This place is one of a kind, and the staff is top-notch from the front end to the back, especially Nicole and Erica. Dr. Itkin is both brilliant and compassionate, and is the reason my dog, Rosa, is alive today. I cant say enough wonderful things about the team at All Pets!

Both my pups decided to snack on chicken wings and started to throw up within thirty minutes. Rushed them to All Pets and was very pleased with the care and kindness the staff and doctor showed when dealing with us. Amanda was helpful on the phone and during the visit. Really wonderful crew here. When I called, they were clear about wait times and what I could expect when I arrived. We were triaged within five minutes of arriving. After the doc examined my pup in the back, he was very thorough with his explanations of what could be causing it, and included minor issues as well as the primary one I was visiting about. Very clear and to the point - no additional tests were needed for my pup, but Im sure they would have recommended them if required. Id recommend them to anybody looking for quality emergency care for their pets!

I would give zero if I could. We have an under weight 2 month old kitten that was having trouble breathing yesterday. When the Dr came in you could tell from the get go he wanted to say euthanize. He did the x-ray and found fluid around his lungs and abdomen. The first words out of his mouth when I asked what could be done was to euthanize him. I asked about medication and he said Lasix was the only thing and he had no idea how to dose it for a 1 lb kitten. We brought our baby home with fluid. I cant wait for our regular vet to open tomorrow, if he makes it that long.

Y’all, this place was a God send. We were in from out of town and our senior pup (13.5 y/o) had what we later found out was a spinal stroke. It was about 9 pm or so and we brought him in, terrified. The night staff was beyond amazing. They were knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I wish I could remember the nice lady’s name. Miles had to stay for the night, so we paid for what they thought he may need and left, hoping morning would come swiftly and with good news. Sure enough, Miles bounced back through the night and when he was ready to come home, they gave us some money back because they didn’t need to do all that was initially estimated for. Thank you all so much.

Had a emergency situation yesterday. Gracie the family’s kitten got a toy stuck on her paw and could not get it off. We attempted several times to remove it but she would squeal so loudly, we decided we needed professional assistance. We drove an hour to ALL PETS EMERGENCY AND REFERRAL in Alpharetta, GA. When we arrived the staff there was quick with their assessment and put their plan in place. They took Gracie to an exam room and shortly thereafter she was returned ready to play. The staff and Nicole were amazing, compassionate and caring. Thank this wonderful clinic for giving our playful Gracie back!

We took our dog Beauty in for an emergency visit. She is a senior (16 years old) and required immediate care. Mind you, this is at a late hour where most emergency services were closed or denied us the opportunity to bring our dog in due to the high level of activity at their site. We called All Pets Emergency and they immediately offered us the opportunity to bring her in. Upon our arrival, Tyra welcomed us and gave us a calming presence to let us know that everything would be alright. Likewise, the attendant and vet were also very caring and attentive to our dogs needs and saw her immediately upon arrival. They listened to our concerns, acted with a sense of urgency, and gave us an honest assessment of our dog’s condition. We are thankful for their high level of professionalism and compassion during of time of difficulty and confusion, which gave us calm and reassurance. Thank you to the staff (especially Tyra) for providing us with a fantastic experience during a most difficult time. If you want a staff that truly cares about your love one, we highly recommend the team at All Pets Emergency. They are simply the best!!!

