My boyfriend and I booked our first land and sea cruise to Alaska through Lea Long. She was wonderful! Since it was our first Alaska Cruise we had a lot of questions, Lea always responded in a timely manor. Our trip was everything we dreamed of. We will definitely book another trip with Lea.

Fran Mintz did a fabulous job getting my sister and me the best deal on Oceania Insignia. She went the extra mile with answering all of our questions and getting us an upgrade. We decided we wanted to do an excursion she’d suggested and even though it was last minute - the day before we sailed, she got it for us. It was one of the very best snorkeling tours I’ve ever done - Roatan by Land and Sea. Thank you Fran! We will be back in touch for our next trip!

I decided totally last minute that I wanted to do an Alaskan Cruise for my 60th birthday. I went in and sat down with Vince who was so patient. There were 6 of us going and needed airfare, cruise info, etc. He was extremely helpful in giving us tips and ideas. He suggested doing Dinali first and then catching the cruise. Since he had been to Alaska, he knew exactly which ships went where and which excursions were good. to say the least, this was THE BEST trip weve ever been on! Planning last minute you do have to go with the flow with some things but we all had a blast together. The ship service was so good and we really had a ball doing all the things they offered. Cant say enough great things about every excursion we did too. Would do this trip again in a heartbeat!!

I went to this place in the Kroger shopping center and asked for info about a cruise as a surprise for my wife, who has never been on a cruiseMy wife asked me to delete what I originally wrote but that indeed was my sentiment! It’s her birthday and the front desk tells me this ship has no flowers. The shops include Citizen watches and Michael Kors.Anyway, the cruise recommended to us in no way fits the criteria of what I asked for.I am very disappointed as I sit here poolside (or tub-side) writing this review. Worst time ever.

We love using them,they treat us like family, we love how they handle all the little details ! We have booked both ways, directly through the cruise company and through a travel agent and the price is actually less booking with the agency,it is definitely worth the peace of mind !!! You cant go wrong with their team !
