Nice team, always helpful. Vans need some cleaning but overall was able to get job done without any problem.

I rented a pressure washer from the Windward Pkwy location. John assisted me with the rental. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He also took pride in having well-kept, clean equipment. Highly recommend.

This was one of the worst experiences I can remember. Im given a contract to rent a truck for 3 hours and keep it within 50 miles for $203 with a $150 security deposit. When I bring the truck back with a full tank of gas and within the parameters they ended up charging me $103. When I asked them why I wasnt given my full security deposit back they said that they had forgotten to put the truck charge on my agreement so they had to go ahead and charge me for it!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!I talked to 2 managers in the process and nobody took any responsibility and they tried to blame it all on Penske. Needless to say Ill never be going to see them again. Thanks for just deciding to add on a charge that you never told me about and pull it out of my security deposit!I guess Ill be building something together with Lowes from now on!
