Jess/Trish/Jessica are amazing! Great conversations, great cuts/highlights and makeup. If I don’t know what I want they are ALWAYS ready to make suggestions and every suggestion is PERFECT! Love you guys! ❤️💇‍♀️

The salon is nice & the employees were friendly & knowledgeable. However, if I pay $55 for a trim, Id expect it to be with a senior stylist & walk out with a nice blowout. I had mentioned wanting some volume, some waves....something. I left with my hair as flat as I walked in. I guess what Im saying is I could have gotten the same results for a lot less.

I called on a whim to see if I could be squeezed in and this place graciously did! Amanda did a great job and I will be returning. I got my roots touched up and she matched my color perfectly. I also asked her to take off quite a few inches of my hair and she did the cut just how I invisioned.

After 8 years of having long hair, I decided to get my hair cut short. I chose this place on a whim and am glad I did. Amanda cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She helped me figure out exactly what would look good and then she cut it! Will be going back regularly to maintain my new short hair.

Jackie did an incredible job on my red hair with blonde highlights. I highly recommend them!

I never review businesses. Felt strongly enough to do it this time. I got a very bad haircut here..like bad enough that I will be wearing in a ponytail for some time unless I can find someone to fix the back. I asked for a pretty standard stacked Bob and (to be fair) the front looks OK. The back is a mess. Would not recommend this place for anything other than a straightforward trim.

Couldn’t be more disappointed…went in for highlights and a curls for an important dinner. My hair is now darker than it’s ever been in my life and the curls were gonna before I even drove home.

My highlights are not as white as I would’ve liked them to be and they are barely any in the back of my head. I did point this out before leaving.My blowout and style was not done by my usual stylist and I was not happy with it at all:(Had to go home and re style and spent a lot of money there so I don’t like to have to do this.

I love this place! I had come here 2 years ago for my prom hair and makeup and everything was perfect! My hair lasted all through the night and it couldnt have been better! I recently came here for the fall special of pumpkin pedicures and I absolutely loved this experience! The aroma of pumpkin throughout the air really set the mood for an October pedicure. The girl who helped me, Julie, was awesome and we had a great conversation while she provided me the best pedicure Ive ever received. It lasted about an hour and it was a great experience! Ill definitely be coming here more!

I met with Mr Kroll this morning.. what an incredible gentleman.. he examined my hair, gave me healthy tips to maintain my hair, even cut my hair himself last minute.. on top of that, he was so friendly, funny, sensitive and personable. His staff, all followed his lead and made me feel comfortable. I feel so much more confident after leaving his salon.. would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

New Stylist Alyssa has been cutting my hair for 4years now. Followed her to Richard Kroll. Much better location for her to polish her art form! Nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. AND I can get an appointment at a time thats convenient for me! Salon is very classy! Good job Mr. Kroll! Manicure by Adriana was wonderful. Need to book a facial soon! Always a great experience when I want to be pampered.

Went and met with Richard Kroll for a integrated hairpiece. He gave me a quote of $1900. Not know any better I paid a $950 deposit. Went back a couple of weeks later and he colored my own hair and fit the integrated wig. The holes in the wig were too large! And he did NOT color my roots, the dye did not take even though I told him I had resistant gray.Looking in the mirror it looked okay, but not great. He said he wanted me to live with it awhile before he cut it some more. Then went to pay and they charged me another $1500!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON FOR ANY HAIR REPLACEMENT! What a ripoff artist.

ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!! My daughter gets her hair cut here. She shows a picture and hair stylist, Alyssa, nails it every time. She gives her total attention to you when cutting your hair. My daughter always walks out loving her haircut.I got my hair cut there recently. I was a little comprehensive because Ive had more haircuts that I hate than love, because of the texture of my hair (thick, coarse and wavy to curly). I was always on an endless search and disappointed most of the time. Because of my disappointing previous haircuts, I used to cut my own hair and actually did a better job, but eventually my hair started to grow out weird.I showed a picture to hair stylist Alyssa and she paid attention to what I had to say. Needless to say, I love how she cut my hair and did a beautiful job. Alyssa cut my hair and styled it beyond my expectations. And now, Alyssa is my go-to girl. I wouldnt trust any body else.Also, the environment is always friendly.

I have been coming to Richard for 20+ years. He always takes the time to listen to what I want and then formulates the exact colors and cut. Im not looking forward to the day he fully retires. But until then, I look forward to always having beautiful hair. I recommend Total Image every time someone asks me where I get my beautiful colors and cut.

I had the most amazing experience!!!! A warm greeting when I entered followed up by a professional and thorough consultation. Every one of my concerns were taken under consideration. I was constantly confirmed I would have satisfactory end results and was even taught my home care routine! Best referral I ever got and I highly reccomend!

Today was my first time ever going there and I will be going back. I came in with a picture and was not sure if I was going to walk out with a haircut that looked anything like the picture. However it came out perfect! The woman did a wonderful job. This place is well worth a try if you have never been there and looking for a new place. The price was 50 and that may be a little high but when I seen what she did it was well worth it! Ask for Alyssa she is great!

While I was in town I decided to get a haircut. I have had my same hairstylist for the past seven years, it was pretty scary idea going to a new hairstylist, Lisa was amazing. She did an amazing job, I am extremely pleased with her services. I will definitely be back before I leave. My only complaint is the hours of operation, they either need to have extended hours or open Sundays

I got a cut and color done here, as part of an early Christmas present from my guy and it was my first time in here! Tammy was amazing and everyone is super friendly. Customer service was great!

