I emailed this property in regards to renting an apartment and was told to fill out the pre-app and then call them to schedule a tour. And that is what I did. I was then greeted with youre calling at 5pm on a Sunday, were off today, I just answered the phone because it was ringing. One, if you are off, dont answer the phone because it was ringing. And two, dont treat someone who is looking to rent with you the way you did me. I will most definitely NOT be renting at this place. I have never been so disgusted with a place I have never been before. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I had every intention of leaving a message, because its what I have been doing all day. Still can not believe what happened. Avoid this place like the plague.

Just got off the phone with the manager, Fred. He was very kind and courteous. I will gladly refer to him as necessary!

Landlord is quick to jump to assumptions. Yelling at us for walking too loud after 10pm. said everyone has to walk on egg shells after 10. does not care about tentes.
