Aspen Dental in Alliance does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I recently had to have a bridge made for 6 teeth and they nailed it. I could not be happier with their entire staff. Great job!!!

In the end it was good. Quick, polite and seemed to care about the pain level. Started out kinda sketchy as it felt like I was buying a car and the finance person had better things to do.

The entire staff shows genuine concern for each patient that they treat. I needed an emergency extraction and they went above and beyond to try and treat my condition. They worked me in between appointments on a day that is reserved for new patients and exams only. And even though we were unable to extract the entire tooth due to a highly inflamed nerve and some infection, they did manage to remove part of the tooth which has provided some much needed relief until I am able to complete the extraction. The Alliance Ohio branch staff is the most professional and caring group of dentists and techs Ive ever dealt with. They truly did their absolute best to make an extremely painful broken tooth as painless as they possibly could. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental care

I had never been to Aspen Dental and it had been many years since I had been to a Dentist. I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The office was clean, bright and organized. The x-ray technician was so sweet and the doctor was kind and professional. They took care of my broken tooth and also reviewed other findings for further care needed. I dont have Dental Insurance so had planned on a pretty hefty bill. I was pleasantly surprised. My examination and x-rays were free! The financial secretary reviewed the cost of the needed procedures and even helped arrange for affordable financing. I scheduled my appointments and was on my way feeling really good that I had found my new Dentist. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing immediate and ongoing Dental Care.

Experienced severe tooth (teeth) pain and couldn’t get in to regular dentist for a week and a half, called Aspen and they were able to see me the next morning! They are very thorough and explained things they found during my evaluation along with a plan to correct my problems found. The Alliance team was very polite, friendly and professional.

My experience was amazing. I have had several bad experiences in the past going to a dentist ranging from rude comments and leaving feeling disrespected and not feeling like a person. When I called Aspen Dental to set up an appointment for a consult to get dentures I was treated with respect. I still was apprehensive though to go because of my past experiences but I went to my appointment anyway because I wanted to be able to smile again. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect and understanding. Every step of the process I was treated with respect and dignity. The staff was great and explained each step of the process and answered my questions. By the time my initial visit was complete I walked out excited to start my journey to getting my smile back and felt like a real person.

Ive been having issues lately with a particular tooth. My usual dentist in Youngstown was unable to help, due to limitations of the clinic, so I was left to my own devices. Having recently moved to Sebring, I chose Aspen Dental in Alliance to assist me with my needs.I was able to schedule a next day appointment (refreshing, considering any other dental office, in MY experience, takes at LEAST a week to fit you in)! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice lady who checked me in, gave me paperwork to submit upon completion, and explained what to do before going into the exam room.X-rays first: the technician was very sweet and gentle (I could barely open my mouth, making it difficult for her to do the procedure). She made me feel comfortable and wanted to make sure I wasnt in excruciating pain, and she succeeded.Exam room: comfortable chair and TV while I waited (the dentist actually didnt take much time to come into the room). Dr. Patel was VERY thorough while examining my x-rays and teeth. She made sure everything was logged into the computer and then began to explain the situation I was facing, helping me to understand what would be my best course of action. I felt confident Id make the proper choice in resolving my problem due to her skill informing me of my options.I, unfortunately, have no dental insurance, and luckily the first visit was FREE OF CHARGE! I received a referral from the finance department (she was VERY helpful and pleasant). I was able to walk out the door knowing what had to be done.This visit has been the BEST experience Ive EVER had at a dental clinic (and at 53 years of age, THAT speaks VOLUMES)! The ENTIRE staff was friendly, compassionate, informative, and accommodating!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL IN ALLIANCE! They are a LIFESAVER for me!!!

They are very nice,clean environment friendly. The girl that did the exrays took a lot of time with me and did the mold for my new partial. I was a new patient when I called because I woke up in the middle of the night with my teeth throbbing. I called them and they got me right in

I went in to get 2 teeth pulled because I was in terrible pain and my regular dentist couldnt get me in for a few weeks. I also had a dental surgeon supposed to be doing implants in a few weeks placing implant posts that would be in the same holes as the teeth that were in question. I was informed by the doctor at Aspen that if she pulled them, it might be hindering my future implant surgery because they always want to put the posts in the same day as pulling the teeth. So she wrote me a strong antibiotic and told me to call my surgeon. I am truly grateful for the doctor at Aspen because she took the time to explain everything to me and didnt just simply pull them. I contacted my surgeon and he got me in and told me that he was glad she didnt because it would set the surgery back 4 to 6 months!! Im so grateful! Thank you Aspen Dental 😁

