I took a filthy work truck in here that you could no longer see the color of the leather and I’m pretty sure you could have grown a garden on the dash with the amount of dirt that was on it. When I got it back it really looked like a new truck I could not have been more pleased with there service I will certainly return and I have other trucks to be cleaned also so get ready mammoth. First time there and I payed $48.95 for their top wash. I then had to drive 5 mins away and dry the car myself because they did not dry it well. At my usual place I am used to seeing a manager walk around each car before it leaves to make sure it meets their standards. I did not see that here. I think if you are going to pay nearly $50 for a hand wash they should be properly dry your car.

Ive gone here several times now. This place is awesome. A bit pricey but they do great work, everyone is professional and friendly. They work hard to get your car done quickly. They also have a nice, spacious waiting area with wi-fi and clean restrooms. Highly recommended.

I had to go back to get them to clean handprints off the back window and kitty paw prints off the sun roof. They were very apologetic and did a great job getting me back on the road. I use them regularly.

I did not have a great experience here... the door jams still had dirt I paid for the best car wash so I could get the inside cleaned well and basically the only thing they did in the inside was wash off the floor Mats. I had to come home and clean it my self... will not be returning to this place

Great place to get your ride handwashed. Service is actually quite outstanding and affordable. I didnt give 5 stars because the secret is out and the wait can be an issue and some interior cleaning can get overlooked. So the staff has to rush because lines are long on those sunny mornings.

Always top notch service. Just had my new sienna there after taking the dogs to the vet. They made sure to clean all the nose prints and hair, and made the van look new!

They really did a ok job on he entire car I went just as the yellow pollen had started. After I got home and the car had dried I saw there was still pollen stuck in cracks around the the windows, and doors . Did not look like a professional job at all as it really shows up on a black car.

I have been looking for a quality car wash for a while now, and I finally found one! They are professional, pay attention to detail, and all at a reasonable price. So many other places do the bare minimum, and over charge. But that was not the case here. VERY pleased, and I will definitely be returning next time my car needs a clean :)

They charged me $25 extra because I have a lifted truck. Go to CALIFORNIA HAND WASH. Much better service, environment, and no extra fees.

The staff always does a great job!

Some parts of the car were clean but they missed a bunch. If it hadnt been an hour past when they initially said it would be ready by and needing to get back to work I would have inspected more carefully. There were still leaves and gunk by one of the wipers, the spot where the back opens near the roof was full of gunk, lots of missed spots on the roof and a damp rag wiped on the seat came back dirty. If I wanted a school fundraiser quality wash I would have done that instead of spending almost $100 for a sloppy job. Wont be back. No point.

Update (in response to the owner): Yes, I was at your location: 2145 Old Milton Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30009. I was not greeted by you or anyone for 15 minutes as mentioned below. I understand it can be difficult to take constructive criticism with your staff, but the customer service here needs work. At bare minimum the person who is greetinge should know what the service Im receiving entails. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, and I tried to give it another chance out of convenience but I wont be back, especially since you dont seem to understand the lack of customer service people are receiving here.----------------This place is poorly managed and operated. I scheduled an online appointment for a detail. When I drove up I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come up and check me in. Once the girl came up to check me in, I had a question about the wash (whether it included a carpet shampoo or not) which she didnt know and had to go ask the manager. After waiting 15 mins for her to go ask the manager and never come back, I left! I was able to find another hand wash (15 mins out of my way) with MUCH better service.

Mammoth car wash is such a beautiful place! Any time I’m in town from College to get my car cleaned they take care of me every time leaving my car so fresh and brand new! They ALWAYS pay attention to detail and make sure I have the best experience possible! People always think my car is brand new because of how spot on they are with their cleaning! The staff is very respectful, nice, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your car and service is taken care of! In specific, the Managers, Eduardo & Jenny are amazing! They care about each one of their customers personally giving the customers 10/10 service & always willing to help. They’re very professional & diligent in their work. If you’re looking for a Hand Car Wash place I recommend them for the area. If they miss something just tell them and they will happily fix it for you. They have two locations that are pretty close to each other so if one is busy you could always go to the other one. Plus they have an app that’s really great that will tell you their wait times so you don’t waste time driving over there if you don’t have time.

