We bought a $3,000 ring from here several months ago. I need appraisal papers in order to add it to our insurance (in case of theft). I’ve contacted them a number of times, and they always tell me the same thing: We’re waiting on our appraisal forms and will contact you when we get them in.The ring is amazing but the follow up is not.

Went in “early” to get my ring checked according to their warranty. They never told me that it would then change the original dates of the warranty. Next time I go in, on time according to my original agreement, they tell me my $8,000 ring has a loose prong and chipped diamond. And won’t honor the warranty because I was late according to the new dates that changed when I went in early on the previous visit. When I called the number for corporate and asked them to follow up with me on if this is a business practice of this store or the franchise, they state they will call back within a few business days. It has been 3 weeks and no call back yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only have I found this “Leo diamond” ring to have terrible craftsmanship but now they won’t even fix what must be a design flaw because the hardest thing I do with my hands is work all day at a computer. They won’t communicate with you when they make changes to your warranty so that you can keep it within the correct dates - was one day late on mine! Do not waste your hard earned money for Valentine’s Day or bridal sets. I will be taking my worthless ring to a real jewelry store with an actual jeweler and having it repaired. Won’t spend another dime at this store and neither should you.

I can not put into words how incredibly amazing the staff is here. We worked with Allison and John and they are incredible to deal with. When things went south with my bridal set that we purchased originally, John made sure we found a set I would be in love with for a lifetime. However the particular ring we picked was not in his store but he went above and beyond to make sure I would get the ring I fell in love with. Allison made sure all the adjustments needed for my new set were on point and met my expectations. I am a lifer buying my jewelry from these two. Where they go I will definitely follow. Thank you both for all craziness the last few months.

Took my 6 year old watch ( that I wear everyday) in and had a battery replaced. Next day as I was washing my hands I noticed water in my watch. Took it back to Kays and for $75.00 they wanted to send it out for the repair and said it would take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks to get it an estimate. And then another 4 to 6 weeks for repair if I decided I wanted to have them do the work. REALLY!! the young girl I talked with was not very helpful and was kind of a smartass. I differently would not recommend this store. Same your money and time and go elsewhere.
