Absolutely wonderful in every way. From the time you walk in till the time you leave. I always have Keith do our taxes but everybody in office is great. Went to Elines I believe 2014 2015 and Keith was fantastic. Then, my wife had an employee who worked for her do our taxes cause she worked at Liberty. It was so expensive we almost fell over. Its just three of us 2 adults 1 child. But, since it was so expensive and in Philly I went back to Elines. I always tell my wife if it aint broke dont fix it. So of course Keith was wonderful as always and yes I did read all the reviews. I 110% agree about the pricing.Thank you for making your small difference in this world.

First time using them. Enjoyed the gentleman who did our taxes. And the price was very reasonable.

I went here last year. I’d been going to another tax preparer for quite a while and spending a heck of a lot more with sun or results. Every year I would owe thousands in taxes. I came here and they found deductions I was not taking before because no one told me about them. Ended up owing the IRS around 200 bucks. I absolutely love these guys. They are fast accurate and get you every deduction you are entitled to. I plan to be using them this year as well.Edit: tried them again this year and it was a hot mess. They were slow and never returned my calls. Ended up taking the taxes back and going somewhere else. Unfortunately this is the last time I’ll use them

I have been going to these guys since the 1970s when they were located in the alley in the bowels of Allentown. I will never go anywhere else. My Aunt Elenore recommended them to me. I like the walk in feature instead of appointments.

Just did my 2018 return with Daniel. He and his father were great to deal with. In and out in about a half hour. He was thorough, detail oriented, and friendly. Great local place to file quickly with very reasonable fees. Would recommend!

Screwed up last years tax returns. Resulted in a late letter from the IRS telling us we owed several hundred dollars. Lied about an exchange in the office that occurred on Saturday and basically come across as egomaniacs. The owner simply took the side of his employee without even hearing our side of the exchange. After 10+ years as customers and sending numerous referrals, we will go elsewhere. So will our friends and family.
