These guys were SO amazing! Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and affordable. They came out same day for an estimate and were by the next day to clear out our branches. I have had Guardian Tree Company (aka Will) to my home for 4 jobs to date - some big, some small. Will and company always do a good job. What I like best is prompt service at reasonable prices. As Will states on his website, hes not a large company and as a result hes able to provide a personal touch that addresses your tree needs whether theyre emergency or maintenance.

We needed someone who could handle removing our huge elm tree. I was supposed to get several estimates and Guardian was the first I called. William came to give an estimate the same day and my husband and I were so impressed with him that we hired him on the spot. Insurance papers were faxed before the work and I really liked that. It was the first time anyone has ever done that. Ive always hesitated to ask to see proof and was never given any by other tree services. We felt the assessment of our needs was accurate. The crew was very competent and the work was completed on time. William even gave us advice in pricing and selling the useable wood which he left in manageable pieces. We were extremely pleased with Guardian and look forward to using them in the future.

I called Guardian Tree Company yesterday morning to remove a dead tree next to my house. I was trying to find someone to remove the tree quickly for a reasonable price and had done a quick search on the internet to find a local tree removal company. William, the owner, answered right away and told me he could stop by shortly to give me an estimate. He stopped by later that morning to look at the tree. William was extremely professional and knowledgeable about trees and their care and gave me a very affordable price. He also offered to trim my flowering pear tree that had suffered some damage from hurricane Sandy. Additionally, I had been trimming my rose bushes for days and had a large pile of dead branches on my driveway and all over my yard. William offered to clean those up as well and put them through his wood chipper. He said he would be back later in the day with his men to complete the job and would call me an hour before he came. William kept his word and came by in the late afternoon to cut down my tree and trim the pear tree. William and his men were extremely polite, courteous, and careful to work around my flowers as well. They all worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. When they were finished, they cleaned up all debris from the trees completely as well as all of my rose bush clippings. William even cleaned up my driveway for me and swept up the mulch pile I had been adding to my flower beds. I would highly recommend Guardian Tree Company to anyone who is looking for fast and affordable tree removal and/or tree trimming services. William and his staff are very professional and completed the job as promised the same day I called.

They came out the same day I called for an estimate and within the week they came a cut down my weeping cherry tree. They were courteous and answered all my questions. They did NOT damage any of my plants that were growing around the tree. They cut the tree down quickly and cleaned up the entire area beautifully!! I would definitely recommend this company. Guardian Tree Co. did a very nice job removing a 50 foot maple tree in my backyard. The were very professional and safe, and took extra care not to damage a split rail fence under the tree. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. The following day a separate team (included in the tree removal price) came to grind the stump. They understood that I wanted the roots around the base of the tree grinded so I could level the area for planting grass, and did a nice job as well. Overall I was very pleased with the job and would recommend them to others.

These guys are the real deal they were quick and did great work. The tree climber is a beast!

I usally dont take the time to write reviews but this requires one! William came over to my property in Allentown on Oct, 2018 and provided me with the quote. After we agreed on the terms, he emailed me an electronic contract which I e-signed on Nov 12, 2018. Next, back and forth texting started by Dec 6th, 13th and Jan5th he canceled the scheduled appointments with excuses. Last text was on Jan 6th, 2019 said Im having delay with wood chipper, Ill get back to you when I get it started. Havent heard back since! Very unprofessional from begining to an end. Not recomend it to anyone at all...

Out of all the tree service places, I would recommend Guardian Tree Company. They are friendly, competitive and the job is done right!

I have to say that I was totally disappointed in William. He came promptly to my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. Several weeks later, 2 other men came to my house and said that William couldnt take the tree down. I was upset that he didnt even call me and tell me that he couldnt do it. William came in too low with his estimate which is upsetting and now I have to pay a whole lot more for another tree company to take down this tree. I had a signed contract but I guess that doesnt mean anything.

From estimate to job completion was less than 1 week.Trees look great and they completely cleaned up after themselves.The cost was 1/2 of what my other 2 estimates were.I would recommend them and use them again myself.

Called a few months in advance to schedule. The Day came and they called early that day to tell me they have been booked due to the weather and pushed my service 2 weeks. understandable since this year the weather hasn’t been that great so I called 2 weeks later and they worked with their schedule to get me in on time. Great service, awesome customer service and always reachable(always good to follow up since they are always busy). Job was beyond speciation and they have very very below market prices compare to other companies. Super clean and left the area spotless. Reviews don’t do them justice.

Its easy to say that someone is good at what they do - or that they did a good job. Weve been sweating the removal of a dead tree in our front yard, for both cost reasons and proximity to the house. I called William (after dealing with several local services) and he came over the same day to look at the job. He quoted us a phenomenal price and assured us the job would be done cleanly and quickly. Within a week, he was over with a crew. The tree was gone in just a few hours. The gentlemen working with him were expedient, respectful and clean. Afterward, there was not a twig or other debris to be found. I highly recommend William at Guardian!

My wife and I recently had our Maple and Cherry tree trimmed back by Guardian. We had difficulty in the past getting other tree services to come out or even call back due to the smaller size of the job. Guardian immediately returned our call. We dealt with William who was very professional. They did an excellent job trimming both trees and even left us Cherry wood for our friends to use. They also took some extra time to clean out our gutters. Very nice and would highly recommend them for an honest job.

We called Guardian tree company to come out and give us an estimate to remove a few trees and clean up some others. The owner answered his phone when we called and showed up on time for our appointment. While walking on the property with him it was clear that he knew what he talking about. He was very knowlegeable and was able to make recommendations on the health and safety of our trees. His price was very affordable and him and his crew came out less than a week later to do the work. They seemed to have all the equipment to make the work look easy. They did a perfect job from start to cleanup and the trees never looked better. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an arborist in the area.

We called Gaurdian days ago to set an appointment for an estimation for today. We called them early this morning to make sure they would be here and the guy we were working with didnt even remember us. Then said he would call us back with a time. 30 minutes later says he will be here at 5. The man that was suppose to come here not also canceled, but wasnt even organized enough to realize our distance from one of his other appointments. He proceeded to tell us we were out of the way when he should have been much more aware of our location and his other appointments. I work in customer service and this was the most pathetic service Ive had to deal with. I wont be reconsidering this company for any services.
