Online says your open on Sunday. Drive 40 miles to the store and it says closed on Sunday. Update your website!!!!

This store is the worst! Not only are the employees rude most of the time, they dont do their jobs. I shipped a package with guaranteed 2 day service- paid well over $100 to ship from MI to DE. Package didnt arrive for 6 days. Called UPS customer service and was given the runaround twice and told to contact the store I shipped it from. I had already been in the store once and asked for them to help me, to which they said they would request a refund for me...flash forward a week and a half and they never requested a refund. Got the runaround again on the customer service line because they told me that the package had to be shipped out before 4:30 pm the day I shipped it- funny that my receipt shows that I paid at 12:34pm- and the lady from customer services tells me that it wasnt labeled until around 5:30pm that day. So I was told to call the store I shipped it from because the store is the one who has to request the refund. I have now called multiple times in 3 days...NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Its a complete joke those two people that work in there. I dont know why they even have been able to keep their jobs this long. So now i am out over $100 and the package had to be tossed in the trash because it was ruined as it was left in a hot warehouse for 4 days. Should have just shipped it USPS...my mistake.

Customer service has no meaning here, just use a drop box to save yourself the frustration of the worst experience possible. The male that must own this location (if it was an employee, he’d be fired I am sure) is confrontational and clearly hates his job, I just wanted to send packages not find out what a truly horrible associate is. Use Fed Ex or the USPS if he is your only other option.

Store is supposed to be open at 9 a.m. - myself and four other customers waited until 9:30 a.m. and STILL not open! Finally gave up and drove away and scheduled a pickup from reliable UPS driver. Im usually quite satisfied with the services this store provides. BUT when you list your hours - you should be open!

No greeting, unpleasant service, have never felt so unwanted in business when it doesn’t take long to scan something in and tell me I’m all set. The man working was not nice and this isn’t the first time. Wish there was another store we could go to around here.

Not sure what other store people are going in to, but the several times Ive been here its no fuss, no hassle, in and out, and the staff has been pleasant.

Dont even bother trying to call if you need help. Maybe USPS trained the staff?

Very rude people in here. Definitely would not recommend. Lady is very snotty and stuck up and the guy was no better. Save yourself the anger and just use a ups drop box or lots of stores are ups drop off locations.

The man that works there all the time refuses to wear a mask during this pandemic!!!! I asked him just ignored.. I left went to fed ex. How rude and no one will answer the phone ever!!

Stop whining about this place, its a good store that provides a good service. Some people need to grow-up.

Debbie was very helpful. She was so nice always happy. Packaged my shipment of fragile, and they arrived in wonderful condition. The store offers a lot of wonderful services. I would recommend doing business here. They also have lots of neat things.

This is the best place to ship out packages. Deb was wonderful helping me. I will be back again.

I can’t thank Debbie enough!! She packed my mother’s antique fine china. It was shipped over 4000 miles to south central Alaska and arrived in magnificent condition. She made it possible for me to receive a lifetime of memories. Thanks again Russ

Googled the hours last Saturday, and it says theyre open until 2:30. I live half an hour away, and drove all the way there, just to see that they were closed, and the sign on the door says they close at 2:00. Today I tried calling to see if theyre Actually open, and no one bothers to answer the phone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried charging me $80 more than it cost me to ship from Post office. Woman working on 4/6 had an attitude the minute I walked in. Told me shipping anything international would cost over $100. FALSE, Not when its a return Shouldve read reviews before wasting my time, shame on me

How about setting up your voicemail. That way, when you dont answer your phone during normal business hours, people can leave a message. Just glad the UPS store where I keep a box is more professional then this.

Great customer service!

They post online that they are open until 6 pm, but I arrived at 5:40 and the store was dark and all locked up. This is the 3rd time I have tried coming here within the first or last half hour of their online posted business hours to find them closed. The hours sign in their door is blank as well. Not adhering to your hours is terrible for your customers that work during the day. Not impressed!

For some reason they charge for printing labels for amazon returns when amazon clearly states that there is no charge. It feels like they are taking advantage of the customers as they are the only full fledged UPS store in many miles.

Less than......called the store 13 times no answer, drove up there called while I was in line seen the phone light up with my number when I asked if the phone was working he asked me if I was calling the right store. When I told him I could see my number on his caller ID he told me they were having trouble with the phone and he wasnt always standing right there...........is this even a legit business? I will never have a package delivered there again.

Illegally charge money to do a free amazon no cost no packaging return. Employee obviously pocketing the money so In future I’ll be printing a return label and not using this sorry excuse for a shipping company.

I had a large heavy awkward package that was a return. I took it to the Alpena UPS store on Ripley and I had a hard time getting it into the store. The man that worked there never offered any help not even to hold open the door. Once in the store he didn’t help me put it on the counter. He didn’t even ask if I needed any assistance. He was too busy talking with his (I’m guessing friend) about his cell phone and how he didn’t like the way they wouldn’t return it or fix it. While I just stood there waiting to be helped. Finally he helped me by saying you are all set...I had to ask for the confirmation receipt. I definitely can say that is some of the worst customer service I have ever in countered.

I am so SICK and tired of making to this store WAY before they close, only to find them CLOSED!!! What is the point of having hours if you arent there until closing time? This is beyond frustrating!! The last 6 times I have been there before closing (by at least 15 minutes, and sometimes as far as an hour before), and they are all closed up and gone. This place is horrible.

They are never open on time when I stop to drop off a package in the morning. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Disappointed that we needed a notary and every google search brought up this store. We arrive to be told sorry I let mine lapse but you can come back in 4 days! Another local copy store couldn’t be more accommodating. I would think all employees should be notary’s since it’s advertised everywhere:(
