They did a good job on my hair and a better job on his hair. It was not too crowded and almost everyone was wearing a mask. The staff were all very friendly and competent. We will be coming back for sure.

Really great place to go if you want a high quality haircut and not just an in and out 15 minute experience. Lucy cut my hair and did a really great job. I have to say that this was one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in years. She took her time and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciate. Also, their steam face shave option is a relaxing, pleasant experience. Coming here will be worth the drive going forward.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday for today at 5pm. I arrived 10 mins prior. Was asked to wait till 5:30. I waited, 5:30 came by and someone else went in front of me meaning another 30 min wait. Bottom line is l, extremely disorganized, has no idea of any appointments, and deliberately lied and made me wait knowing there would be other appointments. If they are willing to waste your time they have no business in running one. First and last time there. Would not recommend.

Got a great haircut today! I live about of town and stop in when I can before I leave to get all squared away. They make you look and feel amazing. They pay great attention to detail. This was the second time we went to this barber shop to take my 10yrs old kid. First time Andrey helped us and we were extremely pleased by his professionalism and awesome work. This time a man named Ronnel (that’s what I could understand when I asked his name) and we were treated badly. That man is not prepared to work with public, and shouldn’t approach any kid. My kid left scared of him. He can’t talk well because his voice sounds is muffled, he doesn’t smile at all, always with a long face and giving orders! My son didn’t hear him and asked “what?” For which he replied angrily: You shouldn’t say “what” to a grown man! When my son tried to indicate how he wanted his hair he interrupted him and said: I know what I am doing. Don’t need to say that at the end, he asked if I was going to add a tip, and I promptly said no! He started saying inaudible things under his breath. What a shame! He doesn’t seem like a fit for that barber shop at all where everyone else seems to be so nice.

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. I’ve had a picture of the haircut I got 4 years ago that I’ve been trying to replicate to no success until I met Marcelo. Not only was he able to give me the haircut other barbers couldn’t pull off, Marcelo made it look even better that. Man really knows his stuff.

Brought two sons over here and was dismayed that nobody is wearing masks and all customers are jammed together without any protocols whatsoever. We waited outside as the day was nice and we have an older grandmother living with us but we were continually looked over and other customers were allowed to sit in barber chair despite us waiting for over half an hour. After consulting with few neighbors about which barber to use I discovered that this shop is discriminatory against the Indian community and thats disgraceful. We ended up leaving after waiting for such a long time and went to another shop run by eight Spanish men and they were super and super fast.

I went for the first time last week to get my beard trimmed up. Usually, i go out to cumming, but i was getting really tired of that drive. I called ahead to set an appointment, and they booked me same day. Came in about half an hour later, and it was great. They were very professional, very attentive to detail, and very friendly. They honored my first time customer discount as well. I am not sure what these other people are trying to say about appointment times or first time problems. I had no problems whatsoever. I will be going back regularly!

“I haven’t had lunch and they have me working all day and people are still coming in ...”. This is what I have to listen to. I came in for a beard trim/shave and specifically asked him to leave the sides shorter than the chin. He trimmed everything. Worst experience for a beard trim. Never coming back here again. Oh yeah, and I didn’t even get a shave. Total waste of time and I have to go home and fix his mistakes. To the owner, consider giving your employees/contractors a break during the day so they don’t feel overworked.

No one in the store was wearing masks. Blatant disregard for public safety.

First time I went they pulled customers in with their discount card from original price. Went in got a haircut it turned out OKAY. I tipped the barber good. Then I came for a second time the following month for a haircut and they have an older grey haired barber gentleman there that cut my hair but when I told him I wanted a shorter version what I already have with a fade from 2 - 1/2 on the sides, even showed him pictures, he proceeded to tell me why he couldnt do it and that the pictures I showed him were photoshopped and physically wouldnt be able to do it. Even though the picture came from a barber of mine I had before I moved up here that Ive seen done plenty of times, NO Photoshop. I let him cut my hair and he messed it up. Tried to be nice and when it came down to payment I tried to use the discount card that was stamped which then told me it wasnt valid and the full price was 30$ for the haircut. I paid and left a tip because I support family businesses but it definitely didnt sit right with me. I cant just be okay with the unprofessionalism and not say something about it. My hair had to grow 3 times and cut different ways in order to grow back properly. Wouldnt return in the future but as a customer just know, the environment may be nice and welcoming but that doesnt mean the establishment is properly trained or developed as a business.

I love this place and have been going for several years. I’m really picky with my haircuts and Andrey has never failed my expectation. The place has a nice comfortable ambiance with free drinks. Andrey has always been very professional and courteous! Highly recommend it!

I have no idea what these 1 star reviews are talking about, but I just got the best haircut I have ever had from my man Roberto! I told him what I wanted, he showed me some photos to verify that it was the style I was wanting, cut with speed but was very precise! He used a straight blade to clean things up, hot foam, warm moist towel, after shave, the works! Service with a smile, great customer service, and a very inviting staff! GREAT prices too!!! Im sure everyone there is great at cutting hair, but I recommend Roberto! He knows what hes doing!

Been here a few times with excellent results and reasonable prices. Its a tiny bit more expensive than a Sport Clips-like place but the attention to detail is far more than the price difference. They spend a lot more time getting your hair cut right and take care of often overlooked details like evening your hairline, etc. Excellent value.

