The salon is always very clean and organized and I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Courtney does a great job and is very creative if you have an idea in mind. She’s super friendly and a great stylist. Amy also does a great job on eyebrows and facials!

I’ve now been coming here for a year and have been so happy every time! Tori listens and really brings the beauty out of my hair! Everyone there is kind and professional, the space is well kept, and I would highly recommend Salon James!

My stylist Kristin is amazing, she always knows which hairstyle and color will look great on me. The salon is very clean and everyone is very nice and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this salon at all. I had the worst haircut experience at Salon James. I left horrified at how I was treated and how it was a grueling few hours, not at all fun/relaxing. My hairdresser was extremely rude, harsh, and just all-around miserable. She was sarcastic and so hard on my hair. I blame myself partly for not specifying a specific hairdresser, as I took the earliest available...trusting that the salon only employs kind and talented hairdressers, but I was mistaken. I will say that the front desk staff and the other hair techs that wash your hair were super nice and friendly. I hate to have to write such a terrible review, but I want to spare someone from having the same experience.

I would definitely recommend this salon for its cleanliness and its professional staff. Scott was amazing in that he understood my vision which was a corporate, Wall Street look. I am amazed by his cutting skills and his accuracy and precision with the cut. His talent is phenomenal and the haircut turned heads afterwards. . It was very sleek and classic. I have already booked another appointment with him in the future

My stylist gave me the color exactly what I wanted she took her time she was patient very polite very professional Ill definitely be back.

I just left this salon, the salon it’s self is wonderful. I must have just been booked with the wrong stylist. She was very rough on my hair and was not polite, she kept mumbling to herself the whole time she was doing my hair and made me very uncomfortable.I would go back but absolutely not to the same stylist, she made me feel unimportant and that’s not what women look for when they get their hair done.

I had an awful hair experience at another salon the day before and my husband called Salon James first thing the next morning to see if they could squeeze me in to fix my hair. Let me tell you...Melinda and Suzanne did an awesome job correcting my color and making me totally comfortable. It is such a nice salon and I left with a smile on my face! These girls are amazing at what they do!!! Thank you for squeezing me in and taking the time to fix my hair right!

Courtney listens to what you want. All to often you get stylists who do their own thing despite what you ask for. Not Courtney, she listens and delivers! I love this salon! Siobhan did an amazing job a few months ago on my color. I’m normally very picky with my blonde hair and rarely am happy when I leave a salon. She was able to bring my color up to the perfect platinum shade and tone it until it was right. I travel from NYC to get this done! Thank you! I definitely recommend her for any color needs. I had a 30 minute massage today between events from Nina where she focused on my neck, back, and feet. She is an amazing massage therapist and very intuitive. I will definitely return for a massage with her! If you schedule a spa service with her make sure to add some Reiki! She ended my massage with that and I was so grateful.

THE place for you! We have had pedicure, haircuts, coloring, manicure and other services here. We tried many other places before Salon James and finally found the place we get great service every time for every service!

I love it here! Shiobhan is amazing if you are looking for a personal stylist who knows what she is doing Shiobhan is your girl! I always leave there with a great cut and she is honest with me in regards to what she thinks and will say no not so much :) She is by far my favorite stylist. I drive almost an hour just to see her. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming! The prices are great too!!!
