You gotta make an appointment to pass through the line, or else youre gonna be waiting for 3 hours plus, also while I was there I noticed some people come in later than some and they get called first, Im not sure how it works, it was my first time, they are kinda slow.I still havent received my refund, I did my taxes on March 6 2021, and til now I havent received anything, I called and said I had to call IRS, this has never happened to me I have done my taxes before and I have never waited this long, I checked with IRS and said I gotta see my TAX PREPPER so they dont give me answers, they make you pay and take your money right away, but me I gotta wait a month + its ridiculous. Never going there again.

IM NOT SO FEELING THIS PLACE I HAVE DONE TAXES IN OTHER PLACES A GOT MY TAX RETURN IN 2 WEEKS ITS NOW ALMOST GOING ON 4 WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING SO RIDICULOUS ILL TAKE MY SERVICE SOME PLACE ELSE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND ANOTHER THING SMHHOW IN THE WORLD IS OUT OF YOUR HANDS SO IN OTHER WORDS I GOTTA WAIT ANOTHER MONTH 21 DAYS UNTIL I GET MY RETURNS OTHER PLACES PPL DO GET THEIR REFUNDS AT THE SAME TIME IVE BEEN DOING TAX RETURNS FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG IM DEPENDING ON MY RETURN TO PAY MY BILLS AND OTHER THIS DOESNT MAKE NO SENSE

They should talk about pricing before starting and explain how its done

They take too long to get your taxes done spent like 6 hrs waiting in line to be taken care of. Paid more than I should have. They also made many mistakes that if I wouldn’t have checked they would have not fixed they payments I had to make were going to be sent to the wrong place, they took another hour to get the problem fixed. When you question the papers to double check they get annoyed which is how I found out they made so many mistakes will never be going back to this place.

This company are the most irresponsible people I have ever seen. According to them, the IRS was not going to deposit the $ 1200 of the stimulus and when I enter the IRS it turns out that if they deposited our money and when I call them they tell me that they were going to return the money to the IRS😡😡 and it turns out that they have not done anything and neither They answer the phones and my money in their account. We have to unite to file a complaint with this company since they are responsible for giving us our money in the same way that we receive our taxes since they do not give the option of using our accounts for direct deposit.
