First off, check the reviews for the other Optimum Care Counseling. Its the same person running both shows so those reviews apply to both.I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Laurent is the worst medical provider I have ever dealt with. Constantly threatened me with abandonment of care, however, this tactic proved to be a bluff as she is desperate for money. She has overbilled my insurance for the amount of time she has actually worked with me and the time I do have is wasted by her playing with her laptop. She then turns around and complains I havent completed the assessments she is meant to administer. Apparently I am meant to be both a patient and the medical provider.I know way too much about her other patients to the point where I can identify at least two of them by the school they attend. She has no respect for your privacy.
