I was looking for a professional cleaning company for my huge rug.My furnished condo was previously rented out to a family with small children. With that being said, there was work to be done...Mr. Reza answered my call and immediately scheduled a time for pick up. No window time frame! It was a solid time for arrival.This had never happened to me before. He arrived on time, picked up the rug and finished the work days earlier than promised. THE RUG LOOKS AMAZING! Never cleaned like this before.I think this company is honest and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them for all carpet needs. Give them a call, you wont regret it.

Mist Carpet Cleaning was Absolutely Amazing!!! We requested Same Day Service and Reza was willing to fully accommodate our family. We needed 3 bedrooms and a hallway cleaned. We were worried because there was gum along with several stains. Reza arrived early and he was very nice and professional. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. To our surprise, Reza was able to get the gum and all stains out of the carpet. We were happy to share our experience, as we will definitely be using Mist Carpet Cleaning in the future!!!

When we were pregnant, we bought a used glider as the new ones were way too pricey. We called Mist Carpet Cleaning as they were highly recommended for their professionalism and the quality of their work. Let me tell you... they did not disappoint!! The price was reasonable and the results were nothing short of spectacular. I was a little worried because some of the stains seemed old, but they got the job done. We just moved into our home and needed a deep carpet clean. Mist Carpet came highly recommended from our decorator. So glad we took the recommendation and called! Two guys showed up and were very professional and thorough. They were also very thoughtful and asked if they should put on shoe covers since we have a baby. It took about 2 hours and I couldnt be happier! I finally feel like I can let my baby crawl around and not worry about how clean the carpet is.

I would recommend Mist Carpet Cleaning to those that need professional and quality service. Im sure things happen, but it appears a couple of these reviews are people that are displeased because they had to pay the estimated cost (what?) or because they had a bad experience with pricing and satisfaction of the work (though still professional which was nice). I assume the company made things right and attempted to rectify any concerns others had based on my experience, as they are very kind people that do a good job.

Charged me over twice what I have ever been charged despite having a free room coupon. My apartment is 1000 square foot total and the bathrooms, kitchen, and entry are Not carpeted. $308 total including a $28 credit card fee.... The free room coupon was $40, and excuse my math but 2 bedrooms with small walk in closets, a living room/dining room combo, and a hallway.,. If rooms are $40 each-- how would my house cost $348? I moved all furniture myself. To make matters worse, it was not only the most expensive but the absolute WORST job I have had when professionally cleaned. Ive cleaned them myself for the same result... Usually professional is better. (I knew some stains wouldnt come out but even some traffic stains didnt that have always come out! I get my carpets cleaned several times a year.). The gentleman who came put was friendly and professional and on time. However, I feel cheated and like I owe it to people around me to spread the word far and wide so that no one feels this way again.

I call Mist Carpet Cleaning they came out on time my carpet as a huge stain , they removed it and later i can see my carpet was super clean, thank you i recommend this company , job well done, professional.

Terrific job but pricey. One guy and a truck showed up. Luckily I hadnt moved back into the home since taking possession from my former tenants, who did have two dogs. The carpets were stained and i was thinking about replacing all the carpets. This guy will negotiate price with you and that is something unsettling for me. It was $400 to clean a living room, 2 small bedrooms and a master. Mind you all the rooms were empty. He also agreed to clean a sofa I had just brought over and left in the garage, which took him less than 10 minutes. He didnt do a good job on the sofa. It wasnt even really dirty but after he was done it smelled like dirty water and still has a must smell. Thank god for febreez. The carpets were wonderful, but again I think the price was high for just 2.5 hours of work.

Greedy. I put too much trust in BBB A+. He estimated $1300 and I agreed to that (as a worst case scenario). The job took him 3 hours and he charged the full $1300. So, friends and neighbors, beware.
