Honestly, I was beginning to think SEO was a scam. There are so many people out there selling snake oil and never give actual results. Web Chimpy was interesting because of their ranking guarantee and their no-commitment/contract approach. They were the only company to map out an ROI plan and make an effort to meet those requirements.
