacting anyone else (either Katie or you the owner) because he makes the decisions.I couldnt be more displeased with any of the services your company has provided (or lack there of honestly) and if you care at all about your business I would like to think you will actually read this email and make some adjustments. The individuals running and representing your business are doing you a huge disservice.Awful communication from Derek the owner as well. He called me the following Monday to address the above issues. Told me to give him a few hours to look into everything and that he will make it right with me and apologized for the lack of communication from his team. Here we are 4 days later and I havent heard a word from Derek. Just an absolute nightmare and awful experience. Will never use again and dont recommend to anyone else.

We just had window gang power wash the exterior of our house. Included in the price was power washing both upstairs and downstairs enclosed sunroomsI paid brian unfortunately without looking at his workFirst floor sunroom had to be cleaned numerous times by myselfYesterday I spent most of the day cleaning the lower level sunroom which was never power washed but was billed for itCalled them twice to let them know how they did not fulfill their end of the jobThey never returned our callsVery disappointedWill never use them again. I am a contractor! If my business ran as poorly as this one.. I would have been out of business right from the start. They came in January ..BAD job, service, ... and now as I watch my CLOGGED!!!! gutters overflow... I am not happy.... and the windows are streaked.

I am so disappointed. I scheduled the window cleaning a few weeks ago, in preparation for Thanksgiving. Julio came by today abd would not do the work. He apologized and insisted that my window screens were too fragile for him to remove without causing more damage. He also said the windows could be “frozen”, but was able to open all that he tested. Window Gang has cleaned my windows a few times over the years. They provided very poor service today; two days before Thanksgiving! Their number has been deleted from my phone!

Lousy job, Ignorant, Terrible service. They were supposed to pressure wash and clean the gutters in the back of my house on 8/12/16. About 20 minutes after starting the job they were standing on my driveway asking for full payment. I didn’t have time to check their work so I paid them, and asked them if they cleaned the gutter. They said NO it looks OK and charged me for it anyway.In the afternoon I noticed the same old spider webs around the house and found out that not only they did not wash many areas on the sides and the back, also the gutter were still clogged , and they had even left my hoses spread all over the backyard. Next morning I called their owner Derrek and emailed him 14 pictures of their mess asking politely to send somebody to finish the job they’ve already got paid for.Multiple calls and one month later they never called back, and did not even bother to respond.
