DynaSis is now Novatech, Inc. Of all the companies I have worked for in my 27 years in business, this ranks dead last and warrants a zero rating. The company is a part of Trivest Partners, a private equity firm out of Coral Gables, FL. The CEO, Dan Cooper, formerly of Global, a printer company, has managed to produce the highest turnover of employees both voluntary and non voluntary I’ve ever witnessed. Employee morale is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere and the upper management he poached from his previous employer is more like a group of washed out older frat guys with little value add to what used to be a respected technology company in DynaSis. After being handed proprietary business plans and information from the CEO himself (from his previous employer) I knew I was in for a treat. The director of business development lifted his previous employers training program, copied it on to new slides and asked me to review it. I said you might want to take the Xerox and Global names off of the slides. The most unethical and incompetent group of higher ups I have seen in my career less a few who were present at DynaSis before the acquisition. Not hesitant to post because I have the documentation to back it up. From a customer standpoint you will probably find some happy technology customers as the IT side of the business doesn’t seemed tainted yet by new leadership. On the print side, I’m sure it wouldn’t take long to find hundreds of outraged customers that could tell you stories you think could only be made up. Thought I had seen it all until working here. I received a fast response from DynaSis and their technician provided accurate fixes to my missing email folders. In addition, he loaded their help desk program to my computer which will now allow me easier and faster access to their help center.Im very pleased with the response, help and relief they provided on the last day of 2018 when many places were working on a skeleton crew.Very happy with their help desk and would recommend highly to others!

You will always have issues when it comes to an IT company managing your systems because its technology and you have end users that will complain whether its a company or internal staff doing the work. What you need to look for in a company are the ones that will listen to you and work with you on providing a solution. I feel that DynaSis has kept in touch with how things are going and they stay on top of the latest trends out there. They provide quarterly assessment meetings to go over issues or things that I need to be made aware of. They have been easy to work with and make the necessary adjustments to my infrastructure and the supporting of my assets. I have had the pleasure of interacting with the President down to the tech support and they all seem very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Our business has used them for a few years now and it has been wonderful. Recently completed an entire upgrade with total implementation success!! Great folks!

They are very prompt with responses, always available (yes I have spoken to live rep 2am) and overall just genuine people. Dynasis was the best decision our firm made coming into 2018.
