Julie gave me a quick, professional, perfect manicure and Andrea did a great job catering to my blind grandfather who needed a manicure and peficure. Both women were friendly, kind, and adept at making us feel pampered. The facility is large, clean, pretty, and modern; the chairs are comfortable and the drying station was faster than normal because of the fan/ light they have. 5 stars all around!

Very nice first time experience. The place is spotless and beautiful. I was able to get a pedicure while 2 other women took care of my 7 and 4 yr old. They got Mani and Pedi polish changes. My girls felt so very special. We’ll be back!

La Nail & Hair is a place I trust and continuously go back for my nail needs. Andrea has provided exceptional service every time and I could not ask for anything more. Her attention for detail and her consistency has kept me coming back as a customer for over 4 years. I have tried other places but I do not receive the great quality and care that I receive at La Nails & Hair.

I got my hair curl for 40 dollars as soon left. My hair was flat and straight. I could have done a way better job. I just thought going to a professional would been better because I was a attending a wedding. It was clean though.

She was pleasant, and did an amazing job on my brows. Definitely coming back to get my nails and eyebrows done here regularly.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experiences at LA nails and hair since they have opened under new management/ownership. 2 and a half weeks ago, I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails filled. I was called 30 minutes before my appointment and told that my appointment had to be cancelled because the nail tech they had scheduled me with called in sick. This was very irritating but I was understanding with the person on the phone, so I had said “Okay, I’ll just go somewhere else today and make an appointment with LA nails for the next time I need a fill”. Fast forward… A week before the fill I wanted to get today, I scheduled an appointment- this time using LA nails and hair’s website. This morning, I walked in for my appointment and was told that there was no appointment for me and that maybe I had “made an appointment with the other LA nails close by, we typically have our address on the confirmation”, I explained that I definitely went to the correct website and came to the correct address and then showed the screenshot I took of my appointment time and which nail tech I was scheduled with. I was then told “Well that person doesn’t even do acrylic nails”. I asked if there was any way I could be fit in and was told “There is someone for an eyebrow waxing in front of you. We don’t have time till later today.” This was frankly a waste of my time this morning and extremely rude. I was thankfully fit in at another nail salon and WILL NOT be back to LA Nails and Hair on Tilghman.

This was the first time I went here and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! My 4 year old and I went here for her to get her fingers/toes painted and for me to get a acrylic set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. We were immediately greeted and shown colors and taken to a desk/pedi seat. She did amazing work on my pedicure and acrylic set!! AMAZING.They were also all great with my 4 year old and made her feel so special. My only complaint is that my daughters nail polish peeled off in full pieces at the end of the night. But my fingers and toes have held up so far! Definitely will go back!

I found Andrea about two years ago! And now I cant imagine going anywhere else! Where she goes I go!!! Made me feel welcomed from day one and is the best at what she does! Love it here!

I’ve tried just about every tech in the salon and every person does a great job. I live an hour away but make it a point to come here for my mani pedis. I don’t like getting my nails done to begin with but sitting in their spacious salon with high ceilings, modern decor and friendly staff make it easy and relaxing! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful pedicure here. It was very, staff was so professional and welcoming and my nail look great. Andrea was wonderful-can’t wait to go back.

Ive been going to this salon since they were LA Nails before they abruptly closed (without notice) as a client of Andreas. When they closed, she moved to Luxury Nails (and I followed her after she contacted me) and then followed her again when she moved back to LA Nails after they re-opened again. So there is my LOYALTY point I wanted to make but I asked her to change my standing 2 week appointment (on Thursday)which was scheduled for this Saturday to Friday as I had the day off from work. She told me she was fully booked and I then asked if she could get the person who had the 9am appt on Saturday to switch with me (as I had previously given up my 9am bi weekly slot for someone else at Andreas request) and she told me the person was not a regular customer (really?? all the more reason to ask for a switch I think) She didnt want to work with me on changing my appointment at all , never apologized for not wanting to accommodate me and when I said cancel my appointment then she simply said ok. So if youre looking for any kind of loyalty being a loyal client for years, dont because there is none here!! Thanks but no thanks! Ill go where loyalty and appreciation matters to a business !

I had my nail appointment with Tracy yesterday, and I am so incredibly happy with the work she did! The salon was beautiful and most importantly, clean. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I told her what I was looking for (refill and color with an accent nail) and she even made a suggestion to do a different accent nail(s), which I am very happy with. She also asked along the way if I was happy with my nails (shape, thickness of acrylic, etc.), which is really important to me. I will definitely return to Tracy for my refills.

Julie is just amazing. She genuinely cares about her clients and does amazing work! As usual, she did a top notch job with my manicure and pedicure!!