We can’t say enough about All Pets!!! From the Vets to ALL staff they are informative, compassionate and just the best! 5 years ago 7/2016 our little (5 pound chihuahua) had a massive stroke in the middle of the night at 2am. Thank god we found All Pets. They saved her and with continued care at home she survived. 5 years later our poor Tink woke up Friday morning 8/27/2021 distressed and couldn’t breathe. We took her to our vet and by 10:30 in the morning because of the distress they were recommending putting her to sleep. They recommended 3 different vets for a 2nd opinion if that is what we wanted. All Pets came up and we immediately went and got Tink as a transfer. Thank god!!!! It turned out she had a enlarged heart and respiratory distress. Her heart was pressing on her airways to make it easier to understand. They put her in a oxygen kennel to regulate her breathing and with several medications and lots of care and gradually getting her accumulated to breathing on her own Tinkerbell is back home 8/30!!!!Our family HIGHLY recommends All Pets for the emergency care of their furr baby! Had we not taken her to All Pets we might not have our Tinkerbell with us today!!!! We are forever grateful to the caring and knowledgeable doctors and staff!!!!Much love from The Rios Fam! Im so happy this place was recommended to us!!! Due to a horrible experience at another emergency vet, I almost did not bring my Bella here. My baby got sick Saturday morning and after her regular vet visit, she started getting worse. Bellas regular vet was closed on Sunday, so I was recommended this vet. After we got there, Bella was taken back to be looked at. When we got to speak to the vet, he was awesome! He told us what was wrong with Bella ( An issue her vet didnt catch) , gave us our options on her treatment. Very professional! And the receptionist Amanda! She is an angel! Very friendly and professional! SHE really made feel like I knew our Bella was in good hands. To top it off she called me to let me know she went back to loved on her. To me, thats going above and beyond her job to let me know she went to check on my baby!! Thank you for putting my trust back in emergency vets. Definitely will refer this vet and will always use this vet!!! Thanks so much!

Thank you thank you thank you to the staff at All Pets Emergency. I called the receptionist at 2 am when my cat was having side effects from his yearly vaccinations. She calmly answered all of my questions and helped me decide coming in was the right choice. I was immediately shown to a room and they were very thorough in their questions and intake. Dr. Sewell came in and explained the care they would give him and a cost estimate. I thought I would be there all night since there were a few pets in front of me but we were in and out in less than two hours. Kimchi is feeling so much better and I’m so thankful for everyone’s kind and comforting words while I silently freaked out in the room. I could even hear them talking sweet in the back to him and other animals and it’s clear everyone here is an animal lover. So thankful they were there to help in Kimchis time of need and make him feel all better.

The 2 front desk lady’s were so worried and sketching out about me. Then I noticed patients would come out and be looking over at my car seemin conserved the whole wait to thei car. Then a what looked like dr came out in scrubs got in his truck back up and shined his headlights on the back of my car and sat for a second, back up again and left. I went in and asked if there was a problem, I was told “most people come here because they have problems with their dogs, and it’s 2am n the morning they were worried for their safety. I simply asked them to ask the doctor what the signs were for bloat, they told me the dr visit was 95 dollars I said I’m not asking him to look at her I’m asking him for information about blot in dogs I was told the dr wouldn’t go for that I would have to pay the 95 dollars. Absolutely unreal, these people do not care about helping your babies; they just want your money. I’m absolutely Appalled. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE!!! For their safety, because my dog could have been dying they didn’t care about that they cared I paid them the 95 dollars or leave and not wait in the parking lot.

Have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to All Pets Emergency and Referral Hospital for taking such amazing care of my dog, Henley. Henley is 3 year old French bulldog and I noticed he was having issues breathing which were affecting his quality of life as he was getting older.I took it upon myself to find a specialist/surgeon that would be able to help me. I found Dr. Newton after searching the internet. I emailed her asking some questions in regards to potential surgery. She responded so fast and was eager to help me. I set up an appointment with her and I have never felt more comfortable talking to a Dr in my life.Dr.Newton and I ( I say “I” because she never pushed surgery on me) concluded Henley would need brachycephalic surgery which included stenoic nares and elongated soft palate surgery. She was very compassionate and outlined easy to understand next steps and was super patient with all of my CRAZY questions. She was very compassionate and understanding of all my questions/concerns. She clearly laid out treatment plan, including potential risks, side effects and how they would monitor Henley during the treatment process.I must say that Henley formed a special bond with Jordan, Dr Newton’s tech. During his surgery and overnight treatment I was sad and scared to leave him but Jordan gave me her personal phone number( I’m sure she wishes she didn’t 😂) so I could ask her questions or voice my concerns which I really appreciated. Jordan sent me pictures of Henley so I could see him throughout the night. She really went above and beyond and will forever be a friend of mine.Henley was so well taken care of by ALL of the staff during his surgery and the weeks that followed. He is and will ALWAYS be so excited to see all the amazing staff at All Pets. The front desk staff are also amazing and incredibly understanding of the stress many clients are under when bringing their pets in for various scary things. Everybody there was so friendly, and genuinely cared about my Henley. The atmosphere there is very professional, but so relaxed, friendly, and caring.Bottomline, there are wonderful, highly skilled, caring people that work here and I’m beyond grateful for all they have done for Henley. I felt like we were genuinely cared about, heard and that Henleys quality of life was #1 always. Today Henley is breathing better than ever. He’s running and playing like I’ve never seen before. Thank you so very very much, All Pets!! We love you all!!.