I paid $5618.00 up front to get my teeth pulled and get Dentures(. pretty expensive) when I had gotten my permanent denture, 2 different teeth had fallen out. I demanded a different set and they refused. They told me it MIGHT be a bite issue. They wanted me to come in so they could fix it....Again. They shouldnt have fallen out paying that price. Sure, the staff is very friendly, but paying 5,600.00.....I would be friendly to. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

I called the office on July 6th and told them what happened to a tooth of mine. They got me in right away for a new patient appointment and then fixed the tooth that following week. From the receptionist, to the girl who took my x-rays, Dr. Patel, the office manager and the Drs. Assistant when my tooth was being fixed we’re all amazing! I’ve never had a positive experience in all my life of going to the dentist. I don’t like pain, and I’m all nerves no matter what. They calmed my nerves. I immediately called my husband and told him how comfortable I felt there and he said that’s the kind of dentist we’re both looking for. ! I’m so glad we finally found someone that were over 100% confident in that will give us the best patient care. Thank you, aspen dental ( alliance) .

I think if youre gonna tell someone a price make sure they know its with or without copay. I just went last week and got a root canal done, they put a temporary filling in when they couldve put the regular filling in. I wouldve paid the extra. If you need some custom teeth for the low come here. Best lab tech in the area. If you need gold sliver platinum whatever idea you may have for your mouth they can make it happen. My new grill is fresh! I recommend anybody who wants custom teeth or dentures this place is awesome. The down side is you may have multiple visits due to thier high volume of customers but you will be satisfied once work is completed. The staff is super friendly. I drove 30 miles out my way when thier were other dentist practices in my area. I tried affordable dentures in Akron area the staff and service was dreadful i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Treat yourself dont cheat yourself.

Called aspen dental to schedule an appointment and told the receptionist exactly what I was looking to have done that the appointment was for my 15 yr old son. I mean I was very clear with why we were going. A second person from the office called a short time later to go over everything again and again I explained what we was wanting done and his age. So on the day of his appointment we arrive and the receptionist was very rude and told me I would have to wait in my car while they took him back which I did. After a short time they called me and said to come i. To speak with the dr. The dr comes in examines my sons teeth didnt say one way or another anything about what she found only that the office manager would be in to speak to us. A few minutes later the office manager comes in looks at me says we wont extract teeth from anyone under age of 17 and that we was free to leave and she walked out of the room. Total waste of time and money I will never recommend aspen dental in alliance, oh to anyone.

They tried to rake me over for money! I am a young college student who takes care of my teeth and have since I was young. My insurance changed and my dentist was no longer covered so I figured I would try aspen I go in and they tell me I need a gingivitis cleaning then a normal cleaning a week later. Knowing my insurance would not cover the more expensive cleaning and then another a week later the total out of pocket would have been $379 I left. I consulted another dentist they told me my gums were fine I just needed to floss more but who flosses. I will not be returning!

Everyone was so nice, explained every step they were doing, listened to and answered all my questions. Very clean facility!The only negative would be that the Oral surgeon doesnt like to do IV sedation. Considering how many extractions I needed and my high anxiety, sedation is necessary for me.Other than that, Ill follow thru with all the other aspects for my dentures because of the fair cost and the way everyone puts you at ease.

Worst place I have ever been too. DO NOT GO!!!!!!! The one dentist kept drilling at my teeth even after the numbing went away. I even told him that it was un numb and he didnt care. He said well Im almost done.Now I have trouble saying certain words or I bite my tongue while I talk.I am now terrified of the dentist. Also charged me over 4,000$FYI Im 27

This staff was so nice and professional from the time I walked in to sign for my appointment to the minute I left after my treatment. I had an opportunity to meet both dentists who were as nice as can be. My dental hygienist was awesome, took her time, explained everything and asked if I had any questions. My teeth feel and look great after the cleaning, floss, and fluoride. I scheduled an appointment for a 6 month check up and highly recommend this office if you need a cleaning, x rays, cavity filled, or any other dental treatment.

Very impersonal.......treated my young adult children aweful! Very rude and flat. Didnt respect their feelings or wishes at all. Also.....I am noticing they ONLY respond to positive reviews instead of ever trying to address the people they have upset.

I already did this once, by my phone, but I guess I will do it again.I am not really very happy with my visit to Aspen Dental. I had this appointment for a year for a cleaning. Now I have upper dentures and ten teeth on the bottom. I was under the impression that cleaning meant my dentures as well as the other teeth, but I was told they were only cleaning my dentures. I had to make another appointment for the cleaning of my teeth(Which I had to postpone because of another obligation) But when I made the appointment, I questioned whether I was covered under my current insurance. The young lady making my appointment assured me she would check with my current insurance and find out if I was covered, and call me. It is now a day after my scheduled appointment, and she has not contacted me. So I dont even know if I would have been covered or would be responsible for the entire cleaning. So no, I am not happy with my last visit to Aspen Dental.

