I worked at this location for Randstad Technologies and was micro-managed to death. This department would not survive without the Google Suite. Primarily Google Trackers. They use google trackers for absolutely everything. Ive never seen anything like it. The people I worked with were overloaded with work and completely stressed out 100% of the time. Id rather be homeless than work here. Thats the Gods honest truth. Please consider a different place of employment.

Okay so I dont review all that often because I mean really who reads these things? Then again I realized that most people only review when their ticked off which doesnt really reflect the true nature of a business so I decided to give it a shot.This place is great! I worked with Navid who fought tooth and nail to get me temp work while Aamir went way above and beyond to get me my current permanent position at a place thats utterly perfect for me during one of the worst times in modern history. He managed to place me during a pandemic of all things!! He was in constant communication while working my first few weeks as a temp(and after too making sure I settled in okay)and I cant even begin to describe all the effort he put in to getting me locked into my current position(spoiler alert: it was a lot!). He fought for me, and I mean really, how many people can you say have done that for you? He put in his all and Im so lucky to have had the chance to work with him. I owe him a lot but I figured the least I could do was tell everyone how awesome he is and say that to work with him is a privilege. God forbid I need to find another job any time soon but I know if I ever did then Im without doubt working with him again while knowing Im in good hands.Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience with this company. They had a choice to do right by their travel nurse, but instead covered up an issue to keep the check flowing from the hospital. So not only did they not let me know that my contract was ending a month early, they also wanted me to work in unhealthy conditions at Grady Hospital. So I show up to work, Grady tells us travelers to sit in a cafeteria for an assignment, come back to us and say we have no work for you; so being a responsible employee I advise my recruiter, who claims she has no idea of what’s going on. After sitting for hours and watching the staffing department close up their area and go about their way, another traveler and I walk over to the Randstad office to see what the issue is. The representative there then explains that they were not aware of what was going on, and that we could leave, and they would get us paid. Fast forward to today, almost a month later, and they are not trying to pay me. The labour board and whoever else, will hear about this.

I am sincerely indebted to Market Manager, Lauren Wright. In mid-August I emailed her regarding a position I saw posted online and wanted to be considered against. Due to my not seeing her follow-up email, I thought I’d missed this opportunity. However, I was wrong. 3-weeks later I sent an email regarding the position and was invited to interview online. In complete negligence I showed up to the office ready to interview in person. Lauren realized I had made this mistake and instead of having me drive all the way back home (35 mins) she had empathy and decided to interview me right then and there. Towards the beginning of our conversation I briefly mentioned that I would eventually pursue a career in an industry not related to the online posting. Near the end of the interview she politely excused herself to get another recruiter. To my astonishment, I was professionally introduced to Recruiting Manager, Danielle Thompson, who was screening candidates in the industry I was considering. Wow!!! That’s some real Networking. Due to my being honest about career goals, it gave Lauren the information she needed to connect the dots’ which involved introducing me to Danielle whose client need’s matched exactly what I wanted in my next role. In a city where unemployment rates are higher than gas prices; it’s good to know that there are people like Lauren who genuinely care and will use every resource possible to connect people with their dream careers.

I havent had any issues with the Alpharetta location. The treatment depends on the location and or the personality of the Randstad employee. I must say A balance in the needs and concern for randstad candidates verse the companies they have the contract with should be implemented more. I will say Randstad usually has pretty good job opportunities and offers available compared to some of the other agencies. The company is overall good, but always room for improvement.

Ranstad Alpharetta is one of the worst temp agencies I have worked for. I was on a assignment with State Farm in the mailroom and it was like a mini high school. The Manager Kendrick does not need to be a manager because he has no backbone and let the senior manager Kenneth run over him. He basically repeats the lies Kenneth tells instead of being honest about what’s going on with the job. They tell you lies when you are interviewing about how in 6 months you will become permanent when in fact they have no way of knowing of you are going to become permanent because it’s up to the client to keep you. It has been people working here 3 years and is still temp and making the same amount of money. No benefits, no PTO and no real pay for the amount of work that has to be done. Not to mention they change the work starting times every other week. This company needs reform and new managers that cares and actually want to see their employees suceed. Kendrick and Kenneth at Ranstad Alpharetta does not!!!

This company is very unprofessional and clearly does not care for their candidates. Spoke with recruiter by the name of Mitchell who explained that he would put me in contact with one of his colleagues while he was away. His colleague named JJ reached out to me stating that he had the perfect role for me and that he was going to submit me for it. I was told to take a proficiency test in the meantime and either JJ or Mitchell would follow up with next steps. Well guess what? Ive tried calling both of them numerous times to NO AVAIL. Ive tried emailing them and have gotten NO RESPONSE. I even messaged Mitchell Merkling on LinkedIn which is where I found him, and he READ MY MESSAGE BUT DID NOT RESPOND. At this point, Im done with Randstad. One thing I hate is dealing with unprofessional liars who are just out to waste your time.

The worst company to work for in the end.they got me a job with a company.however after I made a harassment complaint I was let go.They said I was still in good standing with the them.They never asked me what happened or investigated in the matter.And last but not least escorted from the job like a high profile criminal.They presented me with new job opportunities to keep quiet.When I inquired about this 3 different employees brushed me off.Im definitely taking it to court.After reading the reviews so has many other GA workers.The Alpharetta GA site is the worst.