Very hood and detailed car wash place

Mammoth performs very well overall. They are my go to car wash as they are far and away better than the nearby competition. The one critique I would provide is this:Mammoth clearly aims to attract upmarket customers and their prices reflect their intended consumer accordingly. With the price premium comes higher expectations and thats where they fall a bit short. They need to implement some quality control so the experience is consistent. Often times I find myself having to reclean the interior of my car because they failed to wipe down the chemicals properly after applying them... leaving streaks everywhere on the leather and console. It would also be good if they could pay a little more mind to inadvertently changing vehicle settings as they clean. I usually have to spend a few minutes restoring my vehicle settings prior to driving off. They should have an experienced employee inspecting the cars prior to the owner returning to it.Other than that, they do an excellent job. The staff is very friend and professional. I trust my car in their care.

I dropped my 1.5 year old car off in the morning and asked for them to make it look brand new again. When I picked it up, it actually looked BETTER than when I drove it off the lot. Ive been using Mammoth for years, and have never been disappointed, but this was above and beyond.

I have been going to Mammoth for years and absolutely love their hand wash service to keep the interior and exterior fresh. Less frequently have I used their detail service. What an amazing treat this is for your car and for you! Mammoth transformed my wifes two year old Jeep Wrangler. It came out of their detail salon mint! It rained for the next two days...but as good as Mammoth is they havent yet figured out how to control the weather. Go and enjoy, you wont be disappointed.

Stop by Mammoth one day with a paint issue and they helped me out. I though it was very nice of them they were closing at the time also. So I recently signed of for their monthly wash program. They do a great job on my vehicle no complaints. Keep up the good work.

I love this place, and will miss it deeply now that Ive moved away.Youll be greeted by the friendliest person on Earth, and then after specifying which detail you want youre whisked away to a relaxing little hangout spot while they clean your car better than any detail shop Ive been to.Cannot recommend enough. Sure theyre pricier than your typical quickie car wash, but its worth the premium.

I was very unhappy with the clean they did on my car, the back window was still filthy & overall did not look like it had been cleaned properly. I paid extra to have the leather seats cleaned & they were not even touched. Waited at least 1h30mins. Very disappointed & will not go back!

Good for a standard wash and I will return; however, I will not be upgrading anything or getting one of their upgraded washes. I purchased one of the top washes paying over $50. I did this because I wanted my interior wiped down including the seats. It really doesn’t look like this was done and I still had to hit a couple areas with my vacuum later. Great for a standard wash but not worth upgrading from a standard.

Simply the best! Not just the best car wash, but the best customer service, management, leadership and overall customer experience of ANY business that I frequent! Mammoth will exceed your expectations, and if anything is not to your liking, they will go above and beyond to make it right. I only wish all business owners could “get it” the way Jimmy does. I have a exteral service from this location with my car with lots of paints. I am so happy with their work because all paints has been removed without any scratches and my 2 year old car becomes like brand new car. I asked for detailed services on my truck and I was told that the cree is too busy today so no detailing, just regular wash. Then I had to keep standing in line for another 30 minutes before I could get out. Never coming back here!!!

They do a great job when they wash my car but I’ve wasted over two hours on two visits recently and they haven’t even started washing my car. I’ll try the other location.

This place is great! They really take the time to do it right. They do not try to rush you through when it gets busy like some other places. They take the same detailed care with each and every automobile no matter how busy or slow they are so be prepared to wait. The waiting room is very comfortable! Also they have an app that you can download that tells you the current wait times so you can know before you go!

I needed my light colored fabric seats shampooed due to dirt/sweat-type stains. They did a great job! Unfortunately, you have to bundle the stain cleaning with a car wash, but other than the small additional cost it was well worth the money! They are very accommodating if you have any issue with the service and will genuinely try their best to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

They broke the my car’s interior lock on the left rear door. I was there on Monday morning and discovered it on Saturday when I put groceries into the car. No one sits back there and it was not broken before I took my car there. This will be an expensive job to have my dealership repair. I definitely will not return.

