Ive used Mr Clean and Wash Me Fast before and these guys are definitely a notch above those two. Even though I rarely see the same faces each month, everyone seems to be working with a purpose and not lollygagging around like someone who hates their job. The car wash itself does a nice job of cleaning and i do like that my mirrors or wipers arent knock off track or flat out broken like I have experienced with other places. Im not big on vacuuming every single time I go through (like it seems most others are), but, when needed, it does a decent job of getting out beach sand from a vacation and other kid french fries and god knows what messes. The tire shine and rain-x treatment at the basic $19 monthly price point is something I have to pay extra for at other places, so thats an extra value.

Used to love it here guys were so friendly and welcoming bring my guys back new ones not as nice.

After a poor experience across the street I stopped here. I do not typically go to touch washes. Did an excellent job. Free vacuums, air gun for clearing water in tight places, and you can air up your tires. Became a monthly member for a reasonable price.

The Alpharetta sign says 50% off Club Membership which is what drew me in to THAT car wash instead of others. I gave the application back to the attendant, he said its actually 50% off 1st month Membership. I told him that was deceptive advertising and the sign should be corrected to say what they are actually discounting. Also, if you want to cancel or modify Membership, you cant do it online, but have to go back to the location. Very courteous attendants and clean facility though.

The basic $10 wash does a great job on our Highlander.Excellent tire shine.

If youre going anywhere else for a car wash, you need to reconsider your options. This place is awesome and has the best vacuums hands-down. Guy working was professional, super friendly and accommodating.

My wife went here with her 2016 Audi A5 and after inspecting the car after the car wash she noticed that the cover to her gas door was missing. We spoke to Bryce and was informed that her vehicle had prior damage before even looking at the car. Which was purchased new and never had an accident. I went by the car wash the following day to speak to the manager and was to I was not able to for some strange reason. After calling repeatedly and not getting anywhere. I got an offer to have half of the damages given to me or two months of free car washes. THE AUDACITY AND INSULT MADE ME FURIOUS!!!! Now I have to take all of this unnecessary time out my day to file a lawsuit. They will NEVER get my business ever again!

It wasnt bad, it was far better than some of the other local ones. The air drier is really good.

I go atleast 2 times a week. The staff is helpful and there are always towels.

Love this car wash!! It has everything you need the staff is extremely helpful the facilities are clean and well maintained they have the wide mouth vacuum they have the long nozzle vacuum. they have a high pressure air gun to blow things out of corners such as the back deck behind the seat and the rear window it gets rid of the bugs and the dirt and the leaves and whatever might be back there. you get towels and windshield cleaner. the mat cleaners have always been working every time Ive been there.its just a great experience!!!Oh yeah and after the wash tunnel theres a ton of spaces to do the detailing after the fact.

This is the best car wash around. By far the best equipment. Does the job!

Dont get tire shine if you have low profile tires otherwise you will end up with greasy rims.Update they just removed $7 wash and added wheel deal as a basic was i dont mind paying extra $3 for same wash but removing tire shine from rims later sucks see photo how their wheel deal cleaned my bacis rims. Today was last time I go here!

Great carwash. Still offers towels for wiping. Only complaint is cheapest wash is $10 but you do get tire/wheel shine for that price.

Unfortunately can no longer recommend as it scratched my car. If the wash stalls whilst you are in check your car afterward as thats when it happened to me.

After the harsh storms we had this week my car was filthy and there were leaves everywhere. The guys didnt even think twice before picking everything out before rinsing my car down and going through the wash. I just got my membership and definitely plan on keeping it. The place is always super clean and everyone is beyond polite and professional! Definitely recommend.

Best car wash I’ve been to yet!!!! We have the monthly membership and absolutely love it!!! This place goes the extra mile prepping your car before the tunnel and it makes a huge difference in our overall experience! They are out working their competition for sure. Not to mention it’s brand new and everything is super clean.

