The experience was thorough yet done in a timely manner. I have always appreciated the way Dr. Gelb and the other staff have addressed my needs. My only issue is having to verify that I would honor my appointment time. Four separate requests is entirely excessive and wholly unnecessary.

Making & getting my appointment was quick and easy. The entire staff was professional and friendly.

Was able to have exam related to concerns. They do not have you take off all your clothes but will look you over. Was able to purchase shampoo hair set for thinning hair.

Heather is great. Shes friendly and knowledgeable, a great thing to find in a caregiver. Only thing that bothered me was when I first walked in the door. The office worker, whom Id never talked to before (this was my first visit to the clinic) nearly attacked my having Molina Medicaid. I guess they dont accept it. Thank goodness they took my Priority Health Medicare! Come to find out (when I went online at home) I have whats called straight Medicaid that isnt attached to an HMO. She told me, in no uncertain terms, to switch to Munson I think (I was pretty traumatized) because they accepted that. Whew! I almost walked out. Im a pretty calm and nonconfrontational person so I try not to go where Im not wanted. I will say, Im glad I stayed long enough to see Heather. She was worth it.

This Dr. made me feel SO Comfortable. He was very thorough, kind and gentle with me. I was VERY pleased with the results too.

In and out very quick with pre-registration. Dr. Gelb and staff were very professional with a good sense of humor thrown in !!

Even tho are booked up they always are able to squeeze me in be cause of my work sercomstances of my job always go out of there way to help me anyway they can

I really felt my caregiver cared and tried to take care of all my concerns. Also called me with recommendations for more affordable prescriptions and followed up with trying to get my insurance to allow for prescriptions. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I was on a tight time schedule. Their office is very well run. They saw me on time and from start to finish they were very professional and efficient. My provider explained her treatment to me and was open to my questions.

Heather was a polite doctor and so was her assistant. They helped me with my acne and since I drove from whittemore up there after getting home from being out on the road as a truck driver. She was nice enough to let me talk to her next time over the phone.

I was examined, treated and had my dermatology issues dealt with. Although I did have to drive across the state to have the treatment, it was still good to be able to have the initial appointments locally.

Called today for a Skin Cancer Assesment appointment, for an irregular mole that I am 98% sure is going to be an issue. I described it and recieved a thats NOT good from the woman who answered the phone (yes, Im aware. Hence the phone call.) I offered to email a copy of my insurance card OR self pay if needed. Instead I got haggled on the phone and treated as though 200.00 was too excessive plus office visits and costs. When I said, well, Cancer kills you so I really dont have a problem paying the money... she responded by laughing and saying Just Melnoma. Hilarious. Im a mother with small children trying to take care of myself. Procedural cost will never outweigh my LIFE. I just wanted to know how much money to move from savings to checking.
