I went with my brother in August 2021 to pick out an engagement ring for his girlfriend. I was blown away by the experience at Bixlers. We shopped around locally to other stores and nothing compared to Bixlers, including price and quality of selection. The store itself is beautiful and very nicely laid out. When he was ready to look at specific rings and diamonds, we were taken to a semi-private space which allowed us to take our time and ask a lot of questions. It was truly a very personalized experience. Before buying, we went around to other stores but none had as nice of a selection or the reasonable price point of Bixlers. Jeff was extremely accommodating at ensuring my brother was staying within his budget and still getting a beautiful, quality diamond. I would recommend their store over and over to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring.

5 star experience with Joyce today, I was greeted with a smile when I stopped to pick up my fiancé’s wedding ring. Joyce offered to inspect and clean my engagement ring and noted a loose diamond in the band. She offered to have the diamond secured and returned the the ring in “ brand new condition”. We went to Bixler’s to purchase a David Yurman piece. When we went into the store there was absolutely no acknowledgement that we were even there. No nod, no greeting, just fully and completely ignored. We browsed for a bit, waiting around to be acknowledged as the employees were busy with customers. We were there for about a half an hour and ended up leaving as no one even attempted to help us or let us know we should come back later or any acknowledgement of any kind. It was very disappointing and we will take our business elsewhere.

We went to have an engagement ring repaired & to have them make a matching wedding band. Jeff was extremely profesdional. The rings are perfect & the pricing was reasonable. I will come back whenever I want to buy jewelry. Come & visit if you sure in the market for any type of real jewelry.

It was her grandmothers ring so it had to be perfect and it truly is. They worked with me on a few iterations of the design until it came together so nicely. Had an appraisal scheduled necessary for insurance and was instructed to come early to drop of some very large pieces of jewelry. Arrived at 10:30am (as I am a surgeon and had urgent patients scheduled at 11am). Their website states they open at 10am. I had planned to pick it up later in the day and also purchase a 2 thousand dollar piece that evening from them for my husband. I should note I am a woman of color and had a mask and surgeons cap on. A Caucasian man came to the door and refused to just allow me to even drop off the pieces. He was exceedingly rude. I could not help but wonder had I been White would he just have taken the jewelry from me at the door and cared more about customer service. I will NOT be coming back. Awful service during a time where I am sure they are financially struggling. As a person of color I would not support this business.

I took my engagement ring (from 31 years ago) to have a broken prong fixed. They replaced all 4 prongs really quickly and very reasonably priced. They also replaced 3 watch batteries for me quickly! Its great having them at The Shops at 3900 Hamilton!

I went in to get a watch battery changed. The woman I spoke to told me bluntly, We wont do that. When I asked why, she first said she didnt know, then just said,We dont want to mess with it. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and the woman did not seem to care about my business at all.