Beware. We took our precious little dog to All Pets Emergency when she began breathing shallow. She was 16 but in excellent health previously. The Vet tech took her to ‘the back’ to check her vital signs and would later take her again to ‘the back’ for heart and lung Xrays. We were later told she became stressed so a total body X-ray was done instead. The Vet explained that her vital signs were ‘ok’ and her heart and lungs were not bad at all. He said the only thing he saw was a small amount of inflammation around one lung and he suggested a ‘trial’ injection of furosemide and a prescription to take home with us.The Vet tech again took her to ‘the back’ for the injection.Meanwhile, the receptionist came in to me to collect payment.About 20 minutes passed while I waited up front to take my baby home. When the vet tech finally brought her out to us, she was conscious but did not look right. Seconds later she began opening and closing her mouth wide struggling to breathe and was suffocating. We were in shock and total disbelief. I cried for help and we begged to be allowed to go with her to ‘the back’.They took her again to ‘the back’ and moments later we were allowed to meet them in the front exam room. Our baby was motionless, had been intubated and had blood coming from her nose and mouth. The Vet said he had given her epinephrine but she ‘was gone’. No I’m sorry, just ‘she’s gone’.Our lives are forever changed. They took my best friend and constant companion. How do I explain to a dog that they have to be coupled up in the car for at least 2 hours?Youre telling me that they have changed every other protocol they have as a result of handling the pandemic, but they havent figured out a way to give people an estimate for when they should leave their homes and expose themselves to said pandemic? If this is the level of thought they put into adjusting their protocols, Im a bit worried what theyre doing to my pet in exam rooms...You people and your business are a joke.

We took our dog to All Pets for a non-emergency surgical procedure. When we picked up our dog following the procedure, he smelled awful. He had feces on his fur and reeked of urine. They said the sedation made him loose control of his bodily functions. Our dog suffered life threatening complications after the surgery and incurred vet bills twice the cost of the surgery to get him well again. I would NEVER take an animal to this place again and have told all of my neighbors and vet about this nightmare. I wish I would have investigated more, as many of them said they had also heard bad stories about this place and my vet reminded me that this was NOT his referral. Apparently, they have a reputation, unfortunately, we are new to the area and accepted the surgeons credentials as proof that they were reputable. Will not do that ever again. Lesson learned--at the expense of my dog.

The female vet, who did his surgery, basically told me they had no idea how this happened and for me to take him home and “keep him comfortable.” I immediately took him to Blue Pearl Emergency Vet and they were able to fix my baby within a few hours. All this place wants is your money. None of the vets on staff care about animals and it clearly shows! My boyfriend and I have never been to this place, but unfortunately had to make an emergency visit there when our 17 year old Calico had a seizure. She had gone blind and then a few days later lost use of her front half and then seized that night. It was traumatic, so we had to run to the nearest vet open at that late hour. When we got there we were promptly greeted and taken care of. Alice was brought back for vitals and we started to fill out paperwork. They called us back shortly after and gave us facts and how much everything was going to cost before we agreed to anything. They gave us all the options. In our states,we had to make the decision to put her down. What was a horrible experience was made a little better due to the staff at the emergency vet clinic. They are amazing in the sense that the rest of the veterinary clinics are closed relatively early and are also closed on weekends, for the most part. Our male literally was seen a few days ago for a sinus infection and the staff was yet again AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and full of compliments! We really love it there and due to our normal vet being closed when we need her we are thinking of switching to this emergency clinic for whatever we need! They treated our dog with respect and explained what to expect. Our beloved dog died very peacefully, and they then allowed us to stay in the room, until we were ready to leave. They were so wonderful. I have another dog that is getting very old, and even though they are not our vet, I would again go to this place, if I have to put her down one day.

