Quick and easy place for emissions. DDS is 2 mins down the road.

I was in and out within 20 minutes for an emissions test. I tried to call before going on a Sunday and no one picked-up. Luckily I drove by and they were open.

All in all I just love their energy. Very helpful employees. Weird location, but great service. Thanks!

When I rented the trailer I asked if it was ok to bring it back a couple of hours later. I was ok with paying more to keep the trailer longer and wanted to know the cost. I was told by the employee yes, and to not worry about it. The he would be there when I returned it and he would not charge me anything extra.Again, let me reiterate I wouldve had no problem paying a little extra for the additional hours, but since he told me he wouldnt charge me, I took it for truth.When I returned the trailer, the same guy was there. He was looking down at his phone the entire time during the return process. He said he was charging me DOUBLE for bringing it back when I did because they missed out on another rental. (I get this, but double charged? I brought back a couple of hours past time and he charged me for an entire extra 24 hours) He should have never of mentioned itd be no big deal if I brought it back a little later and he wouldnt charge me. Never did he mention ifs or buts when I picked up the trailer.In addition to him telling me I would be charged double, he never offered to help or attempted to help remove the trailer from my car. He stood there and watched me back it in, remove the chains, and unhook the trailer by myself.When I arrived to pick it up I waited for him to finish a personal conversation before even addressing I was standing there.Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service.

The U-Haul Rental is the worst service I have ever encountered. They charged me twice for the same rental. They are rude and disrespectful. I had to call U-Haul Customer Service to get a refund and got put through hoops to get my money. The young guy that works here did not know how to ring me up. Not only did he charge me twice, he still overcharged me. BEWARE of this place. I have never had a problem renting a U-Haul in 10+ years moving all over the country, but this place is the WORST!