My husband Jeff, went to Aspen dental center. It is very clean, the professionals that work there are nice, organized. They tell you about each procedure you need to have, give you options and their payment plans are very budget friendly!! We would definately use their services again!

This is a changed post: I was happy with them until they sat on my claim for 11 days before sending it in. And I have a broken tooth! Now Im waiting for them to get paid before it can be fixed, otherwise I have to pay for the exam myself. My insurance told me not to do that because they keep the money as credit and dont refund it. Its been a month now! So, even though I have insurance, I cant get my tooth fixed.

It was a great experience! The hygienist engages in conversations with you and you feel very welcome! The front staff and payroll are very kind as well. I would date my hygienist if I werent moving shes a keeper!

For the most part theyre great , just it seams like the actual dentist doesnt listen well . They try to push the most expensive treatments onto you . Lastly I was charged for an xray that they messed up ... guess it was my fault !

DO NOT GO HERE!! CHOP SHOP DENTIST. I went to Aspen a couple years ago and had to get a root canal and a few fillings. After being surprised with new charges everytime I showed up for my appointments I became a little annoyed but I assumed it was normal. ( what can you do) Recently I went to a new dentist for a ROUTINE cleaning. They took xrays, showed me spots in EVERY filling Aspen did that was not correct. WORSE then anything was being told that the root canal they did was not good and they left bacteria under it. Now I am hoping it can be fixed or I am going to have to have the tooth pulled. I wish I would of went to the dentist sooner to find this out. Aspen created fear of any dentist for me. Other then waiting hours for appointments that were set up, I experienced horrible pains I have never experienced at any other dentist. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The reviews on google must be fake. This is a real review from a real person that was just seen by an Aspen Dental dentist a couple of weeks ago. Dentistry is so important. Cleanings are an absolute must but unfortunately before you can get a cleaning you must have an exam done. My exam at Aspen Dental began with 18 x-rays. This gave the impression that they were being thorough. The doctor was very friendly but he made a comment about each tooth. He also said I had severe tooth decay and a cavity on the same tooth. If you look up tooth decay and cavities you will see that they are the same thing. I knew I had a filling fall out but the doctor said I needed a new filling, root canal and a crown!! By the time I was done with my visit the proposed bill was $2,500. Fortunately I have a brother in law that is a dentist in Chicago. Since I was visiting the Chicago area I stopped in and he examined my teeth. After his exam I had one filling that needed replaced and I need a cleaning. This wouldve only cost approximately $300 at Aspen Dental. Instead they fabricated an additional $2,200 in dental work and extras. This was a terrible experience that was remedied by my brother in law. I really wanted to find a local dentist for regular cleanings but instead once again I had another terrible dentist visit. Dentists have the potential to make each patient a regular patient. If people could find a dentist they trust they might get two cleanings a year. Instead many people dread the yearly visit to the dentist. Its sad because healthy teeth mean a healthy person. Teeth are linked to so many health issues. Corporate dentistry is not where you should look for a reliable and trustworthy dentist. Look for a local dentist office. If the dentist lives in the community, that is even better. He is going to be committed to his community and want to provide the best services.

Outstanding experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff. The building was clean and welcoming and the care was top notch. Dr. Crespo really understands how to make a patient feel welcome and comfortable. By far the nicest dental office I have been to in this area.

Phoned on a Monday morning was in excruciating pain throughout the weekend needed a tooth extracted ASAP Came in on Monday spent an hour doing x-rays the doctor came in and she saw me for less than three minutes and said she was too busy to pull my tooth that day I would need to come back later in the week The pain was unbearable cannot even describe. She ordered an antibiotic and Motrin/ibuprofen even after I explained that I had been taking excessive amounts of ibuprofen throughout the weekend to no avail . They let me sit in the examining chair for another 20 minutes after this female dentist examined me. Finally the office manager came to get me . I basically begged for them to please pull my tooth sometime that day I would wait or come back she said they were too busy I asked if I could please have something stronger for pain at least until they could get me scheduled.She said no she’s not going to give you anything else for pain. I was crying at this point and they said they could squeeze me in the following day at 11 AM So I spent another 24 hours in excruciating pain . On top of my tooth they saw that I was on crutches for a knee injury that I was also trying to arrange treatment for and how difficult it was for me to get around. The female dentist and the office manager that they were very cold and uncaring. The receptionist and the girl that took the x-rays very kind and sympathetic. They phoned and left a message and we’re moving appointments up changed my appointment the next day to 10:00 AM when I arrived he took me right in it was a different dentist he was very nice they pulled my tooth and I was out of there by 10:38 AM . I would not recommend this place for any EMERGENCY dental care

