I’m really upset about this last experience at Pits. Every car wash before this one was awesome. They did a horrible job cleaning. It’s like they went in and quickly rubbed everything down. Dirt in visible spots all in the car. They also left my car running the whole time with the doors open with the ac blasting

This place has reopened now and I cannot say that it is really any better. The people are some what flippant and in some cases rude especially when entering the car wash tunnel. Apparently you have to be a mind reader. The exterior wash and vacuuming package I chose was around 47$ which is kind of of high for such a basic service. The automated car wash was as expected... leaving my car semi clean with missed spots. The vacuuming and detail was just ok, Weather Tech mats were not washed and there was not much cleaning done on the dash or seats. Overall it felt like I just got into a vacuumed car and that was it.

Excellent place to rely on the oil change of my vehicle, I also take it to wash and leave it very clean, they take care of everything, people who know what it does. I recommend them! My vehicle comes out as new from here.

!!!!!!WARNING!!!!! DO NOT SPEND A DOLLAR HERE! My husband took my car yesterday to get cleaned and it was returned to us with scratches all over the touchscreen of my car. They are refusing to do anything for us! Unacceptable service and will cost us a fortune. (Only giving one star to be able to submit my review. They should get zero!)

Always have come here, but not anymore. An hour and a half and they’ve JUST gotten to my car. Nobody told me it was going to take longer today. I would’ve appreciated it since I had other errands to run, but now have run out of time..

I dont understand the low star rating for this place. Great local family owned company! They are sweet, honest and diligent. I have been going here for 3 years. They take great care of my car (oil change,filter change) never over charge and my car comes back clean as a whistle.

Ive had my car washed and cleaned here about 5-10 times over the last couple years whenever Im in the area, and have had a good experience every time! The staff are always friendly and hard working! I always appreciate the extra TLC this team puts into cleaning and the fresh car smell I leave with!Surprised at some negative reviews here. I always get the most expensive cleaning option and I feel that they are very detailed and do a nice job every time. If you are complaining maybe you should try buying a better package first. Based on other reviews and pictures I see some old dirty looking cars and people expecting miracles, get real! No one is going to scrub your old coffee stains and dirt out of your cloth seat and remove the grime deep in your cup holders for a basic car wash price. I would not expect it at least.To the lady that posted a picture of the wheel, you need it refinished, It is clearly scratched from the road! The wheel itself was cleaned. As a customer of this car wash, it frustrates me that this is what they have to deal with sometimes.I will continue to recommend Pits Car Wash!

Quality of work and the amount of time needed has gone way downhill recently, I wont be going back. After a recent detailing job, there are scratches all over the paint of my car. I was furious!!!

They are one of the few car wash places that actually do a good gob and are reasonably priced. I get a better deal and better quality than cactus or mr clean. I recommend this place. The building isnt as pretty (inside or out) but worth the visit.

Please do not visit this establishment they are rude and very unprofessional. I received an oil change from them and in the prcosess they damaged a part and my car now leaks oil costing me over $500 to fix. When I went back to speak to a manager about the issues. They tried to say that i never brought my car there and that they have no records. I even showed them my bank statement and receipt.

I was told that it would take 15 to 20 minutes for an oil change and basic wash. I agree. An hour later the mechanic tells me that the oil change comes with a new oil filter as he is putting oil into my car. I agreed and he looks at me funny. I ask if he had not changed the filer and he tells me that I requested him not to. No I told the girl at the counter I did not need an air filter when she was trying to up sell me. An hour and a half from start to finish and I did not realize until I left that they had not re-set the indicators and I was now missing a wiper blade from the car wash.... oh and the basic wash....it dosent clean anything. Will never go here again.

Great service for very good price

More affordable than Mister Clean, they did a terrific job deep cleaning the family car, and I met the owner who is very nice at checkout (woman owned and run, ladies!). They get my recommendation. Free wash with oil change, too.

Just completed my 3rd or 4th visit. The price is good but they take too long. I seem to wait an hour plus each time. There is also confusion on when your car is ready. I am now trying to fix my side mirrors.

Poor service. Employee at the receiving side recommended Le Mans for $29.95 and said it includes full-service interior and exterior cleaning. When the car was ready, dirt and lint were everywhere inside and out. When I pointed and asked to clean those up, manager lady asked another $29.95 for any work beyond. She continued to argue and it wasnt worth the discussion; no service manner at all. Dont even consider this place. Its a total rip off.

I have to say one of my pet peeves is getting a $25 dollar oil change and then it is double the cost. Not the case in this place..they even told me my oil filter was lose and they tightened it! When you get an oil change you get $5 off a one of their premium car washes. I was initially going to get the basic and do my own vacuming to try them out but tried out their premium for 10 bucks and I am very pleased. Will be back! The people are very friendly as well. You wont be sorry.

They are okay I requested an outside wash and tire shine. They barely did a wash and wipe on the outside cause the spots and dirt I had on the car before I went in was still there. They barely shined the tires like as if saving shine for something else. And they make you like their fb and Instagram accounts for free air freshners.

I took my car there for an oil change and they put the wrong size oil filter on my new car and late me take it home we’re it lost two and a half gts of oil I called the store and ask to speak to manager it has been 4days Sean and still have not herd for any one they did not put me covers for oil filter and drain plug there’s videos on you tube the mast my car up

Broke my windshield wiper. They ended up taking both off I realized later. Plus broke a piece of one the wipers itself. Still had to pay full price for car was and out time and more $ to get it fixed.

They drove our car through and later we find out the car is missing a hub cap later to find it in the machine mangled, they spoke of having the owner contact me to do somthing about it but for the past month they keep giving me the run around, every time i call the owner and manager are out of town?
