They replaced my windshield 2 weeks ago. They came right away on time very reasonable price. Installed quickly and the windshield is wonderful. They were knowledgeable about the windshields too i cross shopped and as soon as i sent one photo over rolondo new I had a forward collision sensor and hed have to install a non basic accord windshield. The other guy didn’t even realize it until i told him. During the rain not a seep of water got on my dash. All star auto glass is definitely a good choice to replace your windshield.

And not to mention the most affordable I mean this is right after Christmas and my wife needed her windshield replaced and we were going back n forth with our insurance who didn’t want to cover so we had to pay outta pocket and we had 3 quotes from local glass places all of them were in the 400’s and I came across a social media post and contacted all star and from the first 2 minutes he had me not only with the price but also traveled to mount Carmel pa wich is a 2 hr ride and as promised they showed up on time and got right to work and had my wife’s old windshield out and replaced with new windshield in about 30 minutes! Very polite and professional I took plenty of business cards because the locals around here might lose out on a lot of jobs and like I said this is the ideal way of how a business should be ran quick reliable and affordable

You get what you pay for. They are CHEAP and they are FAST, but they will dirty your car and leave things haft done. They left my trim dirty and rearview cover off.

They came an fixed my brothers Honda Civic front windshield in the time frame they gave us and only took about 15 minutes. Setting up an appointment was fast and easy. My only complaint is that they didnt have my car in their system at all. But, their actual work is really good, fast and fairly cheap compared to other places.

$200 windshield + $200 in damages. Safelite would have been cheaper. You get what you pay for.

This place was the most affordable for my Ford as far as a damaged windshield goes. They were pretty fast, efficient and also very friendly. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5, was because they left some dirty finger prints on my interior. But that’s not a big deal to me. Thank you!

I called and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She knew more about what type of windshield I had than I did. The service team was great. Extremely friendly and quick. They also have the best prices around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windshield replacement.

If I could give All Star zero stars, I would. I called to for an estimate and they said they had my windshield in stock and could do it immediately. I arrived an hour later and after ten minutes I was told that they would have to order my windshield because the one they wanted to use had a cut heater cord. The only reason this would be the case is if they are getting this glass from salvage/used. DONT waste your time. Trust the numerous bad reviews and pay a little more to respect your own time.

They damaged my roof and caused dents and heavy scratches which now going to cost me around $700 to fix.

They guys were friendly and responded quickly. Work was performed adequately. However I feel that a complete repair should have included vacuuming up the glass splinters from inside the car, taping the inspection stickers back to the window, and replacing the Velcro for EZ Pass. The point of having a professional do a repair is that you want the job done correctly and completely.

I should have known just watching how fast they were prying out the old windshields and slapping the new ones in that quality wasn’t a priority. When I went to leave, I found the black sealant substance on the upper and lower driver’s side metal around the windshield and on my door handle. Had to go back in and ask someone to clean it up. Unfortunately, my story doesn’t end there. 10 months later I started having trouble starting my car. It broke down on the road and had to be towed to my dealership. Almost $700 later, we thought it was fixed. Nope, 2 weeks later I went out to do some errands and the car was so dead I had to unlock it with the valet key. Battery was dead, dealership thought the battery they had just replaced was defective, so they replaced it for free. Was it fixed, no. The day before Christmas Eve, we tried to do some shopping, dead again. Towed for the third time to the dealership. This time they went over the car with a fine-toothed comb and found the windshield was not properly sealed on the passenger side and was leaking behind the molding around the A post and down into the firewall.I contacted All Star, and on a Saturday they sent someone to the dealership to inspect it and told me my sunroof was leaking. The dealership service manager contacted them and asked them to come back to show them exactly where it was leaking. They agreed and replaced the windshield.He explained to them that the root of the mechanical issues were directly related to the leak. The water was traveling down into the firewall and pooling under the rear passenger seat compartment that contains a large portion of the wiring harness for the electrical system of the car causing corrosion to the system. Needless to say, my car has $5000 worth of needed repairs to even start.All Star has admitted this was a problem caused by their work and insist they are working with their insurance company after repeated calls from me and the dealership.Since the end of October, I’ve had my car for about 4 weeks, it’s been towed three times and has been sitting at the dealership since 12/26/18, 36 days waiting for a resolution!If I could give 0 stars, I would.Stay away!

The second time Ive had a windshield replaced by All Star in about 10 years. Just as good, or better, than last time. Very simple process. I called, they gave me an appointment two days later (during a holiday week), 4 hour window to arrive, 1-5 PM. They arrived EARLY and were DONE at 1 PM so I didnt have to be a prisoner in my own home all day, waiting. Oh...and half the price of Safelite.