Im sure that at least 2 of the attending doctors i met are awesome based on their stellar academic credentials and their thoroughness. It is unfortunate when ones passion and life calling to help animals collides with extreme greed at the hands of business. I am disheartened that I paid $1,000 after an initial assessment from a DVM who advised me of a very high survival rate for my pet only to find out 2 DVMs later within

My 11 year old lab Marley, became basically paralyzed because there was a bunch of gunk pressing against the disc which lead to huge pressure on the spinal cord. Everyone at All Pets Emergency and Referral Center was amazing and so helpful! Dr. Newton did the surgery on Marley and successfully removed all harmful disc from Marleys spinal cord. All the techs were super nice and caring for my dog which made me feel very comfortable leaving him there in their hands. When I would come visit Marley it was so apparent how much they cared about him and spent time making him feel at home! It was a week long stay at the animal hospital for Marley but he is back at home now recovering so well and I am so happy to see him up and walking again! I am so grateful for everyone that helped Marley on his road to recovery!

Our beloved 17 year old cat Skylar became ill on a holiday weekend and of course it was 9:30pm. We took her to All Pets Emergency and had a wonderful experience. The front office staff was amazing and showed true compassion. The vet techs and vet were also wonderful. Unfortunately 2 weeks later she became ill again and we knew it was her time. With broken hearts we returned to All Pets Emergency. The love and compassion that Skylar received was beautiful. The care my wife and I received was equally as wonderful. We chose to have our girl cremated so we could have her at home with us. The service that All Pets used was outstanding. They called us the next day and went over our option with us. The woman on the phone was so caring and compassionate. When we received our baby girl home, the service called to make sure she made it home safe. I cannot say enough about how much that meant to us that they took the time to make sure she made it home.I hope that we will not have to visit All Pets any time soon, but we take comfort in knowing that their services are there if we may need them with our other pets. I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need. We felt the cost was fair and the love and caring that they showed to our beloved Skylar was priceless!

This was by far the worst place to go for any medical emergencies. The doctor is very unprofessional. I sat there for an hour and a half just to find out things I already knew previously and was charged an out rages amount of money for it. I asked for my dog back and they would not allow me to hold her until I made a payment of almost $150 for absolutely nothing. The doctor should seriously reconsider a new profession because clearly she has no idea what she is doing.

I wouldn’t recommend these vets to anyone. I took my beloved yorkie here after she became suddenly ill. The vet seemed to think she would be ok but she died shortly thereafter. I had paid $739 for care until 8:00 am the next day. She died at 12:52 am. I was told by several people, including the vet, I was due a refund and would receive a call about it in a couple of days. I received no call and when I called, I was told I wasn’t owed a partial refund. The explanation was they had used all of it on her care, which included $72 for a group cremation which I was told was at no extra cost and $22 for a paw print. If I had known this, I would have brought her home. I was told that the techs and the vet were reprimanded for telling me I would get a refund. I live my life being honest and expect the businesses I deal with to be honest. In my opinion, this vet business is not honest and comes across as greedy without compassion at one of the most terrible times in the the life of a person who entrusts their fur baby to them.

Ive had several undesirable experiences with this place, but this last one really was upsetting. It is the only place near by offering 24 hour emergency care, so there was no other choice. My dog was up all night with diarrhea and vomiting. He was not keeping down water and the stool looked black. I knew dehydration was a big issue and the black stool was worrisome. Being a responsible and very worried dog mom, I decided that he needed emergency care. My normal vet was out of town for the weekend which was a shame. We get there and before I am even done filling out the paperwork, they came and got him. My boyfriend and I waited in a room. The tech brought my dog back to me and said that the vet would be in shortly. She came in and told us that his vitals are normal. Gave me a lecture on the food and treats that I have been feeding all of my dogs for literally YEARS. I asked what was wrong with my dog and was told that they wouldnt know unless I hospitalized him. So immediately after that we were presented with proposals. One was basically to give him fluids and some nausea meds to see what happens when I take him home - $350.00 the other was hospitalization where they would actually do blood work and xrays - $1,300.00. why could they not do xrays or blood work without admitting him? I decided to take him home on fluids. I called my regular vet on Monday who was able to get me in as an emergency. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes - bleeding stomach ulcer. He also took blood. My dog was feeling much better within a few hours. All that All Pets seems to be concerned with is profiting off of your worry. I will make the longer drive to Blue Pearl next time. DO NOT go here.

