(Note* - Posting this under a different name)Where do I even begin? William Buchanan and his team set my hopes up high in terms of the service I purchased for a very large sum of money. However, all my hopes were SHATTERED down when they did not deliver.Everything was just a routine paperwork for them. I really dont believe that an individual with supposedly 30 years of experience, could do such a shady job after getting paid upfront. His reports were NOT delivered on time, showed very poor analysis, his and his teams lack of timely response were just tip of the iceberg. All of this left my family and me into a world of distress.I strongly recommend NOT to hire Buchanan and his associates for any service. Please do consider alternate options if youre being forced into hiring him.Extremely disappointed and would like my money back (but cant)

Dr. Buchanan has been a great help to my family for years. If there was ever an issue I wished to discuss he was always there for me. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. He is a great man with great morals and integrity.

If you care for your family and children, please do not use Dr. Buchanan. He does not do his assessments thoroughly. He is a joke for being a psychologist and being an advocate for people, their families, and their mental well-being. Dr. Buchanan and his team are responsive until they get paid and then there is no regard for deadlines or response. They barely take the effort to understand and, make judgements without thoroughly analyzing what is actually going on. For them, youre just another client. His junior teams does the work and takes inputs without proper analysis. The reality needs to be shared with everyone so you dont have to go through what I went through. (Using an alias) PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM!

Dr. Buchanan recommended to the court to separate my teenage boys in regards to custody. As a result, my boys are suffering from increased anxiety and emotional distress. Do not use Dr. Buchanan if you truly want what’s best for your children.

I have worked with Dr. Buchanan professionally as a child advocate attorney and personally for my own son. He is an excellent psychologist. Very thorough and current on the science. I highly recommend him.

Be very careful as to whom you entrust your childrens well-being. I implore you to do your research and seek someone with integrity & your familys best interest at heart. William Buchanan has been in this business over 30 years and I would have been better off phoning the pyschic hotline and discussing issues with a $2.95 per minute scam artist. Pretending to help and ACTUALLY helping are two stark differences. PLEASE if you love your family and want legitimate therapy- go elsewhere.
