Contacted Asa because of some noise in my attic. He came and checked it out and recommended that I seal a few spots on the exterior of my home. He sent someone out the next day. He came back out in about a week and accomplished some touch up aesthetic work. It is now good, pretty, and sealed.

We discovered a mouse in our newly finished basement, so we sought out Grade A Critter. From the very beginning, Asa has been amazing to work with. After he thoroughly checked our entire home, he and his team sealed up all the possible entry points. Over the next few weeks, we caught about a dozen mice. Asa kept coming back, removing trapped rodents and setting new traps. He was always available and reachable when we found something newly caught. After a few months of no activity, we found another trapped mouse in an unfinished portion of the basement. I called Asa and he was back at our home, no questions asked. Instead of just removing the trap, he was determined to get to the bottom of where the new one came from. He found a tiny, obscure opening where they burrowed under the ground and came up through a non-concrete portion of the foundation and sealed it up.Bottom line, I give Asa and Grade A Critter the highest recommendation possible. They absolutely stand behind the work they do and have done everything to ensure we are completely satisfied. They are a rare company that will not stop until the job is done.

Grade A Critter went above and beyond meeting our expectations. No one wants to deal with roof rats but if you have to you want to call Asa. Asa and Pedro were great from day one and this was no easy job. They came and sealed our entire house and showed pics from drone of work. Once seal the trapping job started. I will say I never knew how smart rats were. This was a long process and they were here constantly moving traps and trying new things. I can finally say we are roof rat free and I am not sure any other company would have had the patience to continue coming again and again. I think we had PHD rats and they had smart babies. Asa and Pedro are a great team and I cant say enough good things about our experience!I should also add that Asa and team sucked out all of the old yucky insulation in our home and cleaned and deodorized and added new and more insulation. Our home maintain comfortable temps way better and our power bill decreased by $100!!

Very knowledgeable about diagnosing what animals are causing specific damages to my property. I called during off hours after seeing snake skin outside my garage, and I was able to speak with someone right away, in which I sent photos of what I saw, and they responded to help me right away. Grade A Critter was fantastic in helping solve a roof rat problem in our home. Asa (the owner) responded very quickly to our initial inquiry. He did a full assessment of our home and determined we had roof rats in the attic. He gave us a detailed quote to seal up our home, place traps to catch the rats, remove our current attic insulation, clean and deodorize our attic, and install new insulation. It was quite a bit of work, all of which Asa had completed within a week. Each time Asa came out to our home, not only was he on time, but he texted me in the morning to confirm exactly when he would arrive. He and his team were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves (sweeping and vacuuming) both days they did insulation work, and their pricing was very competitive with another quote we received for new insulation. We were very pleased with Grade A Critter and would highly recommend them!
