My wife’s Dell laptop’s hard-drive failed. Geek squad was excellent. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the M.2 drive, installed a fresh MS windows image on the drive. Thanks Geeksquad!

Terrible customer service over the phone!!!! Put on hold twice and disconnected twice!!!! Clearly not customer oriented!!!

I have an old laptop and needed to convert to a new one. All my information everything I’ve been doing for the last seven years personal and business was on my old laptop. I called the geek squad phone number and set up an appointment we ended up in the Alpharetta Best Buy.They did a great job recommending a new laptop and converting all my data over from my old to my new, everything was there all my business contacts all my personal photos etc. They did a great job very professional and got the job done

Waited on hold for 25 minutes before O finally hung up. Don’t bother trying to contact them over the phone

I would give it ZERO stars if it was an option. I scheduled an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed before I headed out on vacation. I was willing to make a decent drive to get it fixed as soon as possible. So I scheduled an appointment for 6:40 PM. I drove over an hour to get there, only to find out that sorry, the tech has gone home for the night, but you can leave your phone here over night. Why would Geek Squad continue to schedule appointments if there is NO ONE THERE TO FIX ANY ELECTRONICS? How about giving your customers a call to let them know that they need to reschedule? The young girl gave no apologies when I told her the drive I had to make and that it was wrong that I was not notified. She simply stared at me and said nothing. Needless to say, it was a huge inconvenience and big disappointment.

I am a total tech support member. I brought my laptop into a geek squad location on Thursday, and they returned it to me Friday swearing there was nothing wrong with it. I am STILL having the same issue they claimed did not exist. Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. Were collecting some error info, and then well restart for you. Stop Code: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA What Failed: Netwtw06.sysIm disappointed in Geek Squad because they said my computer was fine, but I still experience frequent crashes.I am also disappointed because with all the physical locations closed, I cannot get only help because the chat wait times are far too long. You should prioritize TTS members ahead of all other general chat requests.

I have always enjoyed excellent service from this Geek Squad and Agent Tes has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She takes great pride in her customer service. They should have her train personnel in the computer sales department and in customer service.this geek squad and Agent Tes has always gone out of her way

Geek Squad saved me! My computer crashed out of the blue at a time when I had deadlines. They helped me select a new computer transferred my files from my old hard drive to the new one within the evening. Im forever a fan now!

The website says they will fix anything from anywhere and it has listed cameras and camcorders. I get in there and they say they dont do the above. Really frustrating!