The best hand car wash around - Ive been coming here for years and they have done an awesome job every time on all of our vehicles. We left a credit card on the floor, and the staff kindly found it and left it in the seat for us when they were done with the car. Honesty and integrity is crucial, and these guys get it right.

Ive gotten my car fully detailed here once and washed and waxed once. Jimmy and his team did an extremely thorough job both times. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service here. I would highly recommend Mammoth detail.

My husband and I visited them today at 12:30 p.m. because they had a lot of nice cars outside and not only did they not do a great job washing the car but it was still dripping wet when we got the car back. My husband grabbed a towel and dried off the car himself. As he was drying he opened the passenger side door to let the seat back because I am on crutches. He discovered they broke the seat and refused to fix it or even acknowledge that they broke it. For a price of $40.00 I expected way better service. The young lady at the front desk was very rude, argumentative, unprofessional, and just plain ignorant. None of the attendants who washed our car spoke english. The young man who broke the seat lied and said they never touched it. So how did they vacuum under the seat? We will never ever use this service again. If you want great service an excellent wash and a guarantee that if they break something in your car that they will fix it mammoth is not the place to go.

LOVE this place! Great service and even better prices!!! My car always looks great when I drive away! They can sometimes have a long line and requires a wait but its totally worth it! They have indoor and outdoor waiting areas with free wifi, magazines and cable TV.

This place is awesome. They have an app that tells me the estimated wait time, and the owner is one of the most engaged business owners I know. Hes friends with all of his customers and never settles for a crappy job. I agree with the other review on here. Mega with inside rims is the way to go

Awful. Paid for the highest package and they didn’t even vacuum. Several dirty spots on the door and didn’t dry the exterior very well at all. Will not return here and would not recommend.

I took my SUV into Mammoth Detail today - I don’t have a membership yet so I went for the Mega Mammoth wash service, which includes a hand wash, vacuum, window cleaning, chamois dry, silicone tire spray, this was around $39. There is an Ultra Mammoth option that adds a clear coat but I didn’t request that option at this time.The salon is super nice and modern - plenty of seating and a big screen displaying a tennis match at the time. I used the free WiFi and the performance was very quick. Very nice facility with a modern look and comfortable seating as I waited on my automobile to be washed.The folks here were very friendly, and most importantly they did a super job cleaning and detailing my vehicle. The service took about 20 minutes in my case but was very thoroughly washed and detailed. I will definitely be back and will consider enrolling in a monthly membership.

I have used Mammoth for 10+ years at both the original location and the newer one on Old Milton Pkwy. They always do a great job and are very accommodating to any request I have. I visited this car wash yesterday for the first time. I saw a lot of nice cars there so I assumed they must do a good job. I was pretty disappointed after getting my car back. I regret not looking around at the car very well before I left, but I had to get back to work so I just left. The outside still had pollen and bug guts on it in some places, especially the grill and mirrors. The inside still had debris on the carpet, and the entire back of the hatchback area had been completely missed. It looked like the mats had not been moved at all because that line of stuff that gets caught along the sides and just underneath was still there. And the plastic around the seats, right inside the doors had been missed too. There was still mud on those. I had high hopes for this place. Just got a new car and was planning to bring it here, but I tried them out on my older car first. Wont be bringing the brand new car. Or maybe that was the problem. Maybe they only take really good care of the nicer cars? I gave two stars because the car was at least cleaner than when I left it, but i wasnt going for just sort of clean.

I’m here all the time. Plan on a 20-25 minute wash but there’s great places to sit and relax either inside or out. Great wash and experience.

Your location received three stars because (for this review seven months ago) when I was told my car was ready there was still remnants of bird poop on my cars hood and greasy marks on the passenger side windows. For a professional car wash and detailing place - that does not go well for your reputation. The service at this location was great when I started going there in 2013 until late 2015 when service quality had declined steadily. Fix your quality control problem and your business will get better reviews - not just from me but from others as well. Comments made today (7/2016) to my wife on her visit were totally inappropriate. I dont think you will see her visit this location again.