I have the monthly membership since they opened and always had a great experience, recently purchased a new truck and upgraded my membership package. Drove my truck back from Florida and the front was completely covered with bugs the 2 guys at the front spent about 5 minutes scrubbing the front of my truck THATS SERVICE!!!

I always use this car wash and love it! Today when I went, I had window chalk on my back window. Jason came and scraped all of the chalk off for me and made sure I was satisfied with my wash. Jason went over and beyond to make sure my car looked great. I would recommend this car wash to everyone!

The service at this place rocks!! Every time I come here, the wash attendants are super nice and go above and beyond! In addition to that, everything is always clean and in order.

Great deal. $20 and you get the whole 9 yds. Then you can pull around back and get the inside quickly with convenient vacuums and may cleaners. If you have time you can detail with clean rags and spray cleaner they provide. Fast and reasonable and car looks great when done, including tires. No sitting around waiting for your vehicle.

Good business. The managers need to do a better job of keeping down the volume of guests car radios, though, while they clean their cars. Maybe post some no loud music signs and enforce that.

This place is great to get your car washed. Its the best place around this area by far for an extremely fair price. Used to use Auto Bell but this place does a far better job.

Best car wash ever. Great employees. Its a bit expensive but they have some extras the other guys dont have like two machines to clean your floor mats and rags to use.

Super fast service, great setup that gets you in and out quickly with the car coming out very clean. Kids love the Lava Wash with the red lights! Might have the strongest blow dryers in the business...not a single drop of water on the topside of the car.

10 stars? I got the lowest tiered wash and dry and my car came out looking like it was waxed. There werent any visible brush marks on the rear like with most places. The guys show personal attention to vehicles as they enter the wash

My usual place. It has everything I need. I have weather tech floor liners that cant go in the mat cleaner & the guys are very accommodating pressure washing them for me.

Its a good wash and they have good vacuums and floor mat cleaners. $20 for the top price wash. They have a wash club that is worth it if you wash about once per week. The tire shine will get on your rims if you have low profile tires but they told me that it would happen before the wash, I wipe my rims down after the wash anyway.

Great place to get your car cleaned. And a great exercise for this kids. I totally take the family out here and get everyone to clean the car.

Nothing like sitting at the bay waiting to get a car wash to finally ask for help and be notified my membership is no longer valid at 3 Minute Car wash. My membership I signed is with 3 minute BUT I bought it at the CANTON, GA location and they sold that location. No letter in the mail, no smoke signal, no transparency. Just a simple- you can buy a new membership here. No thank you, I thought I already have one. Will be canceling payment and disputing 2 memberships with whomever will call me from corporate. Glad to see my credit card statement shows your company name as the merchant of record. WARNING to the ROSWELL, GA location as well. You will be denied service and told to buy another membership that will be valid at this location and 4 new ones but that doesn’t work for me. I use this one and Canton.

Have been there numerous times. Never had a poorer response to a very simple request. My vehicle came out of the basic wash with dirt on it. Was not taken thru mud or dirt but the mgr told me he cant do anything but next time he would hose it down and scrub it a tad moreThey should have given me a free go around. That was not to be. Cleaned dirt off myself from vehicle body. Spent $10 with tire shine. Same issue. Got no real tire shine material on tires.

Ive always had a great experience at this car wash, the staff is friendly but the most important is the car wash itself as that is the purpose of my visit. Well it is a brand new recently built wash so everything in it is brand new, the car comes out very clean, it is not aggressive on the paint, the cleaner they used is the best Ive seen so far, too bad they dont sell bottles of that stuff Id buy some spray to have with me for times when Im too far away and just need my windows clean, Their vacuums are very strong and the air guns are also great, they help a lot when removing all the tiny particles and crumbs from difficult places. The tire shine lasts a very long time, in other words this is the best $35/mo that I spend, I would recommend this car wash to anyone.

