This store is absolutely beautiful. We were looking for a sofa and recliner. The showroom was large, fantastic selection. Tom was the perfect salesperson. No pressure to purchase and by far the most pleasant young person and informative. We purchased both items that were in stock and will be delivered on Friday. If you need furniture and dont want to wait for months stop down to this store. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Terri in the lawn and garden department is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable fun saint!! She gave my girl tips on further improving her green thumb and let us know ALL of the plants were half off, and mentioned the lowes credit card offer. Absolutely great.

Well just yesterday while literally trying to rebuild my life up to respectable scepticalz but while I was being harassed, discriminated and disrespected to a point where I feel violated by the nastiest ugliest waste of minimum wage. Clearly her daddy shld of swallowed or destroyed that nut ..in return the other extremely overweight uneducated and under developed mentally I waz seriously considering taking the tools I was purchasing for work with a corporate credit card to cover your every want and need thru the week but I revoked all your charges so good luck paying for the very expensive wasted time you get such joy and fulfilment out of polluting with your mere simple existence. If any Lowes employees approaches you or makes contact without your initiationz then PUNCH THEM IN THE THROAT AND THEN APPLY MACE2 FACE

We visited today to get a small cabinet for our business, and could not find anyone to help us. After asking one who called over the PA system for us, which was ignored, we found a second person who we asked for help. He was with another customer and stated he would be with us in just a few moments. He then helped the customer, held a lengthy conversation afterwards, then answered his personal phone on the floor and walked away forgetting us.Next we found a manager who came over, and basically didnt know anything about the department. She walked away to find someone from the department, came back stated that they had nothing in our price range for what we needed it for, then walked away. We never saw them again.In the next aisle there were two employees talking personal business dropping F-bombs left and right being completely unprofessional with customers nearby.We finally walked away and found something that would work for us, which was exactly what they said they didnt have it was actually right in front on the main aisle on display as a special.Have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a retail store in all my life. Will NOT ever return.

Buyers be cautious. My Mom purchased a stove at this particular store and the entire ordeal turned out to be a great big mess.At the first drop off they sent wrong parts to the and the gas company could not put the stove in from the wrong connector being sent. Then she had to fight to get them to come to the second appointment after they failed to arrive at the scheduled time to meet the gas company to install the stove with the correct connector.Here we are 15 months later the oven stopped working and she actually has no warranty although she thought she purchased it. She had agreed to the 3 year warranty but I guess never actually purchased it. How does that even happen?Please be careful upon purchasing any warranty-find out who they use to fix their appliances. We looked up the company they recommended to fix the stove in our area and it has almost all bad google reviews. I can see one occasionally but almost all is a huge red flag. This really illustrates how much Lowe’s does not care about the quality of their services and of their customer satisfaction.Beware of purchasing any large appliances and if you do please be sure to check out who they use in your area to fix warranties before buying any kind of warranty.

Good place to shop employees are helpful and if material is damaged and still usable the store managers will give 50% off the price of most materials.

I found what I needed but the place had carts and steps and clutter in ALL the aisles and main aisles. Kinda made me feel claustrophobic.

I dont like Lowes, its often a bad experience. I bought some cut-to-size blinds. The lady cutting them didnt have much experience and the blinds were too big. So I went back and a different woman re-cut them, but one was too short. I would rather go somewhere where they cut a lot of blinds.

Since moving to Alliance a few months ago, Lowes has become something of a second home. I feel like I go there and see the employees more than my own family. Whether it is to pick up a new kitchen faucet, find boards to use on your new rotting deck, or gallons and gallons of paint, Lowes has it. I dont typically ask for help, but when I have, whoever Ive spoken to has gone above and beyond to find the answer or item Im seeking. Likewise with the curbside pick-up and in-store pick-up, I find it is always a smooth painless experience. So I will keep going to Lowes almost daily, and hope it never breaks my heart. They dont care about any living being in their care. You can regularly find hurting plants are full price, almost dead at 20% off, and dumpsters full of perfectly good plants in their pots that they threw away because they ordered too many. Profits before living plants. Another corporation ruining the planet with their waste.

Great Clean PlaceDidnt Find The Windows I Needed

I had some appliances installed from a competitor of Lowe’s and they brought the wrong length sized dishwasher 110v cord so I stopped into Lowe’s since I was already across the street from there at the Walmarts. I was able to find a 6ft cord that should work just dandily with the assistance of a very friendly associate in the appliance section of the store. I’m a veteran so I registered awhile ago online with Lowe’s and I receive a 10% discount on all my purchases so I saved a buck on a ten dollar purchase....cha-ching! And I always enjoy the veteran parking spaces available at every Lowe’s as well. I can highly recommend this Lowe’s. Pretty sure they price match so always research thoroughly. I hope this review helps someone out😇.I’m adding to this review because I just visited this Lowe’s (seems like I’m always here) and I needed to do 3 electrical projects to my home. I’m not that experienced in electrical but I’m always willing to learn. Fortunately I asked one of the most knowledgeable employees for some assistance. Sarah in lighting and electrical is so knowledgeable that she taught me how to do my projects and knew everything I needed. I don’t know how much they pay her but it ain’t enough whatever it is. I needed to fix and outlet, also add a breaker and a double outlet, and wire in a booster exhaust fan for my dryer. Went back the next day to get an in line lint trap (they didn’t have one) and she seen me and asked how it all went...She’s awesome. I highly recommend this Lowe’s and I highly recommend asking for Sarah if you have electrical or light needs

