We got our three-month-old daughter’s ears pierced here and they did a wonderful job. Julie explained everything and was so kind, patient, friendly, and professional. We are very happy with the whole experience!

When it comes to Piercings, these guys are particularly adept at it. I was also really pleased with the selection. The Store Manager and team handled my first-time numerous inquiries with smiles

First, I tried calling & someone picked up the phone then hung up (I should of known then it maybe a problem). I called back about 5 minutes later & scheduled an appointment to have my baby girl ears pierced.When we arrived the ladies at the counter were pleasant. When the lady did my babys right ear I heard a weird click & my baby began to cry.About 30 minutes later I could tell my baby leaning her head toward that right ear as if she doesnt want me to touch it. Fast forward to about 4 hours later, the earring fell out. She was not pulling on it or touching it either.It was a bad experience & my baby is still leaning her head towards the right. I monitor her constantly because Im worried she in pain.I would not recommend this place for babies piercing. I was surprised about my bad experience because of the positive reviews. The young lady that pierced my baby ears did not do a great job. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience, we placed an order a week ago with them, we were told we can pick it up within 24 hours, a week later no order, customer service is horrible, and I had to wait on hold for a long time before i can get my money back. Never again!

Went and got my 3 month old ears pierced by Byron and he was great. If youre ever thinking about getting your ears pierced go to North Point Mall and ask for Byron.

Byron did our 4 month old ears - very nice and did a great job .

Oh my gosh! Byron was soooo nice! he told me that it wouldnt hurt and that it was just like a pinch. But actually it is! and im not lying, it doesnt hurt at all, just a pinch. ☺☺☺
