I cannot say enough good about North Point Executive Suites. Since day one of moving in the staff has been attentive to all my needs, questions and desires. Jessica and Phoebe meet and greet my clients and visitors with gracious charm. The offices and grounds are spotless and gleaming. Parking is never crowded or inconvenient. My telephone calls are professionally answered and forwarded to where I may be. Conference rooms, lounges, meeting rooms and reception areas are tastefully appointed and comfortable. I have never found cause to complain of any need unresolved.

So I dont know if it was NorthPoint or ONLC the training company I thought I was going to. They found the room I was suppose to be in but there was no instructor or instructions on how to get logged into the class. I figured it out myself, then they said I had to move to another room. Then they had to move me back. It was all a bit frustrating to finally get in my 9am class at 10. I will say, the building is nice and the North Point staff were very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Even paid for my lunch that day. So my thought is, most likely an ONLC problem not Office rental people.