Was at the store two days in a row looking to purchase a new refrigerator. Walked around the area of large appliances and waited to see if I could find someone to help me out and finally left the store with nothing accomplished. Apparently they dont have enough employees to take care of their customers. I guess it was my fault in a way because I probably should have gone to the Customer Service desk and asked for help. My bad...

I shop at lowes frequently, and over all they almost always have what Im looking for, prices are reasonable.

Purchased an electric screwdriver. Got it home and discovered it was used. Took it back, was dreading this, figured Id get a hard time. To my surprise they were quite apoligitc. The exchange went smoothly. We opened thenew one to make sure it was. Didnt ding a star for the used one because customer service was so good.

Being the only hardware store in the area I have to go. If there was another option I wouldn’t go to this Lowe’s again. Very isle is usually blocked by loaded carts and or ladders. Utility carts ie, carts for wood and other large item are usually taken. Every time I go into this Lowe’s I leave with a headache. The only positive note here is the cashier named Chaz. Chaz is always in a good mood and such a positive person!

So I ordered new countertops from here the 5 installs was terrible the finish is terrible the customer service is absolutely terrible.... spoke with 6 different ppl from both companies saying they was going to make it rite and for the 3rd time Ive been forgotten.... last communication Ive had with anyone was January.... Terrible lumber and customer service. They do not care about fixing lumber stacks and is always in shambles! I mean always . I have about a months worth of pictures for my official complaint. You go to menards, home depot ect theyre always fixing the stacks so the dont warp . With plenty of lumber carts unlike lowes on any day . Ive spent way to much money in there for my business to get ruined supplies.

I tend to shop Home Depot over Lowes because of price. I how ever was in the area and decided to pick up a couple things that i needed to save myself some time and having to drive to Salem. I purchased a couple items that i really needed and i was reminded when looking at my receipt why i shop Home Depot. It seems that its hard to find help when shopping Lowes and if your fortunate enough to find the help the people arent very knowledgeable. Thats been my experience.

Ok store, curbside pickup not the greatest. Usually have to wait a while. I recommend the pick up locker in the lobby if you are in a hurry.

More customer-friendly than the Canton store and more stock of items I buy regularly but still not geared up well enough for a small contractor doing remodel work; they dont stock like Home Depot. For example, no 7 foot long 2x4s are inventoried . . . but basement remodel projects need these.

Our visit was a formula for a bad shopping experience; waiting in line to get inside, fear of the virus, and credit card system was not working. Yet we had a great shopping experience. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. Terri offered above and beyond service. She made sure we got the best service and took advantage of our new credit card discount. It was a process with the system down but it was all taken care of with lots of laughs on the way. She is a star employee!

Waited for 20 minutes at customer service to ask a yes or no question, while 3 girls tried to help one customer. All I wanted to ask was do they accept American Express.After 20 minutes i left to go ask a cashier if they accepted AEX card. He didnt know !!I went to get 3 rolls of ridge vent and store only 1 roll. asked an associate if they had anymore and was told No. Even though you could see a pallet of them on the top shelf..Entire experience was dreadful. Going to Home Depot in morning.

This store is a mess! Do they ever clean? Dust on so many items. Unorganized and numerous items out of stock. This used to be a great store, but has really declined. They also dont adhere to the mask policy.

Lots of choices in stock of the specific item we were looking for. Clerk was very helpful in this department(lawn care) making it easier for us in making the decision for our purchase. Check out clerk also very helpful and Patient explaining the Military discount and rewards program. This Alliance store is my choice. It is also very compliant with the Covid guidelines.