Andrey has a first class operation with this place. After spending months looking for a barber who was consistent and had great quality, I finally found my haircut home! It’s a fine haircut. “Barbershops” like this are popping up all over the place. They are just Great Clips with a masculine vibe and a “back massage.” If that’s your thing, cool, this is the place for you. If you want a high quality haircut, look elsewhere.

Have gone to this place 3-4 times now and have been satisfied each time. There has been a change with a couple of people leaving but the quality of folks left here is still excellent. Would recommend.

First, let me give you some advice. Do not get Helen to cut your hair. She may be a good person, but just dont let her touch your hair. Period.The first time I went here, Eric cut my hair. He did a wonderful job with not a single hair out of place.The second time I went here, Helen cut my hair. I went back the day after she cut it initially to get her to fix it because it was so bad. Pretty sure she made it worse by fixing it.I would expect some standardization with respect to quality with so many good reviews. That being said, I cant figure out why Helen works here, as she does not represent the quality of work that is embodied by the reviews for this business.It doesnt matter so much to me how Great of a haircut I can get at this place. My main concern is that someone could get the same hi go quality service on any day at any time with any employee, whether it is Andrey, Eric, or even Helen.I hope that she Will someday learn to cut peoples hair better than SuperCuts and the like. Until then, a blind visit to Andreys is not recommended.

Went in for a hair cut and shave. Asked stylist to leave the length on top and she took off about an inch. As for the shave, she used a straight razor on barely half my face and then used a normal razor like I had at home. When I said I wasn’t comfortable paying $20 for a non-“barber” shave, I was told it was because my face has acne, when it doesn’t, just some scars that I’ve never had a problem with at a barber before. Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” is false because I was told that “it is what it is” when I said they didn’t do a $40 job.

Up until finding this barber, I have tried many other places with mediocre results. I finally came across this barber about 9 cuts ago! I usually see Boris and for the first time today Eddie cut my hair because I came too early for the early bird special. Both barbers are awesome and I would highly recommend, furthermore I would truly suggest any barber at this location as I see a lot of great results before and after when people come in. These guys are great, they make getting your haircut fun and relaxing, I actually look forward to getting my haircut more often as it no longer feels like its a chore.Thanks for the awesome results, hat down to this team!

No stars for this place. I was looking for a barber close to my house for a home barbershop. I arrived a 6:45 PM (they advertise closing at 7:00). I walked in and there were two employees there that promptly announced that they were closed. There were no other customers in the place and they were not doing anything...but leaving. If this is their idea of customer service I am glad I found out without spending any money there. (Apparently you have to click at least 1 star to post something - thats kind of weird)

I went to Andreys barber shop by taking appointment. They said me in the call that for hair cut it is $20 and for beard trim it’s $10. And they said as you are first time coming to this barber shop we give you $5 discount it will cost you total $25. I went over there to do my hair and beard cut as per my appointment. Everything is done and she said total $45. She was saying hot shave it’s total $45. I asked her in the call you guys said it is $25 and now you are saying it’s $45. I don’t know what’s her name but she is very rude when I asked her she is like shouting at me. Very disappointed and I don’t wanna to argue with them so I said to charge me $45. Before going it’s different price and after everything is done it’s different price. They need to mention it will cost you different price before doing anything. Never trust people like this.

I hadnt been here since 2014 and needed a haircut before a wedding. To start off I would expect a Barber Shop to shave your hair with proper shears with metal blades and to shave with straight razors. Not here. I received a hair cut with plastic battery powered shears and get this....they shaved me with a DISPOSABLE RAZOR!!!! Are you kidding me? Looked over at the chair next to me and the guy was getting shaved with a Mach 3 and the lady was going against the grain! I thought this was a barber shop...not the Hair Cuttery.Also when I told her I wanted a #1 on the sides the manager walked over and told her to set it on 1/2 since it wasnt a metal guard. So, If i was to go back and ask for the same haircut with a metal guard would the length actually be the same? Also she failed to dial down the size for the top and it was definitely not a #3 but I didnt want to say anything, just wanted to leave at that point.I dont normally write reviews but felt I needed to as I am also a small business owner. What I see has happened is the owner has tried to grow the business, this location and several others, but has failed to have any sort of consistency. If your new barbers cant afford the correct shears or dont know how to use a straight razor then they shouldnt be working. Buy them the correct equipment and invest time in training them!!I still paid the $20 fee and I actually gave here a $5 tip...why? Because its not really her fault, she wasnt provided the correct equipment or training.

I had to find a new barber shop for my 2 year old who hates getting his hair cut. We were able to walk in on a Saturday and get in immediately. We were set up with Sherri who was so patient and kind. Our little man was sceptical at first and began to fuss but she gave him time to adjust and a lolly pop which did the trick! With a little help from Elmo he sat still for the entire haircut and didnt fuss. We left with the most perfect haircut. Well definitely be back! Thank you Sherri!

My fiancé has gone there twice. The first time time his hair was even but cut too short in the front. The second time he showed them a picture and his hair was cut too short again and the front is uneven. He won’t be going back.

I have referred many of many friends there and they always will only go to Aundreys. Yes some times there is a wait but its never long and always worth it. I cant say this place has a nice customer service skills . I walked in and felt uncomfortable. I’m originally from India , and I felt like Porif or Poris I think his name is start making fun at me , mugging my accent and staff like that . When I asked him to fix the line in a back of my head , he said I’m a barber I know better then you , and he didn’t do anything . It’s the worst hair cut and costumer service ever !
