Joe from Sir Grout came by to check our tile shower. We previously used a different company and our grout was not repaired properly (we have hairline cracks now and wrong products were used in certain places), so I wanted a new company to check it out. We met Jeff Miller (owner of Sir Grout) via a coupon we found in the Sunday paper. He came by, took a look and was very honest with us. Our shower stall floor was floating and beyond the scope of what he did. He recommended one of his subs to come out and give an estimate to remove and replace the shower stall floor. TJ and Randy were terrific. They did the work with attention to detail and followed through on every commitment. When they were done they returned and then finished the removal and sealing of some grout lines on the stall walls. When it was done it looked just like Jeff said it would, brand new. If you dont consider Sir Grout for your tile work it will be your loss...

After reading reviews of other companies and seeing before and after pictures of what Sir Grout was able to accomplish with their services, I called and talked to Joe about my shower grout issues. He was very professional and responsive and came to my house to explain the processes and products that Sir Grout uses to clean my grout. We had a great conversation and Joe answered all of my questions.On the day of the grout cleaning, Ken texted to let me know he was on his way. He abided by my request to keep his shoes at the front door and acted nothing but professional during the entire cleaning. Ken took the time to explain each step, provided me with grout options that matched the tile, and made the shower look brand new. Ken advised that he wouldnt leave until I was satisfied with his work. I would use Sir Grout again in other areas of my house.

This is the second time weve used Sir Grout. A couple of years ago to renew the shine on our entry marble floor and just recently to clean and seal the kitchen marble backsplash. We were pleased with the job Sir Grout did on our marble floor and thats why we called them again for our kitchen. The backsplash looks like the day it was installed and Daniel gave us instructions on how to keep it looking new and clean. I would not hesitate recommending Sir Grout to anyone!

Sir GroutGreat Job!We had water leaking from our master shower into our basement. Turned out it was not a plumbing issue, but rather our tiled shower had lost lots of bits and pieces of grout in between the tiles so that there were spaces with no grout, thus allowing water to flow through the tiles and down to the basement. Because we wanted the job done right, we decided to look for a company that specialized only in grout. We would do an ok job, a general contractor would do a better job, but a grouting company should do a great job and do it right. We found Sir Grout and based on the excellent reviews online we contact them to come out and give an estimate. The sale rep was great and very professional. He explained the process and warranty and provided an estimate. We were impressed with the sales rep, his explanation of the work that would be done, and the reviews that we decided to go with Sir Grout and not seek any other estimates. I don’t know what a good price is for what they did, but we believe that our cost was fair and reasonable and well worth it. Our work was scheduled 6 weeks out as they are booked, but an opening came available 3 week early and we took it. One worker came out. He was very nice and did an excellent job on the shower. It only took about 4 ½ hours. He redid all of the grout in the shower and even the grout on the outside of the shower on the floor. We have a light brown colored grout (alabaster) on the floor tiles and tub tiles as well and they matched it perfectly. He even redid all of the caulking in the shower. They put a special coating on the grout to help it last longer and protect it from water. They offer a special cleaner for the shower to protect the tiles and grout even more, so we did purchase it. The shower looks beautiful, like new and no more water dripping into my basement! This is an awesome company and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them if you have any type of grout work to be done!

Jeff Miller is an honest professional and his technician delivered good quality work as promised. My wife is super happy with the final result. Initially she and I were considering actually replacing our tile, but the Sir Grout process literally made our tile and grout like new. The thing we are most excited about is the fact that the grout is no longer porous so it will not longer absorb liquids and dirt. When it does become soiled it can be cleaned and the grout will look like new again.

After ongoing leaking in our Travertine shower Sir Grout came out to do an in person consultation where I was very impressed by their level of knowledge. I ended up scheduling a full resealing of the shower which stopped our leak and cleaned up the look of the shower. I definitely recommend giving them a call for your grout needs.

I had Joe and his team come out almost a year ago, and they did an awesome job, and the tile & grout looked great! A couple of months ago, we recognized that in a few areas, the sealant had not held up as well in certain sections. I called Joe, and he came out, looked at it, and recognized something had not worked. He stood behind his work and promised to send someone out. I honestly thought I would have to call and remind him, but much to my surprise, he reached out when they had an appointment change, sent someone out, and we are good to go!

We had our countertops sealed and some grungy floor tile done in the bathroom. It ended up looking great and the technician who did the job was a nice guy, worked around our kids and gave us some good advice on grout color (I didnt know). The service wasnt cheap - but it was reasonable. I would recommend the company.

Wow!After many quotes to re-tile our shower and master bath we decided to try SIr Grout before spending an enormous amount of money and not to mention the down time. Must admit I was hesitant because of the condition of the Travesine tile, especially in the shower.This was an amazing job by the tech and a beautiful finished product.