I think i did not knew that Jimmy owner of this car wash has couple of branches.. I went to get my car wash done in one of his other branch unknowingly since google advised this branch as Hand car wash.The moment i entered the guys took my car and asked what plan do i need to get the car wash and i selected the plan.Later the owner JIMMY noticed me and my car since i gave a 1 star review to his other branch. He bought car to me and says WE DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS WHO GIVES BAD REVIEW and he says am not a nice person since i gave 1 star. LOL.. Funny part of my day today.Am glad he did not served me coz i know how bad he served my car from the other branch.. i posted pics and personally showed him my car and he did not had no words to give proper explanation.And i saved my 50$ today.Thanks to this bad car wash company. I started using Mammoth car wash after purchasing a new car a year ago August, and have been extremely happy. My car is black and shows everything. I still get the swirl marks, but nothing like when the car goes thru the car wash. I think its worth the extra wait to have the hand wash, and Im usually out of there in 45 min. You can easily walk to Starbucks to kill time!Waiting area is very nice, both inside and out

I’m used to a hand detail place in Buckhead but when I moved up here I needed a new place. Tried out Mammoth and it’s a little pricey and I’m used to Buckhead prices, but if worth it I’m ok with that however when I got in and drove off I noticed they didn’t dust or clean off my entire dash, screens etc. now I’m on my way to a meeting and don’t have time to think about going back just to get the inside wiped down

I went in for a wash today and every was good till we pulled out and saw scratches everywhere. Owner jimmy accused me of trying to set him up for for them scratching my console and windows he banned me from going there again. I went back to tell him but he was very arrogant. He said he, himself was there cleaning the inside yet there was footprints of sand still very visible on the carpet, I did not once demand anything from him was just there to show him what had happened, I’ve read many reviews where he bans people from going and always has something to say to save his behind, he says he’s been in the business for more than 20 years, he should know things happen and should take responsibility.

Good deal fair price

For the price I paid I expected a cleaner vehicle. Bugs on the front I can in with I left with for the most part. And I had to rewash the inside windows to get the film off from whatever was on the tags they used to clean them. Other than that, they did a great job with the carpet.

Mammoth hand car wash is the BEST!!! Its the only car wash I would ever go to as Ive been to picky and never happy with other car washes. Did a schedule visit on July 10 the schedule visit was at 9 am and I arrive just before per what they said car was to be ready at 3 pm max I arrive at 3 30 and had to wait till 4:45At time to check the car I notice debri under the front seat and the back seat did not get vacuum correctly the had miss a big part of themI request them to fix that and they did them I notice that my car mat where missing after 10 minute the come back to me to let me know the install my car mat in a other car and will be return tomorrowI call the next day and was told one more day I finally rec them on July 12 I had to drive back there 5 mile to retrive thenI also motive that the rug did. It get shampoo correctly around the left side driver side and the dash the arm rest and door panel where very stickyI had to redo my care at homei do not know what they use to clean the interior but 300.00 for this is not good I have the picture of the rug still dirty but could not attach

After being at Mammoth for over 2 hours, my car was finally ready. I notice that my seat is all the way to the steering wheel and I am unable to get in the car. I go to put my seat back in its original position, and the electronic seat won’t move. I ask what happened and told to see the manager at the other location since the workers didn’t know what to tell me. I can’t even get in my seat to drive safely and have to go to the manager at other location instead of the manager, Jimmy, coming to me. With my chest hitting the steering wheel and my long legs hitting the dash, I ride over and speak to the manager. Jimmy was a jerk about the whole thing and says that I broke it. How did I break it when I am sitting in your store waiting for my car to get cleaned?? How did I break it when I left my car in your care in one position and come out to find the seat in another position and now it won’t move. Jimmy said, “I can sit here all day long but he isn’t fixing it.” Are you kidding me??? My $35 car wash is now going to cost me $$$ to fix the electronic seat that YOU BROKE!! Why not be a good manager and own up to your mistakes? This is not how to run a business. Not only did they cost me money, Jimmy was VERY RUDE and made me come to him with the problem. Jimmy doesnt know how to treat customers. I have never been treated like this...terrible!