If I could rate our experience a 0 in the stars selection I would. We have spent countless time and money at Lowe’s in Alliance over the years. Their management team could care less whether you have a good experience with them or not. Or if you will return back to the store as a customer in the future. They do not care if you are a loyal customer either. We recently purchased an expensive refrigerator from them due to ours starting to go out. We ordered it and waited two weeks for it to be delivered. They scheduled the day in the confirmation email and I had to take off work to be there. The fridge arrived and as I am looking out at the third party delivery team, they wave me over to the truck. They wanted to show me how badly damaged the refrigerator was and advised me to send it back so that Lowe’s can order another one for me. I briefly spoke to Crustiana at the Lowe’s in alliance store, about my frustrations and the inconveniences it has placed on us. She could care less. She stated that once the new fridge was installed they may give us compensation for the inconvenience, giving us no actual reassurance. So basically we have to wait, while still being billed, for an actual quality product to arrive at our house, undamaged, for them to maybe do something about this unacceptable issue. I had asked “what happens if I wait another two weeks (hopefully my fridge lasts that long) and the new one comes badly damaged too? And we have to reorder all over again, I said there is no guarantee, this could go on forever” and she stated “you’re right, there is no guarantee.” This ensured me that, for some reason, I am not guaranteed to receive a quality appliance from Lowe’s, at all and I guess we’ll just have to hope for the best. I had stated that several people I know go through Home Depot and have never had a problem and that maybe we should go through them instead. To which she replied, “you could go through them, that’s up to you guys.” Ensuring that she could care less about our business, our loyalty to Lowe’s over the years or ensuring we have a good experience with a quality product at the end of the day. Overall, this has been a terrible experience and we will no longer be shopping with Lowe’s.

I needed to pick out products for a new bathroom. Thanks to Mark Culp, in the plumbing department , I had a wonderful experience. He was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He even went to the electrical department with me to help me pick out a few items that I needed. I was very satisfied with the help I received.

Lowes is always so helpful when we shop there. I was looking for a plastic chest to put on my pool deck for toys. A young lady scanned both shelf tags, then informed me they just had a sale and sold out🤦‍♀️ Looks like I was a day late and a dollar short. Ended up buying an escalating fan 🤷‍♀️😅

Ordered a large and expensive window. Window has been in the store for over a month. Installer checked on it yesterday and was good to go for this morning’s install at that time. Got a call from the hotline this morning that the window is shattered and someone will be calling to reschedule. Called the store direct and the assistant manager Tyler answered. He was very lethargic and couldn’t muster up one care. “It could’ve been damaged in transit for all I know.” So I asked him if he could at least give me the number to someone who could give me some answers considering we’ve already been waiting for a very long time and we have put quite a bit of money into this for him to just not care. Thanks for the severe lack in customer service Tyler. I will make sure to avoid working with you in the future. With an attitude right off the bat like that, I’m sure that I am not the only one who feels like this. sincerely, your customer that spent money in your store instead of at your competitor’s store.

TERRIBLE....We bought a refrigerator three years ago...A couple of months ago...the fan in the freezer froze up and we could not get ice...To call the repair service center...you are on hold for over 2 hours....When we finally got someone...they told us someone would be out to check it in a couple of days...No one showed up.....we tried to call the service center again to tell them that no one showed up and again....you are on hold for a long time. We got someone finally and they re-scheduled another appointment for the following Monday...Someone did come out and they were here for less than 5 minutes and said, I will put in an order for a new fan and new ice maker. Well...another two months went by until finally someone came out to install the fan...but....they did not have the ice maker......Its october 19th....and this morning...the fan in the freezer stopped working again.......So...here we go...we called the service center and they cant send anyone out here until the next Wednesday......We have family traveling from tallahassee at the end of the week....and...no freezer... I had made food at head of time and put in freezer....But...we are now screwed........Dont buy any appliance at Lowes.......just dont.....UPDATE....We got a service guy from a reliable appliance place to come out on October 20th....He found out that when Lowes installed the fauty fan in the freezer......THEY INSTALLED IT BACKWARDS!!!!!!!!!! So....he fixed it...We have a 5 year warrenty on this Frigidare fridge and we cant use it because it would take a Lowes service person months to come out and try to fix our problem.....we cant wait that long.....Also.....when the service person came out from Lowes in March (when he installed the fan backwards) he specifically told us that they have lost well over half of their service guys and have hired new ones that are not trained....well..now...they have left......Its a cluster*&^^^ folks.......

Used this store for years. Had some items to return without my receipt and was willing to accept store credit. They would not take the items back. Items were in perfect condition! When I asked why they would not take the items back they could not give me an answer.I now shop at Home Depot and have never had a problem returning an item without a receipt. Highly recommend Home Depot.

I thought Lowes was a hardware/ home improvement store. Apparently I was wrong they are a Christmas decoration place. I went in today September 25 ,2020 to purchase 4- 3way toggle light switches but imagine my surprise when the shelf was totally empty! I guess light switches arent an everyday item this time of year like Christmas decorations. Then to my surprise I was told they were out of stock and back ordered because of covid19, so you cant get switches but you can get all kinds of Christmas decorations because everyone needs Christmas decorations in September. If you ask for a manager be sure to ask for a store manager otherwise everyone is a manager!Hey Alliance store all the switches are in the Columbus area. Oh did I forget to mention that Alliance lowes is the only hardware in town!

Under staffed. Hard to find help in the store. Finally called the store from inside. Waited for someone to pickup to ask them to send help to the department I was in. Turns out a 30X80 raw door is a different size than a 30X80 pre hung door from the same manufacturer. So you have to spend more money on the pre hung door and throw away the new door casing. What a joke. Good going Lowes 👎👎👎👎👎
