Great customer service and quick inspection. Respectful of vehicle. They dont make you get out or drive your vehicle away for inspection, which I prefer. Business hours are loosely adhered to so you may pull up to find it closed, despite being during business hours.

Avoid this particular location. In April 2020 I took a 2017 BMW M4 with absolutely no issues or dash lights and she failed it. Went down the street to Alpharetta Auto Service Center for a second opinion and come to find out its the same company. He called her location and had to instruct her on how to operate the equipment. Went back and it easily passed. August 2020 I bought a car from an individual who lives in Hall County where emissions inspections arent required. I had the sellers license plate on the car until I got it registered in my name. She said she couldnt do an emissions inspection on the car since it had a current registration. I explained that I just bought it, showed her the bill of sale and she said she cant since the tag was good until summer 2021. I also explained that Hall doesnt require emissions and therefore this car had never been checked. She still refused to do the test. I ended up going to another place and got an inspection with no issue. Then I was able to go to the tag office and get registered. The tag office would have turned me away without the inspection proof. Save the trouble, pick any of the other 10 emissions places in the 3 square mile area. Looking at the other reviews, the owner should either shut this stand down or get a new operator.

Quick and efficient. The guy in charge, Drew, went above and beyond. He even offered to change a brake light for me and did so in 5 minutes. He didnt have to do that.

This place seems to make their own hours at random. I’ve been here multiple time for a few years and the sign says open but there’s no one to be found. Currently, there is a sign posted that says, “Went to lunch” and it’s not even 9:00 am... clearly left over from yesterday. The phone number on the listing is incorrect, but the person that answered gave me a different number. I called the new number and they said they open at 9:00 am today. It’s now after 9:00 am and still no one to be found. It’s unfortunate because it’s a very convenient location for me but a total waste of time.

I believe that theyve reopened. If so theyre fast and easy to get to and generally not very busy.

When I drove up, the technician was waiting for me and there was no line. Katara was so kind and friendly, and it only took maybe 5-10 minutes for my test. I had a great experience! I’ll definitely come back here next year.

I have been there on a Thursday afternoon. This place was empty and there was a lady sitting inside the booth. She was very quick at inspection and it took 10mins to get everything done.

Attendant was very friendly and helpful, knew where to go to get stickers for plates.

Your website says your open until 7 pm, I just was there at 6 pm and the lady very rudely say they are closed, she has shut the machine down.

I went this morning to get my test done and the representative said there as an electrical issue with my car and could not complete the test. I took my car in to a repair facility to have it checked out. There was no electrical issue, the representative bent the pins when trying to connect to the car. $200 fix.

Sure, the inspection is a bit pricier than normal, but the service was quick (also wiped windows while waiting) and the employee, Wesley, could not have been more friendly or professional. See yall next year.

Individual present on this day completely lacked any customer service skills. Almost as if I was bothering him for even being there. His communication was, at times, somewhat condescending and unacceptable. You can believe I will be speaking with management.