Best place in town! They have the best team. They really went above and beyond to offer me the best service, and I am very pleased with the results. Everyone is very friendly and they have great prices. Definitely recommend them.

They came on tuesday with the wrong window then they didnt show up to the next 2 appointments and on the third appointment wanted to reschedule i will never use their business nor recommended them

Pricing is unbeatable. About 150/200 less than anywhere else. The workman ship is very lacking. The black goop was on my hood, both my A pillars and there was a blob of it poking from from the side of glass. Glass is crystal clear, not the exact same as my last one.

Got my windshield installed in about 20 min. Which in my opinion is way too fast. They ripped out clips from the inside of my car to install the windshield. The plastic pieces that run along side of the windshield on the inside of the car came out and now just sticks out. Won’t go back into place. My rear view mirror now shakes. Never did that before. Now water is getting into my car threw the top of the windshield. I called the manager on Wednesday never called me back. (About the first two issues) I called back on Friday and he was out because he was sick. Still haven’t received a call back. Little does this company know they messed with the wrong person I don’t take stuff like this sitting down. I will be at their door Monday morning and this better be corrected. It’s raining today and water is getting into my car. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Poor poor service. The guys r too busy rushing to go home. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau that’s for sure. And nothings done by the company I’ll take it as far as small claims court that’s not a problem for me.

Tried to schedule twice with this company. Called on Saturday to set up the appointment on a Tuesday only to find out Tuesday that they never put it on their schedule and never ordered the windshield so I scheduled it for the next day. I had to leave work early (where I work their trucks wont fit) to make sure I was home in time for the rescheduled appointment only to find out that the driver went back to the shop without calling me or leaving any sort of message and would not come back out. Their only response was sorry, we can try again tomorrow . I would not recommend this company to anyone. Obviously their prices are not worth the horrible customer service .

I was here two years ago to replace my windshield. The work they did was fine. Although while I was in the waiting room I left my iPad on the seat. I called them and they were acting all sketchy and the lady said she thought she seen it that she would check for me. Then she says “well you know it’s really not our fault if you left it here.” Pretty sure they stole it at that point. Never did or never will go back here again don’t care how good the prices are. Thieves.

Did not reconnect the hose for the windshield wiper & did not replace the trim around the windows properly. Put on some plastic guard that didn’t fit properly and had a huge gap between the guard & the window which allowed water to get in the engine area.

If you have an older car and dont mind defective, irregular or used glass for cheap and dont mind a sloppy unprofessional job plus possible damages to your car then this is the place for you! But if you want QUALITY glass and service then use Safelite or another REAL professional company..Trust me the extra money is well worth it! Oh one last thing, the owner of All Star Auto Glass is the most unprofessional and ignorant business man I ever encountered and only cares about his pockets not his customers! This place is the worst of all!

Never showed up! The told me between 9am-3pm. I called them 3 times to make sure they were still coming. I was told each time there were no problems an will definitely here by 5pm. Didnt even call.

I’ve gotten 3 windshields so far from this place and none have leaked, they are way cheaper than Safelite, they come to your house or you can go to their shop. They do it quick too.

Bad experience. Deserves zero stars. Did not show up the day they were scheduled to show. ( Chose them because Safelite wasnt available til the following day which was a travel day for me). Installer called from road with a thick accent, very difficult to understand. He said he would be at my home within the hour. 90 min later he called to say he needed to return his truck to the company, could I reschedule for the next day. I said absolutely not! He said he would call me right back. His dispatcher called me . She wanted to reshedule. She said she had left 4 messages on my cell phone. I was never away from it & there were no messages. She then put me on a very long hold. I was about to hang up when she came back on. She said the driver was telling her that I didnt want him to come! Infuriating! When I told her that was not true she said it was a misunderstanding...I declined to do business with them & ended up driving the next day & had Safelite meet me in the zip code of my location. Safelite service was exceptional. All Star is not worthy of your trust.

This company glued the sensor back onto my windshield, therefore ruining the sensor. 4 appointments later, they half assed put my car back together and now my windshield wipers dont work. Called the tech 3 minutes after he left, and his response was I got you monday. No, completely unprofessional and they do a horrible job!!!! Waste of time!!

The woman i spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment ordered the wrong molding for my windshield. Even though I must have told her 3-4 times during the conversation that my car was a hardtop, and not a T-top or a convertible. The installers were nice enough, but one of them put a cell phone on the hood of my car, and the other got a little careless with a metal strip that was removed and put a tiny nick on the top of my mirror.

Leaks air. Ripped interior head liner an razor blades all over outside. Id rather not take that chance again. Took to a real shop to fix leaks. Not very friendly at all.
