Had everything i was looking for and helped in anyway they could. Prices were a little high but other than that no complaints

I was looking for a pump for our pool and the girl that was behind the counter was above and beyond helpful as we researched and she tried to help us out. Long story short, the pump that we purchased didn’t accomodate our need but she was very kind when we returned it. I would recommend this location.

The only good thing was Israel was honest and said he had only been with the company about 3 months and didnt know everything...he was super nice! I left very dissatisfied...the manager didnt seem to know any more than I do!

Terrible customer service. We walked in and told Josh what we needed the phone rang and he helped that person for 10 minutes while we stood there he should have took the persons number and helped us since we took the time to drive there. Walked out and went to their competition Carltons down the street.

They never have anything I need. I dont even go their anymore....I go to Carlson Pools.

They are always helpful.
