I usually dont leave reviews but I had a bad experience at Fastsigns, store located in Allentown PA. From the start I didnt get good customer service by Judy. She took my notes and deposit, the necessary information including photos, measurements and design but after more then a week of back and forth emails I decided to take my business somewhere else. Better price and a much better customer service experience.

Everyone at this establishment is extremely friendly, helpful and informative. They know what they are talking about and not only that...they live up to their name. In only a few days from my initial phone call, my banners were printed and mounted to my store front, and look absolutely beautiful. They gave me EXACTLY what I had asked for, and sooner than I expected.

They should be called slow sign instead. 5 days for a simple black and white lettering for my truck. $120 just to print it out and another $125 to put it on.Went to another place and they did the same sign for $70 and put it on at no extra charge. They did it the same day in about 1 hour.

These folks really know what they are doing, and they are easy to do business with. The materials they use are high quality, as is the printing. FastSigns helps my small firm convey the professional impression I need to be successful competing against much larger firms.

What I like is the service. I needed our signs updated and asked for something that is not available. FastSigns took the extra step to come out and see what we had and was able to replace. I tried a couple other companies that had been recommended first, but they just said, no we dont handle that..

The light in our exterior light-box sign, which was installed in February has been out since March. After multiple emails and fake promises, it is still not fixed to this day. I do not think these people actually care about their customers.