This place is new and does a great job of washing car. However, I noticed that when we drove thru our Van, room is tight. I recommend folding in your outside mirrors. Other than that its been great so far. I do like to see more explanation what each photo does. There are no description what each picture does. If you are expecting people to interpret what each picture does, I failed.

In July I joined the Hot Wax Club with the knowledge that I could cancel anytime. So I used the wash twice and realized I lived too far to get the benefit of the club. I called multiple times to cancel only to get an answering machine. I left messages for them to call me back but I received no calls back. When I went to cancel which was on the 3 day of the month they refunded me what they took out on the first. I asked to have one last car wash since I had paid $35 dollars for the last 5 months and they said No. I’m disappointed in the customer service.

I like coming here but who knew I had to wash my truck before I came here, They got real upset that my truck was dirtier than they liked. It’s a car wash that likes to wash clean cars.

I would give a 0 if I could. We have had 2 to 3 incidents where they did not resolve the situation. There system only allows payments on the 1st of the month. We came in to start a new membership on the 20th of the month but they still charged us for the entire month and then charged again on the 1st. We let that slide but then we were headed out of town from 6/3 to 7/11.we asked if we could suspend the membership for those times and they said yes. The morning of the 3rd we go to wash the car before heading out of town and they had already suspended because it had to be on the 1st. In this day and time of computers this is ridiculous plus the manager should have made us aware of this before hand. We currently have 2 monthly memberships but that Emden today and we will not be back to this place. Then to make things worse, they wanted us to go in and fill out paperwork to cancel. Why? Oh so they hope you will not have time and get charged another month.

Had an issue with my brand new car getting scratched and told the manager. He claimed that it was impossible but it happened there. I cancelled all my cars and told everyone I know about what had happened.

The car came out clean!

Wash is poorly run. On unlimited wash plan the RFID never scans and creates a delay behind me. Also more importantly the water stinks from being recycled. When i leave the wash the air from my vents smells like poop.

Surprise car wash! This place is like my old favorite place that went out of business/moved location (we all have one of those!) They have a club membership I havent looked into yet but definitely will on my next visit! Prices were good, ranging between $7 and $20 for all the colors and products and there were also free vacuums at the end. What surprised me was being handed a free cloth (in photos) to wipe down my dashboard and interior as I liked while going through the wash. They also spent an extra minute staying and sponging down the front of my car, which had unfortunately recently had a run in with some bird droppings, before my car was pushed into the pulley and through the water system.What would be nice is an additional purchase offer of interior cleaning or small detailing/extras but that didnt seem available. This is your typical quick vehicle-thru-carwash but new, with decent prices, and a membership plan option.

Nice car wash and facilities

I was driving by and saw this nice brand new car wash in my neighborhood area! Unfortunately my first impression was horrible, I stopped at the gate to buy a car wash service on drive thru exactly at 6:59pm, when one of the employees came running by and told me that they were closed and the Manager said that they could not have anybody else going thru the car wash, and they still had cars on the car wash and customers finishing their cars. I even said that all I needed was to go on the drive through car wash, I didn’t not need vacuum or anything else. At the same time another SUV stopped next to me around 7:04, the employee opened the gate for both of us to exit, but as I was driving away I notice the same employee directing the man ( next to my car), they talked for a few minutes and the employee and manager moved another vehicle from the drive thru allowing the MAN that got there after me to go thru the car wash!My question is : why the MAN was allowed to go in the car wash and get his car cleaned if he got there after me and specially after I was told I couldn’t pay and or use a service because they were CLOSED, that I was welcome to come back next day at 8am ? The MANAGER SAID NO to me but not to him? I see it.... This is really BAD business POLICY. You can’t pick and choose your customers. I will never be back there or on any other of their 4 locations!

Friendly staff and glad they prewash before u get washed as a lot of locaruons seem to miss.... however very expensive and that is why the 2 stars... they are not looking for the occasional washer they are looking for monthly memeberships to draw from your bank account... like click bait...