Just left All Pets and they made my fiancé and I feel so much better about the state of our pups. And diagnosed. Quoted. And treated all while we were there. Very reasonably priced considering youre not making an appointment, its a 24 hour emergency center, and the service is on point! You could tell they were a very passionate team. They seriously helped me and my pets nerves calm down we arrived. I felt like I had known the lady at the front, the doctor, the vet tech my whole life because they were so personable! My dogs are being sent home with the right medicine that I think will bring them right back to normal. They had upset stomachs, something like kennel cough, and were puking. Thank you all so much for all of your help! We appreciate you.

On New Years Eve, right before midnight, we went in because my dog had been attacked. All I can say is it was a really terrible experience and I had thought there would be compassion, but instead there was greed and rudeness. My children were crying because they were worried about our sweet dog. The female doctor brought out a paper that showed what all they would do and the total was approximately $1000. When I explained that there was no way that I could pay that kind of money, she said she would be back. She came back with a breakdown that was roughly $300 and said that after she did what was on the list, I would just have to take her home and hope for the best. So, for this amount, the spots were shaved, she claimed to have cleaned the wounds, said she gave an IV with antibiotics, and sent me home with antibiotics. When I said how many bites did you see, she responded with I really dont know and didnt count them.It was when taking my dog home a couple of hours later that I cried and worried that because I am not financially well off, my dog didnt get all she needed. Thinking about it after the fact, I feel taken advantage of. I feel that $300 is a lot of money and to be talked down to has had me upset and feel that this place is more concerned with money than with the sweet animals.

After my dog ingested some chocolate and began vomiting we decided to take him to All Pets. My husband informed the staff that our sweet boy had thrown up 7-10 times at home and then once in the car on the way there. After looking over our 5lb Yorkshire terrier and saying He looks weak the Veterinarian then decided the best treatment plan would be to give him the injection to make him vomit. I am very upset that they gave my already dehydrated 5lb dog an injection to throw up. Being 2:00 in the morning and half asleep my husband verbally agreed. Minutes after giving the injection the Veterinarian returned saying he threw up too much and she wanted to give him the injection to stop the vomiting. Never saying this would cost more, my husband assumed, it was included in the price. Not that that matters because of course we want him to stop, thats why we brought him in. After she got him to stop vomiting she then went over another treatment plan. Which was to stop at the $300 (My husband never agreed to more than the $200) we had already racked up or to continue to the $1000 plan. We dont have that kind of money to spend, my husband said that would be all we could do. The veterinarian made my husband feel like he was a bad person for refusing the care. My husband signed the form saying they could do the treatment ,that they had already done. I called to tell the administration about my discomfort in the matter. While she was nice she said they did follow protocol and offered me a 10 percent discount on my next visit. I am no Vet but I do know that every patient is different and shouldnt be treated as protocol. There is no way I would ever take my dog back there. This place does not care about your animal and only wants your money. Its obvious they are taking advantage of tired sleep deprived people in a crisis situation. Stay away from All Pets, I know I will.