Went in for an emergency tooth extraction,left with same tooth still in mouth with over 7 grand of work scheduled to pull out all teeth and get expensive dentures, I felt railroaded and went to my regular dentist and had tooth removed and a plan to keep my teeth, now, cancelling contract and they were supposed to reimburse all monies they paid themselves for as of Aug 1st and so far, nothing,plus now their phones just ring busy..if this isnt resolved today I will contact my lawyer.also, no work was done other than trying to schedule all this expensive work I kept telling them I couldnt afford. When I asked repeatedly about the tooth I came in about, was told 3 times, oh, well, well take care of that later...

Scheduled an apt the previous week for a toothache. I am an existing patient that just had an exam 2 months earlier. Arrived on time for my apt. Waited 1.5 hours and still was not seen by a dentist. Unfortunately, stars is not an option, so reluctantly, they get 1 star. What was more frustrating, was I paid for my appointment 5 minutes after I arrived.

My cleaning was very good. The teck was very gentle and helpful. However I wanted my dentures relined the other teck said it had been multiple times and felt if it was done again they might break. As far as I know I only had them done twice. First of all I want what I want. If this is a push to get my other plate done I will do it when I can a ford it and not before. The Aspen Staff was very attentive and caring. Dr thoroughly went through what I needed and did not make me feel uncomfortable.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist until now. When I called to ask if this Aspen Dental was excepting new patients and was scheduling my new patient appointment I will never forget how calming and reassuring the resceptionist, Connie was on the phone. She answered all my questions, calmed all my concerns. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by name, which surprised me because I had never been there. Connie again explained what my visit would consist of and explained all of the paperwork. I didnt even feel like I was at the dentist anymore. I was taken back in a timely manor where Marissa came out to the waiting area to take me back. She made me feel very comfortable during all of the xrays. I also met with Dr. Wilson and I believe her name was Carrie the hygienest. The doctor is very thorough and made me feel and know that I was important, Ive never had a doctor make me feel so comfortable. Carrie answered all of my questions ( I had a lot ). Not once did I feel rushed or like I didnt matter. At the end of my appointment I met with Joel the office manager who went over payment plans and other options for my treatment and we scheduled. I looked forward to going to the dentist. Sounds weird but Im only being honest and every single time Im greeted my name by Connie with the same smile as the first time I came to the Dentist. The whole staff is amazing!! Thank you Aspen Dental, Dr. Wilson and the Staff in Alliance!!!

Scheduled my husband here because they said they would work with his hectic schedule. This has not been the case. They have 3 times now cancelled and appointment on him the day of. He is a truck driver so scheduling time off is very difficult. No apologies or anything just rude service. Now were here for wisdom tooth removal and they give him a packet of pressure surgery paperwork that shouldve been mailed to him saying not to eat....to late for that so now hes only getting local after specifically telling them he wanted anastasia. Choosing a different dentist after today this is a poorly ran office!

Im not very happy with this place. Went to get a filing back in my tooth because it came out. Well $2,000 later when thats all I wanted done and they did more and charged me. Also they dont know how to do filings right either. Im still having problems with it and its bugging me to no end.

Price to repair a bottom denture for $153 is outrageous.

The dentist was extremely rude and not very compassionate to the pain I was going through. I went in Aspen Dental because I was told by my family dentist that I needed a root canal. After calling around, Aspen Dental gave me a price of $500 less than my family dentist. With $500 being a substantial savings, I made the appointment. When I spoke with Aspen Dental, I asked the receptionist if I would be able to get immediate care since I was in some pretty serious pain. She told me that I would be well taken care of. When I arrived, the office was clean and the dental assistant was super nice and friendly. I felt at ease and was confident that I would be finally getting relief from this pain. And then... The doctor came in. He did about a 30 second inspection on my mouth. I did not have a cleaning, I came in just for the root canal. He then announced that I had 11 cavaties. 11! I was aware of 2 that were to be taken care of after my root canal.... But 11?!?After my initial shock, I said I can not believe I have eleven cavaties! I was at my family dentist last week! His response was You should be more shocked that your family dentist didnt catch these 11 cavaties! And then he walked out and was not seen again.The dental assistant apologied for his behavior and then told me that I should go back to my family dentist. I asked for some pain relief until I could get in to see my family dentist and the assistant got a script from the dentist. It was for Motrin. Seriously?I ended up calling my family dentist and he got me in for an emergancy visit the next day. He also checked for those 11 cavaties are not even close. Aspen Dental was a complete waste of my time. I can not thank the dental office of Ted Schuster for making my pain and comfort a priority.
