I ordered my new blinds with Penn Blinds, and could not be happier with their service. Tara, Barb, and Zach were very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom window treatments. 5 stars.

Blinds are horrible. Verticals installed and after a month they started to warp. The pilot system is cheap. It sticks, takes force to move them from open to close.The clips break and are cheaply made. Buyer beware from this store. You’ll pay a premium price and get premium garbage.

We recently had blinds installed in our newly built home for our whole house. As a young couple in our new first home, we were apprehensive on the cost and somewhat clueless what to get installed. We did our research and came across Penn Blinds and thought we would try them out! Boy, are we glad we did!! They were welcoming from the first phone call. Our private consultation was very helpful and thorough...not to mention the great personalities of the staff members. The honesty was appreciated and we were not pushed to spend more money. We used PENN Blinds in the past for vertical blinds in our family room. I wanted different window treatments in my living room and bedroom. I own cats so I wanted something that would stand up to the cats. I found some light filtering cordless roller shades. They look beautiful in both rooms (and are feline friendly.) The service at PENN Blinds is also very friendly.

Company is under new ownership and they provide the most amazing customer service!They came to fix my blinds that had been installed 1 year ago by the original owners.They did not charge me because they said they were improperly installed.How’s that for customer service!

Today my wife and I had more Hunter Douglas blinds installed in our home in the historic district of Bethlehem. The new owner Tara was happy to assist us in the selection process. Her lovely assistant barb helped and gave recommendations in the choice of color to match our decor. They have a fine young man who does the installation. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. My mother noticed there was a problem with one of her pleated shades (the cord was frayed and had snapped) that she had purchased from Penn Blinds years ago. She had called the shop and spoke to Tara who is the owner of the company. Tara asked her if she could bring the shade in for it to be repaired. Taras son instructed my mother how to take the blind off the window and bring it to the shop so they could take a look at it. My mother took it in a few days later and was told it would be repaired within 2 weeks. She was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call approximately one week later from the owner that the blind was repaired. Penn Blinds is great and so are Hunter Douglas. Dale and his installer did a wonderful job on our bedroom blinds and in particular our kitchen skylight blackout blinds. Measured perfectly and a expertly installed. Love them. Had a recent warranty issue on the skylight blinds with premature material separation and Hunter Douglas replaced them for free. Very happy.

Dale and Tara were great to work with for our bathroom project. Now all of our windows in our home have been outfitted by Penn Blinds and we couldnt be happier!

We purchased a replacement shade for our large SE-facing front window. Dale recommended a new product from Hunter Douglas that has turned out to be really great and we are very pleased. It is a roller shade but it looks more like a cellular and is room darkening. We have also discovered that it has helped reduce the sound coming from the outside into our living room as well as doing a super job in blocking the heat of the morning sun. Because we have a large sectional he also suggested HDs new SoftTouch motorized option which was just a little extra. Penn Blinds is the BEST!