She couldnt keep food or water down. They saw her immediately and gave her fluids and meds. She quickly recovered after a visit to her regular vet and some meds. Then this week she had a acute attack of peritonitis and they were able to confirm the diagnosis, keep her for care for 2 nights and were amazing with her and us! The front desk staff was so warm and caring about our situation. They were super with her and us and Dr. Edwards called in the mornings to give us updates before he left his shift. Our fifteen year old Siberian Husky was referred to Dr. Itkin at this facility for an evaluation after a preliminary ultrasound showed a possible cancer in his spleen. Our vet called Dr. Itkin after normal business hours Friday afternoon and he agreed to see our dog the following Monday morning, though he already had a full schedule and our dog would have to be worked in between appointments. The day before the appointment, our dog looked like he might be feeling worse, and we checked to see whether it would be feasible to be seen a day earlier. Dr. Itkin was contacted, and he agreed to come in, if we would like. Cassidy, the receptionist, went through the list of charges for a regular office visit vs. one on an emergency basis. We made made a decision to try to hold out until the original appointment. Later that day Cassidy even called us to advise us that if we did decide to come in on that day that we should call her first, as the emergency vet was in a procedure, and she didnt want us to come in only to have to wait until the emergency vet was available. The next day we went in early than we had originally been scheduled. I called in to the desk to let them know that we would be early, but were willing to wait until Dr. Itkin was available. The staff was kind to us, put us in an exam room to wait instead of making us stay in the waiting room, and then later when we were waiting for our ultrasound, moved us to a more comfortable waiting area. Dr. Itkin was professional and very competent, and I base this assessment both on the recommendation of our veterinarian and my own opinion as an ER doctor (although for humans, not for animals). The history of our dogs illness was complex and quite long, and Dr. Itkin patiently waited for the entire story to unfold. At the end of it, he felt confident enough based on the history and preliminary ultrasound to be certain that the dog did have cancer, and advised that he would be willing to do the ultrasound, but warned us that the test might not give us any additional useful information, as our dog was not likely to do well, even if we decided to insist on having surgery. We were facing the possibility of having to euthanize our dog based on partial information, so decided to ask him to proceed with the ultrasound. The study actually got done earlier than the promised time, and Dr. Itkin was able to provide us definitive results, even showing us the ultrasound images. Although the news was not what we wanted to hear, that our beloved dog had advanced, metastatic cancer, Dr. Itkins prompt diagnosis and candid advice on what we could expect in terms of prognosis gave us the information that we needed to make a decision on the dogs treatment. Also, to be clear, Dr. Itkin could have advised us to do anything, including surgery, and we would have agreed to it to save our dog. But he was honest about which things could possibly be cost effective, and which were not. There was no evidence that he was in it to make himself (or the hospital) rich. So I want to make it clear that this review is not a positive one just because the outcome was good. Our dog lived less than 24 hours past the visit to Dr. Itkin. But given the circumstances as they were, Dr. Itkin and staff were very good to our dog, and to us, and gave him the best care possible under the circumstances.

If you have an emergency DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Bottom line: The staff is incompassionate, unprofessional, and concerned more about money than anything else!! (except the nice woman at the front desk). When we found our 16 year old poodle early in the morning sprawled out on the floor unable to move a muscle, breathing very painfully, and shaking uncontrollably, we had no choice but to take her to All Pets, because our vet did not open for another 4 hours. We walked in with tears in our eyes, knowing that it was time to say goodbye after so many great years together. We were the only ones there. Right away they took our baby away from us on a metal table and kept her in the back. While we were kept waiting in one of the rooms, all we heard was the staff in the back loudly laughing and messing around while our baby was back there with them on the verge of death. We were devastated, and they were back there LAUGHING AND GOOFING AROUND!!After 15 minutes of being kept waiting someone finally came in to update us on the status of our baby....or so we thought! The only thing they wanted to talk about was how they would first need to run tests for over $800 before they could say anything about her condition. I would pay anything to keep my dog healthy, but it was obvious that she was not going to come back from something like this. We eventually decided to wait for our usual vet, who met us in the presence of our dog and explained to us that he could hear the fluid in her heart and lungs, and that it sounded like a matter of hours before she would die. She was almost 17 years old. It was obvious after two minutes.I see many other reviews of people who have had a similar experience. They are true reviews! If you have a pet who is in need of serious medical attention, or who is close to death, DO NOT take them to All Pets. YOU WILL REGRET IT and YOUR PET DESERVES BETTER!

