I will not use this company again!When I called the office to let them know my home was not cleaned, I talked to Jessica. She kept talking over me and not listening to my concerns. She kept saying the same thing over and over. I had to raise my voice and yell....stop talking and listen to what I am saying! She was not easy to talk to. Then I talked to Heather, the manager. She was easier to talk to and she apologized that my home was not clean and assured me my home would be clean before the ladies left, which it was not cleaned as I wanted it cleaned.I only wanted the main floor cleaned which has 1 bedroom and 1and 1/2 bath.NOW....onto the lack of cleaning! The 3 ladies were here for over 2 hours and did not clean my floors, window seals, baseboards, coffee table, end tables, picture frames, kitchen cabinet doors, bookcase, 1/2 bath was totally not cleaned...toilet seat, floor, cabinet, picture frame....none were cleaned! I have laminate floors! They were so dirty!A young lady with a wet cloth was in the half bath cleaning the top of the toilet tank and the toilet lid then moved on to wiping the sink with the same wet cloth!😡 really! You never clean a toilet then use that cloth to clean anything else!😡 I asked her questions and she just kept looking at me shaking her head yes, I asked “do you speak English” her response was shaking her head yes than said NO! Really?Heather told me I would be charged extra for the ladies to clean my baseboards!At the time I was talking to Heather she said my cleaning charge would be $228.When the ladies left I was told the cost was $301.93!I wrote a check for $275.My baseboards (which I was charged extra to have done), kitchen cabinets doors, 1/2 bath toilet and bottom of bookcase was STILL not cleaned!I just wanted these ladies to leave!I think I was OVER charged because I had to walk around and show the ladies what they needed to RE-CLEAN, deal with Jessica and pay extra to have my baseboards cleaned!One more thing...this company would not give me a cost up front. I was told they would let me know after the ladies were finished....I should have hung up when I was told this! We did not agree on a cost up front!Again, I will never use this company again!Sandy Stevens7/2/2019

Highly professional, work very hard non stop,thorough and overall an excellent job on master bathroom and upstairs full bath.Will call them anytime it is needed...including a deep clean of the entire home. Highly recommend!

Image Maids has been cleaning my home in Johns Creek for 3+ years. They have always been accommodating to my needs, which fluctuate often with a very busy household. The office staff is always pleasant and understanding. When I am at home to see the team they always communicate well and professionally with the members of my household. The cleaning has always been consistent and detailed.

I would recommend that you not use this group. We did not have a good experience.

New to the area and was referred to Image Maids by a co-worker. I could not be more impressed with the service I received by their crew. They were very professional, efficient and pleasant to have clean my home. They really worked hard to bring my home up to where it should be. Thank you!

I used Image Maids for their move in/move out service. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Anyone that has tenants knows that there is very often little turn around time between when one tenant moves out and the other moves in. I had a pair of days to make sure my home was in order for new tenants. The day after using the service, I spent the following evening doing a deep clean myself instead of coming in to do some finishing touches as I had hoped. There were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, my family members that came to help me clean were able to vacuum a significant amount I contacted image of dirt hair and dust off of the upstairs carpets; needless to say, it felt like I hadnt paid for the service I had requested, which came out to be more than $400.00. When I requested a partial refund for the time my family and I spent doing the work I had contracted them to do, they never responded to me again. Please take a look at the pictures. If this is what you find acceptable for $400+ in a 3 bedroom home. Look no further than Image Maids!

I have used several cleaners in the past years, but this is the first time that I told the office what I wanted, the crew came with smiles and, not only did what I asked, but did it exceptional well with every detail completed to my great satisfaction! My husband hired Image Maids to help with our second home. They came whenever we visited and did an OK job. Once we moved here full time they came weekly. The crews seamed to be different each time. On the final day we had them clean for us I left an Amazon gift card out to remind myself to load it in my Amazon account. I came home after the maids left and the gift card was gone. The office staff advised they did a strip search (WOW, excessive but OK) at the next home where the ladies were and didnt find it. Since then we have come to realize I am missing the following: a David Yurman Diamond and gold cross necklace, a Maya Brenner M initial necklace in gold, a coach wristlet in black patent leather and a pair of gold small bar earrings with black stones in them. These are all things I didnt wear regularly and wouldnt have noticed them missing until I went to grab them. I am filing a police report in the morning. BEWARE....

I honestly liked them for a time, but after returning to the area and seeing the final cleaning they did for my home, which was empty when they cleaned, I have decided I would not be using them any longer. One big reason is that in February, they called to tell me they broke a lamp. I told them where I purchases it. I was told they replaced it. When I arrived home in June, I was dumbfounded to see that the lamp had never been replaced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that someone had broken the new one and they responded that they didnt have the receipt. I ran businesses, you always have receipts. There were dirty dishes left in my dishwasher that had been there for apparently nearly a month!!! They are supposed to run the DW. The trash was put in the can outside and the trashcan not taken to the curb and there was a terrible ant issue outside. My exterminator was great about it and came and sprayed multiple times. The beds werent made correctly...wrong size blankets on the twins and queen beds. I can honestly tell you that there is NO WAY they spent the time they said they did in my home and charged me well over $200 for the last cleaning they did here. Id never recommend them to anyone after this. I have left a couple of messages for Angela and havent received a response. I just left another today. I simply want to get my key from them. I am glad that I came home so that I didnt continue this relationship, but I am sad all the same as I truly liked this company. Im not sure what happened when they went from Mini Maids to Image Maids but it was definitely not an improvement!!!

Weve had a very positive experience with Image Maids. They have proven to be professional, thorough and pleasant.

Showed up at my familys house unannounced while my parents were out, said my parents hired them to clean our carpet while they were at work (they didnt) and that I should let them in because they were called by my parents(Im 18, but look younger). Just a front so they can stake out your house then rob it later, dont bother. [Also, almost all of the 5 Star reviews are made by dummy accounts, see 1 review]

I tried to schedule a spring cleaning for my home 3 weeks in advance (for 2/11 with a $250 budget). They would not accept my business and when I asked why, I was just ignored. I even offered to give payment information up front. What kind of company are they? They are racist and they discriminate - I would not recommend them to anyone!

Meticulous work! Clean from corner to corner! Friendly, polite and accomodating staff members from the office to the maids!
