I found Petra while searching for a weight loss miracle about a year after having our daughter. I felt I had no other options left, had very heavy feelings and was desperate to dig my way out. I was a student of Petra in September of this year. I can only say she was a phenomenal teacher/mentor I could have possibly wanted. Her approach was laced with wisdom and insight. The experience was amazing interesting and fun.

After 23 years, this is how I quit smoking.Im usually more than a little skeptical about things like this. I read the reviews and thought thats great, that shes nice and all, but this better not be a parlor trick or Im gonna be pissed. If Im being honest, I was a little pissed anyway because I had gone 7 1/2 hours without a cigarette when I walked into her office (that was huge for me). I was diagnosed as infertile by doctors and that‘s why I asked Petra for help. At first I was sceptic, but after just three hypnosis sessions with her, my wife got pregnant. Praise for LV Hypnosis! For many years I experienced GAD with panic attacks. Treatments included psychologists, CBT, medical doctors, and medication, all to no avail. After limited success I opted to try hypnosis with Petra Frese. Petra was warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable safe environment for our sessions. The initial intake session lasted longer than scheduled. Throughout the session Petra asked questions, explained the brains response to stimuli, and answered all questions. The session concluded with my first hypnotic experience leaving me feeling positive about our time together. Sessions two and three built upon the groundwork established session one. Currently I am four months post therapy without GAD, panic attacks, or medication. I have no doubt that without Petra, a gifted and knowledgeable therapist, GAD would still be a controlling factor in my life.