I won’t be coming back. I was not pleased with Dr. Itkin.I brought in my dog for a hurt paw, literally what I wrote on the vet form. I wasn’t sure how she hurt her paw but it was bothering her. She was whining, limping, and licking it. I thought it must be a bite or she stepped on something. When I tried to look she would flinch away and not let me see.Upon arriving, Cassidy was very welcoming and compassionate. Someone came and took Chloe (my dog) to the back. Later, Dr. Itkin met with me to inform me that it is actually her thigh that is hurting her due to a “structural abnormality.” I found that odd considering I brought her in for her paw and she had no problem letting me touch her thigh. He said it was definitely her thigh and a knee issue and that her paw was fine. Just to receive that information was $95. He said to proceed with an X-Ray ($220). We agreed to do it because he’s the doctor after all.1st red flag: How come he assessed her leg out of the room? I didn’t see him touch her thigh and see her hurt from that so I had to go off of his word.2nd red flag: Dr. Itkin comes back with Chloe’s X-Rays. He plugs in his laptop, and searches for the files. Unprepared. Finally, he pulls up the X-Rays and says no broken bones, it was just a strain/sprain. He gave Chloe an anti-inflammatory and said to crate her for a few days.We get Chloe back and pay $325. In the car, Chloe was fine. No pain anymore. I touched her paw, knee, and thigh, and she still didn’t like it when I touched her paw, but we got home and she wasn’t limping or whining anymore. We thought well, it must have been a bug bite or something. She was licking her paw a lot, chewing at it but other than that completely fine.3rd red flag: The next day, Chloe wouldn’t stop messing with her PAW. Nothing from the beginning implied I brought her to the vet due to her thigh or knee. I looked at her paw and on the top noticed a small wound, definitely what appeared to be a bite. Reddish, swollen, and kind of raw after all the licking. I was furious! I brought her in for a hurt paw, and he makes me waste hundreds on her thigh, that she never had an issue with! I call the vet and ask to be seen again, for free. The manager said ok. We go in right away and Dr. Itkin tried implying that this wound happened AFTER the vet?! Covering himself, he said her thigh/knee was the problem yesterday so the paw is a separate issue from yesterday’s visit. He said she does have a structural abnormality and that the medicine must have worked great!? She’s MY dog, and I never once saw her complain of any thigh pain when I touched it. He argued and said nope it was definitely her thigh. I never saw him touch her thigh since of course he did it out of the room. The issue was topical, never inside of her leg. I was very upset we wasted $325. The place is never that busy. I drive by daily on my way to work and see 1-2 cars, probably the employees car, so I’m sure that’s how he makes his money - scamming.

I’m only writing this review because I hope this saves the next person from the pain and disrespect I experienced and I hope it saves another pet. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through at All Pets. The ladies working at the front desk are extremely nice, but the doctors are very rude and insensitive. Unfortunately, my dog passed away while she was under All Pets Care. I’m not blaming them for the passing of my dog, but the way they handled it was awful and very hurtful. First, they told me they had no clue why my dog passed away, after I was told that my dog would return home in two to three days. Second, I was in complete denial that my dog passed away, so when I called back up there to confirm that my dog did pass away, Dr. Blakenship said to me “YES, IM SURE YOUR DOG PASSED AWAY, SHE IS IN THE FREEZER NOW”. That was the most hurtful and insensitive statement you could ever make to someone that just lost there dog. I hope that everyone reading these reviews understand that this is not the place you want to go too if you honestly care about your pet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I live in Milton and unfortunately this was the closest place to my house, but I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back. The front desk wouldn’t respond to me saying “hi,” “thank you,” etc. The doctor was a compassionless stern woman who insisted our dog had marijuana toxicity. When we explained this was not possible, she didn’t believe us and was hostile. She printed a list of procedures with price estimates and said “Pick what you want.” I’m not the vet. She should’ve given me her recommendations and options. When I asked what signs to look for to tell if he was getting worse, she point blank refused to answer. She didn’t say bye, thanks, goodnight or maybe a simple hope your dog gets better. By the way the visit alone was $95 and to get him tested and treatment for his “marijuana toxicity” (sigh) she quoted $1100. Judgmental, expensive, stubborn and heartless. If you can, avoid this place filled with garbage people who clearly don’t even like animals.

It was a hard decision to decline an unnecessary battery of expensive tests but it was the right decision this time. My regular Vet and full service Vet did not have the facilities to treat my pet completely so we were referred to All Pets. Dr. Itkin provided a number of scenarios from best case to worst case before diagnosing our pets illness. Luckily the illness was not worst case but was in the middle of the scenarios. Our cat was in the hospital for a number of days for treatment before we could take him home to continue treatment on our own. Since our cat was in the hospital over Thanksgiving we asked if we could come into the office to see him. The staff was more than happy to have us visit and let us spend some time with our cat. The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about our pet and his health. All Pets is not a discount vet so do expect to the bills to be a little pricey depending on what you are having done. The service however was exceptional.