I have been going there for years. This time i wanted to change things up with my hair. My stylist took the time to explain how color worked and what my option were and we picked out the best plan for me. My hair came out beautiful.I then went over to make up and had a good tutorial on what would work for my skin. Rather then have me buy the product outright, I was given samples to try so that if I didnt like it I wouldnt have lost money.They are all always very accommodating, pleasant and friendly .

I was visiting the Allentown area and had the good fortune to find this salon and its team. I have certain requirements for my hair that Tami was able to meet without making me feel uncomfortable about asking. She was very knowledgeable about hair care and took her time with me. Tami was easy to talk to and made me feel extremely comfortable every step.of the way. While thee, I had the great pleasure of meeting Richatd Kroll. He is impressive and a wealth of knowledge! This salon is exactly what aevery salon should strive to be...spotless, private, comfortable, non pretentious and helpful. I plan on returning a few more times before heading back to Florida. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!

I got a keratin treatment from this salon almost an year back. I recently moved to the area and decided to go for Richard Kroll based on their ratings but was really disappointed with the result. First of all I have done keratin treatment twice in the past from a different salon and it worked really well. My frizz were gone and it stayed for almost 6 months but unfortunately I moved from that city and it wasnt feasible for me to go back and do this treatment. Well they charged 350 dollar which is not expensive for a keratin treatment if it really work well but for me it didnt even stayed for 2 days and I went back to report this to the staff. First of all they were really rude to me. Secondly the stylist was trying to convince me that this is how it works. Then she suggested that she want to wash my hair and flat iron it again which i denied because this is obvious that if i do flat iron to my hairs they would look straight for a day or 2 so to be precise they were trying to fool me again.When I told them that I had done this treatment in the past then the lady said with a really nasty face this is how it works we dont care from where you have done this before . I felt very offended.They may be good in other salon services but they are a risk if you are looking or keratin treatment. They were not even polite enough to have had accepted their mistake. by the way I got an opportunity to go back to the city and my previous salon and I got the treatment again and it worked really well.

While Tami was still in her old, old salon 4ish years ago, I walked in one day without an appointment and asked simply for the most experienced, most confident hair stylist. Having more bad haircuts than I can remember over the years, I was terrified.I have wonky hair -- coarse, dry, thick, heavy, wavy, stubborn to a fault -- with one stupid layer underneath of super-fine, super-straight, Marcia Bradyesque hair. If my hair isnt layered properly, I end up looking like a jellyfish with the straight under-layer looking like tentacles to the bubbled-up layers on top. Not a great look...at all.Tami, thank God, was there that day and Ive never left her since -- except when I had to cause she broke her dang foot. ;) At her third location now since first meeting her, Ill never go to anyone else. Tami took the time to listen and learn about my hair and work with it, giving it a cut that nobody else seemed qualified to do. Id given up back then and was simply cutting my own bangs over the years and letting it grow one length. Ugh!Only gripe about Kroll salon is the amount of time given to cut my wonky hair. When I called to make an appointment last week, no one asked me anything beyond asking what Im having done. I say, haircut, and they simply make the appointment. Shouldnt they ask...long hair? Thick hair? Difficult hair? The allotted, standard 30 minutes seems rushed on any head. But for my hair, it wasnt nearly sufficient, and poor Tami had to try and finish the cut and styling, without making me feel rushed, because her next customer was washed and waiting behind her. Not cool.Let us breathe, people!Long story short -- Tami is experienced, confident, knowledgeable and a real sweetie, to boot. I totally dig the layered cut she gave me last week, and wont trust my wonky head to anyone else!

I had Richard krill working on my hair showed him a picture of what I wanted told me $190. Total killed my hair and I left with blue, green, and blonde hair. Better off going to hair cuttery.

I went to Richard Krolls with a head full of hair - coarse medium length- in desperate need of color and style. I brought a picture with me of an inverse bob style and asked if I can get the same hair cut. I walked out with chopped up hair of various lengths - not even balanced from one side to another or even on the same side and the style did not, in any way, resembled the style I asked for. Alyssa agreed to take even more hair off or chop off to balance the lengths which the way she wanted to do it would have caused even more disconnect between the short and long strands of hair. She obvious does not know how to handle the bob style.Overall, she was sorry that I felt this way meaning that I was not pleased with the haircut she gave me and I got a $15 haircut at the price of $50.I ended up going to another hair salon where any effort was taken to correct the mess I got at Richard Krolls. The color and highlights were fine but the haircut tool all the glory out of the color work.

My wife who is a beautiful woman has been going to this clean, stylish and well maintained salon for well over a year and her hair is amazing. She regularly see Alyssa, who is a super friendly, polite and pleasant young lady. I was impressed with her from visit 1, she actively listened to what is asked of her and clarifies before she starts your hair. My wifes hair is so beautiful and healthy even with color and highlights on a regular basis. Alyssas skill cutting is truly second to none. I have lived in worked all over our great country including over 3 years in burbank and santa monica California where looks are everything and hair can be another mortgage payment. Alyssa is as good if not better than anyone I have ever seen. I give credit where its due and this young lady has incredible skills. So trust me when I say there is no place else that has this quality and more than affordable price range. Thats not to mention the monthly specials and birthday specials they give to their clients.
